I signed in and it says Im signed in, but it will not let me watch the movies. It tells me I have to subscribe to it.

I just signed up for Hallmark Movies Now! It let me watch about 2 minutes & shut off!
I just singed up for the free trial! It let me watch 2 minutes & then shut off! I want to cancel & it won't allow me to do so! I'm not going to pay for something that doesn't work! I agree that your movies can show people with disabilities or inter racial couples, because that isnt wrong. The lesbian life style is disgusting! The Bible tells us that is wrong.

Has Hallmark become the *** channel now?
These movies used to be amazing and free of politics. Now, all the new movies feature gays, even though they only represent 3% of the country. Is Hallmark trying to promote homosexuality? My wife and I used to look forward to every new movie. Now we just turn it off.

When I pay for a streaming service, I expect full access.
We started watching the Aurora Teagarden Mysteries on YouTube Tv. Episode 2&3 were lock, and required a subscription to Hallmark Movies Now. We paid for the subscription, but only given access to four more episodes. We searched for more episodes, but they don't show up in the search. Instead, it gave suggestions for other shows.

Can’t access account after providing credit card information
Created an account. Had to put credit card information. Got an email from hallmark supposedly but it tells me I have to create an account before watching a movie. So...what's the story. How many times are you going to request credit card information. It talks about a free trial but in order to get the free trial you need to add your credit card information but then it tells you you dont have an account and you need to create one, how many more times do I need to do that.

reloaded hallmark movies now on samsung smart tv and trying to log in tells me to go to www.hmnow.com/registration but that only takes me to hallmark movies now not to the registration page. Samsung only show a barcode no code

Samsung TV owners dont work
Samsung TVs dont work its not your fault its a Samsung problem. The phone rep was very kind and explained it. But if you own a Samsung either pull out the old roku device or fire stick or get hallmark through prime because the actual app doesnt work. Also it does not work through an Xbox one either already checked they dont have an app for Xbox dont know about PlayStation didnt ask. Hope Samsung fixes it soon were missing cute Christmas movies

I specifically have chosen Hallmark Movies to give me entertainment that has christian values. Your new episode "Every time a bell rings" on Hallmark Movies Now, shows that you are joining the world in its values. I am disappointed, and will soon discontinue my subscription. My hope is that you will return to your original values. But if it is a $ issue, I can see that you will dismiss my complaint and many others. Would you please respond and let me know if you intend on moving in this new direction?

Hallmark rip-off
I bought a Frndly subscription because they offered three Hallmark channels. But now all the popular Hallmark TV shows have been moved to the Hallmark Movies Now channel and Hallmark is requiring a $70 subscription fee to watch the Hallmark TV shows that used to air on their regular channels. This is a bait and switch: get people hooked on the popular TV shows and then move them to a different channel that requires more money. Come on, Hallmark, do the right thing and put them back.
