Your gun is a piece of ***

They will not refund as was bought through a dealer. Dealer has a no refund policy but they did say they would look at it again. This will be second time I sent it back to them though, last time they just replaced clips and sent back. Honestly after everything I'd rather have ny $ back to buy a better gun

The product is garbage and the company service is even worse

The company had the air rifle fo almost 2 months for service and I would call and email to try to get some info on the status and it took me demanding I wanted a refund to even get a n email back

Have questions..About product..

I was considering buying a Hatsan Rifle.. Not everyone has time to read emails everyday.. so I am looking at other Air Rifles.. no return call.. just several days late email responses..

Horrible customer service

I ordered a hatsan flash pup and it leaks from fill port gun is brand new never got to even shoot it I have been trying to contact hatsan for over a year not pleased at all looking to get this figured out cuz I wasted 400 dolors

25cal sniper will not produce pressure to fire it

I can't get a response grom hatsun. I just want to send the air rifle in for a repair. I was able to dial a service number and got a recording, but never gat to speak with service.

Hatsan sent me wrong rifle

Purchased hatsan .22 torpedo 150 underlever on 11/16/22 received hatsan torpedo 150th underlever would like to send back and purchase hatsan mod 135 vortex QE instead.

I just bought a Hercules Bully and it won't take air

The gun won't accept air and the screws n the cocking mechanism stripped out. I've tried contacting Hatsan several times. My phone number is 540-739-****. Thank u

Received a used item that was damaged

In march of 2022 I purchased a Hatsan Bullboss through Amazon. The order was filled by a company named sports and gadgets the date of delivery was 4 days late from the promised delivery date upon coming home on a Sunday afternoon I noticed a package that was left on my front door which was strange because it stated that someone had to be home to sign for the item. After opening the box I immediately noticed that the gun was missing the sling that stated was part of the package that I paid for upon looking the rifle over I noticed that the stock had a tear/crack in the area of the trigger there were also adjusting screwes that were definitely ones that had been adjusted several times to the point the black finish was removed from excessive use/adjusting. I made several attempts to get ahold of Hatsanusa being Amazon said it was not returnable it took Hatsan over 6 months to reply. I sent pictures and stated I only want what I paid for which was a new rifle not someones returned item or a store demo. After sending pictures ect I have not heard a word back from this company. I hope that this review is seen by many who plan on buying a Hatsan Air rifle or any product this company sells you will be so disappointed by this company its almost as if someone took my identity and stole money from my bank account that is the feeling they will leave you with. This company is the absolute worst buying experience in my 60 years on this planet that I have ever had

Hatsan has the worst customer service department I've ever dealt with.

Avoid Hatsan at all costs. Like the other reviewers I've had nothing but problems with Hatsan. These guys sent me an incomplete order. I emailed, called, and left web portal massages for at least two weeks. Not one single reply. On a hunch I send them an email from a work email address during business hours and they responded right away. Red flag. Hatsan had one job, put some orings in a bag. How do you fail at counting? The reviews on Facebook, Google, the BBB, and the rest of the internet sum it up perfectly. Words like "unprofessional", "terrible", "junk", "rude", are often seen amongst reviews online. Red flag. Also, look how Hatsan attacks reviewers and argues with them rather than take ownership and fix issues with tact. Red flag. As with many other reviews, replies from Hatsan will most likely be defensive, snarky, and claim to have been contacted after hours. They will probably claim to be more than willing to refund me and place the sole responsibility on me for the breakdown in communication. Hatsan will continue to fabricate a complex story about how a fake spam account is plotting against them and leaving bad reviews. These types of rebuttals seem common from Hatsan. Another huge red flag. The lengths Hatsan will go through to not refund $20 is sad.

And no Communication with hatsun...bought a 600$ gun which does not work Terrible gun company..I will return !!

Broke air rifle

Need return number so I can get hatsan 125 in 25 cal repaired used their web site no reponce called couldn't talk to anyone customer service is terrible The last time I shot it was fine but today no compression in the gas cylinder it kicks and when you pull trigger it clicks I will pay to have fixed but no reponce from them.

I need to speak to someone about an order that I still have not received.

Three or more weeks ago I ordered a hatsan 125 22 cal pellet rifle from Dick's sporting goods,maybe a week latter it was delivered to {{Redacted}}. I was told from the resadents that it not delivered, So I called Dick's and they said they would send another one I thought that was nice of them.I wanted to change the address they told me to call FedEx,so I did they took the new address, {{Redacted}}.A week or so latter it went to the same address again, talked to FedEx they told me to call hatsan even after I was told every thing would be taken care of. Please help me.Lee Contino

Charged for Cancelled Order

I ordered a refurbished Hatsan Hercules airgun on Feb 10th, When I followed up on Sunday, Feb 13th, the order had been cancelled, but there was a pending charge of over $600.00 on my account. I figured it would be removed, but no, my account was charged on Feb 14th and is still there as of Feb 15th. I called their toll free number, but all the options had a recording saying to use online forms. Online forms are for repairs or general knowledge questions only... no way to contact you to get charges removed. I finally found this form through a web search, thank goodness. Hopefully it will get some action since I have had purchases declined because Hatsan hasn't removed the charges and I just found out about it. THIS IS A HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!! THE BEST WAY TO MAINTAIN CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE IS HOW A COMPANY HANDLES THE PROBLEMS.
