Good customer service
I contacted the customer service via the chat on the website. They responded quickly and helped me placed an order via PayPal since I am from a different country and having issues placing the order by myself. They quickly placed my order for me, and I just paid via my PayPal app, next thing I know it's already shipped.

Return questions
I never received a response to the online chats I did t ,they were completely ignored.I have alopecia , I am a cancer patient therefore I have to wear wigs.none of my messages received a response.Not one of my complaints received. Response period After I let my credit card company know about this,now I get a e-mail .It should not have to take the credit card company to get involved as I am the customer.This is unfair ,The wigs were unsatisfactory to me ,but it took credit card company before you reached out to me .Sad!!!

Product looks like someone already played with it.
When I requested the return label and took them 4days before I received the form. But only have 7days to return. Then will be charged a 15% restocking fee. 70% fee for removed/damaged/cut labels or packaging. In addition, Shipping the item back Is at cost to me. Do not order from this place. Its not worth it.

Ordered two wigs and what I received was at least 4" shorter and less full as shown in the picture...and had no shape as shown in the pic...plus the color 4/30 was really 1B. I received no response from their customer service

Recieved order late.
I was charged 11.95 for 3-5 shipping. I didn't receive my order 2 1/2 later.

BUYER BEWARE... If you would like your financial privacy compromised you can count on Hair Stop and Shop. I placed an order that did not go through due to me being outside the US with my card. I checked my bank balance 1 week later and saw $520US missing. Someone had a lovely time spending my hard earned money on a birthday party, they even ordered Papa John's. Reported the fraudulent transactions to both my bank and Hair Stop and Shop. A hold was placed on my card and Stop and Shop rep told me there is nothing that can be done. Coincidentally, the first withdrawal was the exact amount as my initial order that did not go through on the website. Fraudulent Company.
