Colorlogic lights

The lights in my pool and Dos have failed 3 times. Now they have failed again. The Hayward rep in our area (Las Vegas, Nevada) will not return calls. I have had a pool company out to price replacement and its over $3k. This is BS.!! What can be done before I go to media and legal?

Their products suck and the customer service is worse!

Having an issue with leaking between the control valve and sand filter. We have replaced the gasket and clamp three different times. Its still leaking. I called 8 days ago, finally received an email, responded within minutes and now a day later they haven't answered. I have called four times, just to ask a few questions looking for a solution. They won't let you talk to anyone!!! Hayward has received my last penny! IF you are reading this, DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with them!!!

Hayward does not contact me

I purchased a Hayward dupe pump replacement motor. InstLled. Worked great at low. Switched to high and lumpy sparked and melted the inside of motor. Called July 5, 2023. To request warranty service. The pump was registered. No one at Hayward. Ever contacts me. I have called 5 times. Cant speak to a supervisor, cant get help. They obviously are fraudulent in warranty. My pool has gone to crap. It has been just about. Month. Terrible terrible Terri le customer service and company support. They dont wNt to help and simply train staff to put off. Very disappointed in a once valued company.

Horrible Service

We had our pool professionally converted to a salt water pool. The Hayward salt system was installed just 2 months ago and has stopped working. Contacting customer service leads to what seems like endless select 1 or 2 options. Finally speaking to a service agent and have to submit an online form, which I already did. There is zero drive on their part to respond. And not my pool is just getting greener and greener.

Heat exchanger

It leaks bad quality not my ph. Yes it is. Had a heater for 10 years. Haywood. Never had a water leak just need other parts . A year and half. Old. Leaking water bad exchanger. I have talked to other people that have pools. Same problem. A radiator shop. By me. Checks. 6 to 10 exchange a year most of them can’t be fixed. The pool store by.me had one 3 month old bad exchanger great escape . Made a claim last year

Two speed pool pump

i noticed when the pump is on low the basket has air bubbles, as does one of the jets. wondering if this is normal

Technical support for aquaconnect

It took over a week to get a response from customer service for a technical support issue, and they do not provide live technical support. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

AquaVac 600

Hayward has terrible customer service. Ive been getting the run around in dealing with a defective AquaVac 600. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. Ive essentially given Hayward pool over $1,500.00 dollars for a product that does not work. Extremely frustrated with Hayward customer no service.

Warranty

My swing pole motor on the pump quit May 18 and as of today May 28 I still have no resolution. Only promises that the motor has been ordered.

Poor Customer Service

Customer service is almost invisible and unreachable. Authorized service centers are slow to react, and very secretive, holding back information. Its been over two weeks since the motor quit on the Pool and I still have no resolution to the problem.

No one answered

No one answered and I had to spen 2200 dollars for a new pump because yall did not answer for a part and apparently and yet I had to google search, yall discontinued. You need better customer service who actually answers the phone.

My app shows an active connection and systems on, but system shut down and we very time I try to make changes with system I get alarm email notification

Terrible equipment and tech support

This is 2023, clean out your mailbox so people can make phone calls. The equipment they sell isnt compatible with much and the software they offer is obsolete and cant communicate with Wi-Fi without being blocked, or it has to be a specific Hz, or IP addresses are being blocked. The tech support is beyond useless, theyve blamed everyone from my internet provider to the pool install (which was done 10 years ago and everything worked fine until I got duped into using Hayward). Im ready to have it all packed up and dumped on their doorstep along with everything my dog has left in the grass in the back yard. Thats all their equipment is worth. Ive spent 2 fulls days on the phone with them and still nothing.
