Good, but not perfect. Needs some work.
Could be better communication. I asked Dr office to send prescription. No word that the prescription was received or notice that it was on the way.

I special order medication and each time the process is smooth and, more importantly, accurate.
I'm a long-time customer with no complaints. Prices are fair, service is outstanding, and because I special order my prescriptions, HW's accuracy is very much appreciated.

Great service.
I had an order I sent usps to my friend. I needed it to go ups, my mistake. They told me when they recieve the order back, they would send out another order ups. I called to see what had happened as my friend hadn't recieved the package. The origional package still hadn't arrived back, so they told me to give it a week and call back, which I did. They said they couldn't find the origional package and told me they were very sorry for the mixup. The gal said "were not going to mess around any more, they would just send out a new order ups". My friend recieved them with no problem. Thank you Healthwarehouse staff.

Always helpful and the prices are great
When I went to CBS to get my dog's seizure meds it was $112 for 2 scripts. Checked on line and Healthwarehouse had both meds for $38.40. Wow!!! Now I can help my dog and not worry about the price. They let you know when you need a script.

There was no padding in the shipping box
The package had no padding in it causing both sprayer caps to brake apart, this caused one of the sprayer atomizer to brake of the bottle. Not happy about that

I have used Healthwarehouse for about six years. In the beginnning, there were a couple of stumbles in terms of timeliness, but by the end of the first year every glitch had been resolved. They are responsive both via phone and email, and have gone out of their way to follow up on any delays or questions. I don't know if they accept insurance at this time for their prescriptions, but their prices are so reasonable I've never pursued it!

Have been using HWH for four years and have zero complaints. The prices remain stable, the quality of product is good, the service is very good at reminding you when to reorder and when to get a new prescription. Couldn't really ask for much more.Give them a try. You won't be sorry.
