Heartgard Rebate Card DOES NOT work
I received a Heartgard Visa Prepaid Card after purchasing multiple boxes of their product. The product was great, but the card is a scam. I scanned the code, but was immediately transferred to a site that wanted MY credit card information. I never was given a PIN to use the card. I will be talking to the Vet's office that offered this reward. BAD news!

Paralyzed my dog
He cant walk on his back legs 24 after giving it to him. Every pet owner should know this is a side effect. Up to $1000 in vet bills a counting. Praying he will walk again

I have called the number on the card at Visa, I have gone on line; the answer is always the same, invalid number. I'M DISGUSTED! Is it HEARTGARDS FAULT OR VISA? WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Can't use the award card
I have tried to use the card at 2 stores, wouldn't work. Looked online says it has $12.00. Today is the last day to use it and I can't get in. I would like a new card sent and a longer expiration date. I spent pretty much $ on the meds to keep my dog well.

Rebate card
Why tell people they are getting a rebate when the rebate site won't even activate the card? The prepaid center website is a scam. Heartgard shouldn't promise people a rebate that they never get!

Unable to use rebate card
card has been activated but I have been unable to use the card balance. Both phone calls and websites were tried but found unhelpful.

Rebate not received
On November, 2020, Mailed in 3 separate Heartgard refund forms for 6 boxes of heart worm medicine, along with the paid invoiced from Pet Check Animal Clinic. The total amount of the rebates should be $36.00 ($12 for each 2 boxes). I even highlighted the names of my 3 dogs and the number of boxes each were prescribed and the cost charged for each dog. I received only one $12 Visa prepaid card. Apparently, the person who processed the rebates did not look at each completed form since only one was processed. No where on the Reward Center's letter, that accompanied the Visa Card, did it show a phone number or email address in the event one needed to contact them for questions pertaining to the rebates. The address on the letter : Reward Center, P.O.Box 9018, Coppell TX.. Can you provide me with a phone number or email address of the Reward Center so I can contact them? Thanks. Figured out how to use the card!
I was unable to use the "rebate/award" card worth $60. It wouldn't go through for online or in person purchases. Then I noticed my name was misspelled on the card. I visited the website and followed many frustrating directions with no success. I tried to edit my name, could not, but was able to add my email address under the my card account tab. I then made an online purchase using the misspelled name on the card. This was a website that I had never used before, and since they didn't have any info on me, I was able to use the incorrect name. Hope this helps someone!

I have tried twice to redeem for the sixty dollars and no go....of course there is no access to a person if trying to call the phone number and no online help

My dog sick
My dog got sick after giving this to him he had a stroke and now cant walk. This is unacceptable.

I have been using Heartgard Plus for my present dog for over 5 years
I have been happy with your product for over 5 years. The last pack of 12 chewable some were hard as a brick and half were soft as they should be. The number on package is (B41380) to be sold by 01-2022. So far the Heartgard Plus for dogs up to 50 lbs. has kept my dog safe, but I was concerned if the very hard ones were safe to use. Faulty rebate cards
I have two $12 rebate cards (less than what I was told I would get - again!) Tracking numbers 89711**** and 89730****, I have tried repeatedly to use them over the course of several months. No one can get them to work. Now they are expiring this month. I tried again. Nope! This isn't the first time I've had this issue.

Worthless rebates
I have tried at least a dozen times to use the two $Don'Don'12 rebates I received. They never work. Now they are expiring this month. What a scam! The amount of the rebates is considerably less than I was told I would get and now I have received nothing.
