Canceling

Canceling because Im not home to eat im traveling and Im not at home. I cannot eat food when Im not at the house I would like to cancel because I am no longer in need. Please cancel my order because I do not want it anymore. Im not home to eat it, and it sits outside my front door and rots. Please cancel my order. Im done Im a rejoin in the future but right now I am not at home to eat.

Stealing money

HelloFresh should never be used by any customer. They trick you into ordering food, when you cancel your account... A year later they will miraculously reactivate your account and charge you more money. The customer service is useless and the supervisor callback never comes.

UPS poor delivery

Ups will leave box unattended on a busy street. Use USPS . We are sometimes unaware that food has been delivered. Today he left on side of busy road. Who is responsible if food is stolen?

Phone number Not Work always not ring just ends like a dropped call. The process they have online for ordering is No Good as it goes to check out and u put info in for payment then it goes to paick your meals. I was like what? Where is the option to SUBMIT YOUR ORDER.. There is No Option for that.. so bascially once u put payment in.. its ordered with out telling you and without having an option ti Review and Submit your order. NOW I CAN NOT CANCEL AS THAT PAGE COMES UP AS NOT RESPONDING DO YOU CAN NOT CANCEL.. WHAT THE HECK? So i will be calling my credit card company and make sure It gets Declined.

Assaulted by Hello Fresh Delivery driver

Hello, I was assaulted by one of your Hello Fresh Delivery drivers in Oakland, CA on July 21, 2023 at 8:40am. The driver was trying to deliver a package to someone in my building. Due to security issues, we do not allow random deliveries into the building unless it's to the person they are delivering to. The driver became aggressive and tried to push past me and my two dogs to get into the building. The then threw the box into my face and cut my lip and punched me in the back of my head, then ran off with the box. I did not see his car nor get his name but know that he was the regular delivery driver to: 257 Vernon Street, Oakland CA 94610. I do not know the subscription number as I am not the customer, it is someone else in my building. I filed a police report and would like this driver to not come back to this building ever again, if i need to file a restraining order again him or the company - I will take action to do so. Charging my card without permission

Went into app canceled my order since i wasn't going to be home still sent the box and charged my card. I told them im not going to be home and customer service blew me off. This company is a scam and not even an email because they said i set do not disturb. Like wow really now i have to contact the bank.

Deceptive

Charged my credit card after canceling order. Customer service is very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!beware Company is refusing to refund my money after immediately canceling order made on 7/17/2023. I will never do business with a company that sends you your cancelation email and still charges me. Unbelievable customer service

Did not order anything but received a package and refusing it now

UPS dropped off a package and I am refusing it, its coming back to you because I did not order anything. You pre selected an order for me! Thats stealing from my DEBIT card, and I am reporting your company to the attorney generals office of Florida, you better refund my debit card immediately and if you dont you will get a terrible REVIEW all over the internet DO YOU UNDERSTAND???

Spoiled food and cancellations

I was away for the July 4th holiday and was informed that my HelloFresh delivery would be on July 5th, yet it was delivered 2 days early. By the time I retrieved the box, everything was spoiled. I cancelled my account and asked for a credit. I was informed that I would not get a credit another box was coming. Food is just ok but customer service is horrendous.

I seriously cancelled my subscription to HELLO FRESH AND STILL WAS CHARGED 7X IN ONE WEEK

I seriously never have been actually so pissed off and i honestly feel like i was scammed by hello fresh and i honestly cancelled my subscription to HELLO FRESH AND MY LAST DELIVERY WOULD BE TUESDAY MARCH 21st and then I went to my bank on march 28 to FIND OUT THAT HELLO FRESH IS CHARGING ME $332.50 TO BE EXACT and i have talk to customer service employees on the chat room thing and also by phone and they kept going on saying that they are escalating this to the financial department for investigation and they're getting in contact with me at a later date information and about a refund for this matter and I was like no I don't care about how you wanted to investigate this issue and also the guy who I talked to wanted me to screenshot proof of the payment invoices and receipts plus banking details and I seriously had no problem with doing it so I sent everything right away and I seriously don't understand why the *** he needs me to screenshot proof of payment invoices and receipts when he just needs to look at the computer and my hello fresh account and I seriously talked to the person on chat was last Wednesday April 5th and the guy who I talked to by phone was Saturday April 8th and today it's now Thursday April 13th and I still haven't received a call or email from the company totally *** ATTENTION READ ALL THE PICTURES BELOW AS PROOF ABOUT THIS COMPANY

This company is a scam

I received my very first order on March 6,2023 which was yesterday. When I spoke to the first customer service agent he didn't offer any discounts, no promo code no free shipping. I then went to the chat box and the lady there apologized then gave me a big discount with free shipping. I ordered three meals for two people. The delivery arrived as promised. However, when I took out the food from the three bags I started laughing. Keep in mind that these meals are supposed to be shared with another person. The portions are so small that no grown adult would be able to fill up on them. I'm sure I didn't order children's meals because I don't have any children. Each of the chicken meals contained one small cutlet. The meatloaf meal contained a very small package of ground beef and a few very small potatoes. One of the chicken meals contained a zucchini which was broken in half. This did not occur during transit. The person who packaged this broke the zucchini and tossed it in the bag. Why? This particular meal also contained the smallest lemon I have ever seen in my life. It was partially green. The largest item of all three meals was a large onion. What a joke. I just stared at these items with my mouth open and could not wrap my brain around what I was seeing. Had I been punked? It seemed so. I went back to the website and chatted with customer service about what had been delivered to me. At first the lady was sending me automated responses until I called her on it then she stopped and apologized. She promised to refund my money but guess what? No refund has come through yet. Granted it's only been a day so we shall see. I intend to cook the two chicken cutlets and the 'meatloaf' all at once and add my own vegetables. ALL of these meats would be enough for ONE hungry person. I don't intend however to eat all of it at once. You can see the zucchini and the tiny lemon in the pic and the 'meatloaf' with banana for scale. Shaking my damned head. I thought HelloFresh would be a good thing because of all the hype online. I was so so wrong. Do yourself a favor and buy your own groceries.
