So disrespectful Hardees on Smoky Park Highway, Asheville, NC

I have visited Hardee's store number is 150**** my food was cold and I have ask for a refund of my money and the Aaliyah refuse to give me my money back I was not satisfied and she threaten to call the law enforcement on me

Dispute over a drink?

Come in the morning like every other morning got attended by a guy supposedly he is the manager asked for a sausage and biscuit and a ice sweet tea and drove away 5 minutes later I take a sip of the drink and this wasnt no sweet tea was a tea but unsweetened I was on my wife 30 minutes brake time when the break was over I drive back to the restaurant and asked the attendant that I didnt get what I asked for and he got all mad about it telling me that that was a sweet tea I told him no is not!! Then he asked me well do you want something else I say no because I cant drink soda products but he was rude not gentle at all , then I ask if you dont have sweet tea I want a refund then he proceeded to give me the refund and I drove away after he gave me the money, but for sure this wasnt about the money it was about you get what you ask and feel good expending the money that belongs to you and the best way possible not to get rip off from an x person

Complaining

Unable to speak with anyone. Directed to a web site and it freezes up half way thru. I have a complaint about my local Hardees and want to talk to someone not email someone. Staff at store # 150104 I Seffner is understaffed, the manager is not helpful at all. They cant fill orders correctly. My Uber delivery had to make 2 trips. Second experience with same location.

I didn't get My food..and I'm paying _$17.00 dollars for steak biscuit!!!

Customers being thrown out of hardees

Why when lgbtq or what ever they are called get to have a meeting in mtn. View hardees and you employee a tranny in this small town, and you gave customers peacefully protesting, do they get thrown out? As a result, several people will know what happen, and sales will plummet, we dont want this in our town, it shouldnt be forced on us.1

Unhappy customer

Tonight I ordered my Dinner from Hardee and received cold fries and hard chicken fingers. And a cherry coke in did not ordered. I am very upset and have to express myself. Please do not serve me again a cold meal. Very dissatisfied with the service.

Bekahs Road bekah Hwy Wisener works for you taking methamphetamines and who knows what she’s doing to peoples food and I don’t know why you would want somebody like that in your Branford location

Because of manager that works for you at the brandford location her name is Rebecca Wisener. She was arrested for methamphetamines on the 22nd and Hamilton county Florida and I'd hate to know that y'all that people that show that and do that working

Spoiled food and old served food

Bought 4 breakfast sandwiches and they were all spoiled and they were not served correctly this is so overrated this is not the first time but its to regular this is sad when you go to get your breakfast

I was literally robbed by who I believe who was the hardees manager at 2016 paris rd, columbia mo. after serving me subpar food only a dog would eat. She literally closed the drive thru window in my face refusing to give me a refund after refusing to make my food fresh. Which i specifically asked for before submitting my order. I need to file a presidential complaint. no one answers the phone number I found online. the feedback line has a chatbox that greets you but doesn't answer after that. i believe she was aware of these issues, as she told me to call corporate after refusing to refund my $$. What kind of *** fiend move is that for crying out loud. I called law enforcement. Officer shows up in a timely manner, but she refused his request to refund my $$ and had me added to trespass list. I wasn't rude or brash in anyway.,

Fraudulence

My Breakfast Products Were Undercooked. I Called That Day and Explained the Situation to The Manager on Duty John. He Cheerfully Agreed to Replace the Order The Next Time I Was In I Explained to John That I Didnt Live in This City Nor Work Here. He Stated No Problem! We Will Make It Right Whenever You Come Back In! I Came in Approximately 2 Weeks Later, but After Breakfast Hours. I Arrived TODAY and The Cashier Told Me She Could Not Honor My Request Because It Had Been Too Long It Is Not a Request It is What the Manager TOLD ME TO DO. My 2nd TIME Here. I Asked Her to Call JohnShe Said She Couldnt Im a Nurse. Driving a 2023 Audi. This is Based on Principle. I Look Ignorant and I Refuse to Be Treated With Such Blatant Disrespect Over 2 Steak Biscuits and A Large Hash Round. Under $11 in Food That was Clearly Messed Up and Could Have Made My Family Sick. Unbelievable.

Paid 10.00 dollars for 3 piece chicken tender combo. Made it home only to discover that two of the tenders were about 3 inches long and the last was only about 2 inches. If i wanted nuggets , i could have went to McDonalds. I tried to speak with someone about the issue and was pretty much stonewalled. I am still pissed and will post a picture of that mean so that no one else will go through that frustration.Do not buy a tender meal, if you do , check your order before you leave. I wasnt even gien a receit. I think they knew they were wrong. Whomever prepared that meal would not have given that to their family or friends!

Ordered a grilled Cheese and got melted cheese between two untoasted peices of bread

The cook spoke out the the cashier something about the grilled cheese I ordered apparently the 2 of them thought not to correct the problem about my sandwich not being toasted. I ordered to go so going back inside was not an option. The address to the location was 601 South Ring Road Elizabethtown Ky Cashier on ticket is Nikki H. Ordered at 2:06 pm on 7-3-2023

Shorty management

They had their kid in the kitchen its on camera while there was costumers in the dinning room. They use their hands on raw meet then bread its on camera I walked out because of how rude the mangers treat their employees they called and asked me to take the tea urns down knowing they had mold in them and put them out anyways which could seriously make you sick they train you for 3/6 days before they leave you alone to run the store I have pictures of everything they take food all day long give it out take stuff out of the coolers its literally so bad in gas city indiana I have never worked in a more nasty environment they dont wash their hands after they come back from the bathroom and the lost goes on they left me by myself the first day to go smoke behind the dumbesters and by my 5th day I had to close by myself after barley being shown anything

Customer complaint

I ordered 5 softshell beef tacos and wanted tomatoes added it cost $249 for tomatos no way I passed then I ordered xtra cheese but didnt get it but got charged for it !!! The other person with me ordered 5 beef softshell with Xtra cheese and also didn't get it but was also charged !!! The girl working there didn't act like she even wanted to be there !! My visit was June 3 rd at around 2:30 or 3 pm said she couldn't put tomatos on my tacos !!! We are very unsatisfied with her attitude and our order !!! This is the first time they screwed up our food and didn't get what we asked for !! We are pissed off customers

They charge me with giving me the product

I ordered online and pay in the app so they charge me and when I arrived they said the dont have my order and they ask me to cancel the order and leave.
