Halo collar no longer works
I have had my collar for a little under a year, and it no longer works. It will not charge or turn on. What an awful, expensive investment. I have been trying to contact customer support for months to no avail. I would not recommend this as it never worked for keeping our dog contained, even after following the extensive training. It eventually was just a tracking collar for us and did nothing to keep the dog in the yard. Now, it is useless because it no longer charges or turns on.

Need assistance to return a brand new collar
I need someone to call me 906-253-****. Its your return policy on a brand new collar I had to have my dog put down he kept biting people the collar is brand new. Could someone please call me if I can return this.

Returned broken collar
I returned a large dog collar about 8 weeks ago and have not received a replacement, please contact me tomorrow to let me know when a replacement will be sent. This is ridiculous to wait this long, i purchased 2 other collars for my other dogs and am very disappointed in your lax responses.
