Hart Mobile Homes doesn't stand behind warranty
All the vinyl floors were overcut, the floors are bowed, every window won't stay open. They will not honor their warranty, or reply to complaints, either written or on the phone. We had to replace a mirror and it was TAPED to the wall, no studs behind it for 36 inches from the corner. The home is just plain lousy. Even complaints to the BBB haven't budged them. Don't buy, don't call, don't look. In 7 years, we have replaced the roof and all the siding. We have never received as much as a response from this company.
