Tool box broke

I bought a tool box and asked for the 1 year warranty and come to find out they didnt apply to my purchase after my box broke and wont do anything to replace it and i am very upset because i spent quite a bit of money on the toolbox

Poor customer service by manager

Great store, I have always loved it. But last Monday August 14th the manager in the Minot North Dakota store literally told me I needed to repack and send a heavy bulky item back to where I ordered it from because she could not simply grab a small item out of a box which she had in the store and make good on an item that was lost during shipping. Now I have to wait a month and a half to use my product. This is how long it will take to ship me the items she could have easily replaced for the customer. Lazy incompetent and disrespectful.

Technician support

I bought these cen-tech digital scales and when I take him out of the box and it tells me to recalibrate them how am I supposed to recalibrate them if I don't have no weights to put on there I can't just guess five things that weighs that much for two things so tell me how am I supposed to calibrate these

Because of the way i have been treated

Let me tell you something about Harbor Freight, I've been waiting almost 3 month's for a replacement on my Pittsburgh 301 Mechanics tool set let me tell you how stupid they are they have in the computer that two were sent to me but i never got em because they had my address as 1646 Lamar ave an my address is 1646 Lamar HIGHWAY, extremely pissed off here and i will be contacting Better Business Bureau on there *** and my lawyer's office, You wanna know the worst part I've even emailed the damn CEO of the company and it still ain't done any good.So pissed Customer Please help me out with getting my tools, i done told em i don't want a refund i just want my tool's

Brought a battery and alternator checker

The thing is not worth 5 dollars and it do not work properly, I just wish people didn't rip others off just for money and then they want to give you a restocking fee when you return it, such a rip off and bad customer service because they really should tell you this before you buy it but they don't because that's the gimmick

No replacement parts even on new irems

They told me there were no replacement parts available and to return it to the store which is a 100 plus mile trip I told them to just send me one and pick this one up no reply

This is in Regard to my purchase at Harbor Freight of a6x48 belt sander that I purchased 03/03/23 after picking this item up from the Traverse City store as there was no mail orders advailble I spent 3 hrs assembling it and when I turned on the motor the blew off my breaker. This was with no load on the motor as they didnt include a belt with this . I called the store which is 50 miles from me to see how to get a replacement motor as they didnt have anymore of these in stock they gave me a customer service number which I called the woman I talked to said there were no parts for this as it was discontinued??upon talking further she now tells me that its a very popular tool and all parts are on back order ? What theres a big demand for brand new tool parts ?? I ask to speak to a supervisor and she told me she would find the parts I needed at there warehouse 3 weeks later I get a form letter that said sorry no parts available come on Harbor Freight you sell tools but no parts ?I even wrote to their CEO and received no responds . I cancelled my credit card with them and Ill warn people about there poor customer service and junk tools Terry Walsh

False Advertising in store & thru Geeni

Home security camera made by Geeni broke, would not power on after 20 days. Corporate asked for video proof what was happening, I charged it, had it plugged in. Camera will not power on. After all of that, they found proof of purchase and date. Still did nothing. Bottom line is, these camera's are junk.

Discrimination

I was contacted by a district manager after applying, went through the interview process and everything was a go until they found out I had a felony (drug charge). They arent supposed to discriminate being that I already paid my debt to society. I even received a formal offer and everything from them for $26.25 an hour

20 ton air over hydraulic jack

I am contacting you to complain about two incidents that happened at 2 of your stores One Monday 8-22-22 at Evansville Indiana store I called to confirm they had the 20 ton air over hydraulic jack for $109 was told had 2 went right over was told they didnt have any computer problems on inventory. Then contacted your Hopkinsville Kentucky store Friday 8-26 -22 told they had 3 in stock lady said she looked and they had them sent my wife right over to store hour drive to both stores she got there was told didnt have any computer problems with inventory. I was under the impression she looked. I do a lot of business with your company way over $1500 in the last couple months. Dont know if this will go anywhere but wanted you to know how disappointed I am with the customer service I have received

Defective nozzle

I have been unable to use my pressure washer because water would not come out. It would come out of the wand but when I put the nozzle. My son looked at it and said there is no hole in the nozzle he said he might be able to drill *** but I said let me contact Harbor freight

I purchased a wood splitter ( manuel ) and it it not working the hydraulic spring is stuck and there is no information in the owners manual about hydraulic oil. Am very concerned if I will get a refund or even exchange?
