DO NOT USE
I signed a contract with them over a year and a 1/2 ago. It took me over a year of constant emailing them and phone calls and actual visiting them and demanding they give me a refund and they never would. Eventually they filed my case with the courts but meanwhile I lost a year of child support. And once the case got started and they went to court 2x with me and where late both times, they chose to no longer represent me. They would not refund my money. They have very *** customer service. I will never ever use them and they are not as inexpensive as you think. You're better off getting a Real lawyer and one that actually cares for your case. I dealt with Debbie Paice, John George, and Kenneth Robbins.

Fast and easy!
Recieved a traffic ticket and half price lawyers made the whole process very quick and easy! They helped reduce the ticket as well! Definitely would recommend!

Horrible
I went for chapter 7 bankruptcy I never got told to be there I missed two times and each time was never noticed and I went today it was dismissed because of not showing up and when I call them no response horrible customer service and lack of communication with clients and in short they only want your money

Have tried multiple times to get ahold of my lawyer for questions about the requirements of my case. In fact I have 12 attempts via phone, email and text that he set up and he never once got back to me. This led me to sign up for the wrong dui class and wasted 125 dollars. His excuse in court was that he had a lot of "new people on staff" not my problem. He never once asked me anything about the case. I never met with him until the morning of court where he yelled my name out. He also yelled the name of another gentlemen then said " are you here? I hope not because it isn't going to be good" very professional dude. When he did call me, he made sure to tell me that he creeped my Facebook and he's never admitted that to another client before. He asked me who the girls were in my cover photo. What a *** Maybe spend less time on Facebook and more time answering clients questions. I also asked in court many times how to sign up for what I need to do, he never answered my questions. The other lawyer sitting next to me laughed out loud at how unprofessional he was, walking away from me mid sentence FOUR TIMES. I also had to inform him that since my case was pre 10/1 I wasn't a candidate for the interlock. He had no idea when I was even arrested. He didn't do absolutely anything for me that a free public defender could have. 3k down the drain. If you want to feel degraded, creeped out, and waste 3k, this is your guy! Just received a call from the pr department asking me to revise and change my review. The unprofessionalism continues.

Under New Management
Found out thru a friend that they're under New Management now and decided to hire them. Best decision ever! Looking back thru old reviews versus who actually on staff now and all those bad reviews are for ppl that no longer work there. So glad I investigated and got a great inside scoop!

Great results Great price divorce custody
Hired for divorce custody case and got great results. Was quoted 2-3x the price at other firms. They practice all types of law traffic tickets, bankruptcy, criminal defense, etc. they advertise everywhere and office is huge and nice. They returned all my calls in a timely matter and are Hg Friendly staff

Dont hire chris aaron as a family attorney do not go to this office for a family attorney since they only have one, they dont contact you, they dont call you back, they just any price u pay and they dont do there job I wont ever go to this office again. This is not how lawyers are suppose to treat there clients more like a get rich quick scam.

Filing Fee Refund

Terrible attitude, unprofessional and incompetent both attorney and paralegal asistant
Hired them for a bankruptcy case. They are nice only before you pay them money, once they got that they don't answer your phone calls, they don't answer your emails, and if they do you will have to call in for a week and insist with emails. Totally unprofessional, incompetent both the Attorney and paralegal assistant, terrible attitude. At the meeting of creditors/hearing the attorney doesn't say a word, no help, his totally incompetent. Make yourself a favor and chose an attorney or law firm that is professional and that know how to do things right, with knowledge, and someone that will help and answer you calls and email. After you file and pay or sign for monthly payments they will just ignore you, and no real help anymore.

Excellent customer service
Hired them for a Family custody matter. I used them in the past for a bankruptcy that went well and a few traffic tickets. they were timely with returning calls and most importantly they won my case. They were priced way below market too. I was able to meet with the family attorney many times with no problems. Sharon at the front desk was very friendly and the staff over all was caring about my case. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Do not let their name scare you away because they have great lawyers working there and if you would hire them on their own they would be double the price at least. No service/ no refund
My situation changed, did not go thru with chapter 7 bk. Asked about another service- no they wouldn’t do that. Said they would give back filing fees but no they haven’t done that either. Called several times they just brush me off. Wish I never heard of Half Price Lawyers.

I went into half price lawyers had a consultation with CJ and he heard my custody case he took alot of my info then told me I have no one on the calendar to go with you to your hearing it was on Aug 31 2017 at 11am but cj knew I was in contemp of court and told me I wouldn't go to jail because I can go alone so I left went home and he called me back and said he had John G George f I could come back I went back I met him and he throw a whole bunch of papers in front of me to sign and said it was a one time fee he would take my case he showed up late 40 minutes he didn't speak to me he spoke to my ex attorney because they were friends we went in to see the judge and he knew nothing about my case I did all the talking he did nothing he told the judge he will come back with me to my up coming court dates and I never heard back from him until I called the office 5 times left messages for him and I got a email he was dropping me as a client I won't a refund of my 600.00 dollars he did nothing for me please contact me at 702-970-**** Lynn flores thank you

HORRIBLE
Ms. Alyssa Aklestad has no class or manners or any sence of the ethics Lawyers should have. Hire her if you don't want to get any news on your case and if you ask for information or news she responds disrespectfully with an attitude or will hang up on you if you ask whats going on. I don't know how the rest of the lawyers in this firm are but she was unbelievably RUDE. Never gave me specific information on my case I had to beg. I am making a complaint to Nevada Bar on her. Abusive lawyer has ZERO compassion. *Make sure you get a copy of your contract/Retainer, when hiring any lawyer in any firm upfront in case you need to make a complaint and keep comunication via email so you have written proof.
