Need help regarding with Winter Dragon Animatronic

I had recently bought an animatronic last year from the company and never got the right parts that I needed for the animatronic and was hoping to get some help. The biggest problem I have is the speaker right now is not working right now and would like to reach out to customer service and see about getting an existing speaker fixed for this upcoming Halloween.

I absolutely love my Dorothy from the wizard of oz costume great quality and true to size. Came delivered the day it was expected. I'm very happy :)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I recently ordered a costume "Sexy Wolf" this past month Sept. 2019 which they have now taken down for some reason. This Co. is absolutely horrible to deal with. The costume looks nothing like it was advertised. I have sent numerous (polite emails at that) without them resolving the issue. I have sent pictures of what I received compared to what they advertised. The costume was a completely different color, had zero detail from what the picture suggested. And the only response is "Sorry friend we can reimburse you 15%. REALLY!!! When your site states that returns are accepted if the product is "not as described" you need to stand by that. The return policy below states: Return FAQ’s What is our return policy? We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase if: Product is not the right size Product is damaged or defective ----> Product is not as described

Poor and Inadequate Return Experience

Nothing wrong with the costume except being too small. Wished the shipping minimum was a little lower for free shipping to receive it though, as rarely any costume for one person would be over $65 to meet that. My issue with them is that I returned the item on November 8th and didn't get an email saying they received my item back until December 11th... They probably had it days after November 8th. The email on December 11th said it would be "still up to 2 weeks to process my return." It has been 4 weeks since that December 11th email and still no refund. I was already annoyed about having to pay return shipping on top of the "18% restocking fee" which seems pretty steep to open a box and put something back on a shelf. As it stands currently, I don't know if I would ever order from them again or recommend them to anyone I know, even if I had a coupon. On top of that their customer service hours are very short and not on weekends at all either and I shouldn't have to be babysitting this and reaching out about this. Regretting ordering from them. So far hasn't been worth being a little cheaper than Amazon because of a coupon I had

False advertisement on sizes

item was no were near the size stated by the company i order a US size 40 to fit my size 37 my hand could not get in the sleeve I was charged 18% plus my debit card was charged additional new 6.99$ to email me a return tag to use my own ink in my printer to download a return tag I was very careful when ordering my size go up to 44 after speaking with customer service i was that size says size run narrow ! that's not true because i took a picture of the size chart it doesn't say any such thing So i was offered a gift card to order from its company or pay 18 % for them to restock the item on the shelf Really false Advertisement on the Actual size of Items Made in China

I paid for premium shipping and am still waiting for my costumes a week after Halloween

The 1 star review is not accurate because HalloweenCostumes.ca deserves 0 stars. I placed an order with HalloweenCostumes.ca 4 business days before Halloween. The site guaranteed delivery before Halloween. Once I had paid, I was informed my order would be here in 3-4 business days. I still haven't received my costumes. I paid for premium shipping for a guaranteed delivery date. I wrote an email to costumer service who told me it was my fault my package had not arrived and UPS has the package. Sharleen M said it's my fault my package wasn't delivered because I didn't list a "suite number" in my address. I did not list a suite number because my address doesn't have suite numbers, it's a single stand alone building on a lot. It's a buisness and the doors are open 10am-8pm with someone working. HalloweenCostumes.ca is going to charge me $14 for UPS to send the package back to them.

Halloweencostumes - Shipping Service Review

The costume they sent was supposed to be for a school play for my daughter. The sizing for a child is completely off... they sent it in a child xl for child 16 size package it is about a size 18 adult!!!! I am very upset about this, it is very careless. People depend on these products for family etc and customers depend upon having some logical sizing! If there is a problem with the company's sizing, they should not carry these items!! My daughter will no not have her costume in time for her rehersal! I've now had to purchase TWO MORE IN A MEDIUM AND LARGE CHILD SIZE hoping something will fit! In addition I expected a credit for current shipping overnight to receive the costume faster (I have no choice this is the costume we were told we had to purchase for the play) and a credit for my payment for two day shipping on the last order which arrived 5 days later!!!! However I just found out that they charge at 18% RESTOCKING FEE AND WE PAY RETURN SHIPPING FOR THEIR DEFECTIVE ORDER! This is very very poor service!!! They do not answer phones and the email only works if you put the subject in as having a product question.

Halloweencostumes Shipping Service Review

AVOID THIS STORE THEY STOLE MY MONEY! No item was delivered! Driver claimed I signed my name! I even reported to police and got a claim reference number but this shop didn't care and refused a refund leaving me a disabled person out of pocket. Disgraceful .

Halloweencostumes Customer Care Review from Rapid City, South Dakota

This company is absolutely ridiculous. I had ordered a costume from them and was really excited to receive it. Unfortunately, when I tried it on it was too small. I immediately took it off and put it back in the package. I had it on for less than 5 minutes and took less than 10 steps in it. After putting it back in the package, I began the return process. First, after printing off the packing slip, I had to pay to ship it back to them. So on top of paying for the dress, I had to pay to ship it back. On top of that, their policy states that if they accept the return, they take 10% for a restocking fee. Then I hear from them. My return was not accepted because they found stains on the cape and deodorant on the dress. I would like to know how a cape I wore for less than 5 minutes and less than 10 steps became stained, unless it was before I received it or after I shipped it. To add insult to injury, they concluded their response email saying that if I wanted it back, I could pay ANOTHER $6.99 to have them ship it back to me! The cheap quality of the costume wasn't worth the original price, let alone all of these added shipping charges! I will never order from this company again, and I will never recommend them to anyone.

20% off DOES NOT HAPPEN

I tried five different ways to get 20% off 11/5/15. It did not happen. I did not get an email (I gave my email twice and waited for 8 hrs) nor did I get get it using www.thecoupon.co CLEARLY their site is a scam. I'm sure that my review will be scrubbed since it at their behest. I will be posting this at BBB and other sites. I want my 20% off of the 35.96 I spent on this costume on 11/5/15. This site does not accept what I just wrote... It needs more and more and more words... reminds me of a teacher that asks for 500 words before it is accepted. YAAY I got to 100 words.

Halloweencostumes - Refund Review

The customer service representative that I spoke to was rude & inconsiderate when I called to inquire about my refund. I sent the items back wks ago (via FedEx) because they didn't fit, and still haven't received a confirmation of items received (I know they were delivered back because I tracked the package) nor notifications of when I should be expecting my refund. I will NEVER do business with this site AGAIN and will advise that anyone that values their HARD EARNED money to be VERY cautious when dealing with them.

Just beware before purchasing through this company.My experience was not a good one. This company confirmed through email my ordered items were in stock,and my order was a success. The costume and item was purchased for my child, who was looking forward to this particular costume. Another email was sent confirming the costume and items were shipped. As the days were getting closer to Halloween, I called just to make sure the order was coming. They asked for the tracking number which was conveniently left off the email which I did not notice. I was told a completely different story and my items were not even shipped. No costume, however I did receive a check back. Not a Company I am ever going to deal with again.

Terrible Customer Service

Recently I purchased a costume from halloweencostumes.com. I ordered a medium and they sent me a small in a medium's packaging. After realizing the mistake I looked up the returns policy to discover that I could only return items within 14 days of the original order date.It took them 11 days to deliver my items and it was delivered on a Friday so I was unable to do anything until the following Monday. So, because of their mistake I was unable to return my items and was stuck with an unusable costume that cost me $60. I emailed customer service to see if they could do anything for me and they said it was my fault that I couldn't return my items because I didn't choose expedited shipping. If you are going to order from this company, make sure that you order the right size, choose expedited shipping, and don't complain when they don't send you what you ordered. Oh, and be prepared for high prices.

http://www.halloweencostumes.com/acc-blaster-han-solo.html This seller offers a Star Wars toy blaster as Han Solo Replica. But what you get is nothing like the picture they've got on the web. This is clearly a fraudulent advertisement. The only accurate description are the colors. You try to contact them and they don't answer. And they have a note on the website saying that colors and styles are subject to change without notice by manufacturer and that is not their fault and they try to keep the webpage updated.... a whole bunch of lies. I strongly advise everyone not to buy from this website.
