Having trouble

Halo collar no longer works

I have had my collar for a little under a year, and it no longer works. It will not charge or turn on. What an awful, expensive investment. I have been trying to contact customer support for months to no avail. I would not recommend this as it never worked for keeping our dog contained, even after following the extensive training. It eventually was just a tracking collar for us and did nothing to keep the dog in the yard. Now, it is useless because it no longer charges or turns on.

Worst customer service!!!!! On the face of the planet, for anything, if anyone actually reads these call me downshift $1000.00 and this is what you get, you should be ashamed to callthis line custo

Then they don't even leave you enough lines to actually leave a review The Halo customer service line is absolutely V worst customer service line I have ever come across. And anything that I've ever done. It's garbage it's BS and you think I'm upset holy c*** I guarantee there's millions of people just like me. Don't do it

Need assistance to return a brand new collar

I need someone to call me 906-253-****. Its your return policy on a brand new collar I had to have my dog put down he kept biting people the collar is brand new. Could someone please call me if I can return this.

Returned broken collar

I returned a large dog collar about 8 weeks ago and have not received a replacement, please contact me tomorrow to let me know when a replacement will be sent. This is ridiculous to wait this long, i purchased 2 other collars for my other dogs and am very disappointed in your lax responses.
