Bad hair cut and style

The senior stylist sherry in Ketland Location did a horrible haircut and style for me. The hair cut did not look anything like the picture I showed her.

Open ticket

The absolute worse haircut of my life! I asked for layers and Sherry chopped it to the point of no fixing. The DM thinks refunding for the hair cut and adding color resolved the problem. Well, it doesnt. My hair is still chopped, no layers! The color makes it less noticeable but I have to do it everyday and the amount of hairspray I must use is beyond ridiculous, let alone the stress level while trying to make it look decent to get through the day. Ive left messages for the regional manager and as of today havent received a call back. I called the corporate number but seems like they disconnected it. I will not stop here!

Bad customer service

The lady did not know how to cut my granddaughter's hair she showed her a picture how she wanted it on her phone that the other hair Cuttery did last year the lady was rude complained about my granddaughter's hair being too thick and she should charge her 40 shampoo it blow dry it just wet it and cut two strips my granddaughter says that's okay and we left after she paid her $26 for nothing cut my hair too and I'm a senior and my hair was even below my earlobe told her to cut it at the earlobe she did but $26 is ridiculous for not even having a shampoo or blow dry she said that would be $40

Dissatisfied customer

My mother Pat Padgett paid $170 for her hair to be done I. Highlights and lowlights. Her hair looked exactly the way it did before. I spoke to the manager and she told me we could NOT get out money back. Im very disappointed in the lack of professionalism with empathy. This just doesnt seem right! Iv already contacted the BBB.

Complaint on severely damaged hair

Ripped my hair out at the scalp by scrubbing my scalp and shampooing 3x to get an overload of dye out. I told her numerous times she was scraping my scalp she said she had to get the dye out. My hair is bald spot in front and thin at scalp and gray at roots after 12 days and she unevenly cut my hair and didn't do what I asked. Shameful. District mngr Karen promised my money back and she still hasn't refunded and won't return my calls I am going to the police station to find out the law regarding standing in the parking lot to let all customers know to be careful of Lisa. She's terrible

Complaint no mislead

Bought a Groupon had to go back twice to have the highlights put in and they still didnt add enough lights and one month now my gray is showing when new color last up to 3 months I called the location and a nice lady told me they put a semi perm color when I should have gotten a permanent color. So for $90 and they did refund me but the time and gas for false advertising will end up costing me double. I am so upset that I still have to drive elsewhere to get my hair right. Sorry and a refund is not enough!

Charge to much for a haircut for a man

Friday, Aug. 19, 2022 went to the Hair Cuttery in Bethesda near my home and Home depot. My regular stylist was not there for my appointment so I had to find another stylist. She seemed to do a good job for me. I went to pay for a male friend of mine who introduced me to hair cuttery that he had been going too for years. He is an attorney and was not satisfied with the stylist who did his hair and charged him $34.00 not to include tip I gave. I spent a lot on my hair due to having color and styled. Over $102.00 and tip $10.00. Why did they charge so much for Alan's hair?? He has never paid this much and said he would never go back due to this outrageous price. I gave the place a $5.00 tip for him as well. Please check this out. He never paid this for a haircut and not even a wash. You do not have prices posted so it is confusing to know how a customer is being charged? This hairdresser was young that did Alan's hair and he went to Ti for years and now I go every week to her. They completely FRIED my hair during a spiral perm!!!

I went to this salon on July 30th to have a spiral perm done. The appointment was at 12:30 and lasted until completion at 4pm. Late that same evening I took a close look at my hair and saw the extent of the damage, my hair was FRIED!! I put the hairdresser on notice and also spoke to Gabrielle the manager and the assistant manager Hannah which physically inspected my hair and agreed it was severely damaged. They kicked it up to the "highest manager" for this store which is Stephanie Rivera. Miss Rivera is an under qualified manager which placed blame on her staff for her not returning my calls regarding my refund request. She advised me that no refund would be forthcoming unless they (meaning Hair Cuttery) tried different processes. At this point I declined because I already had them damage it, as well as having Thyroid Issues which stylist was aware of, the chance cannot be taken of it falling out. So now I will be reporting this to DBPR and taking further actions as I am now forced to pay a qualified stylist to begin the healing process. All this aggravation cost 268.31 at Hair Cuttery ALTAMONTE Springs, Florida

COMPLETELY chemically burned my hair from roots to end. Hahn at Harbour Point in Midlothian VA needs to have her license suspended!!!

Went in to have a basic root perm. The stylist I had an appointment with advised she didnt feel comfortable because I have highlights. I respected her decision since its her profession. As I was leaving a different stylist asked me to come back, that she wanted to discuss the service. I simply wanted a root perm that only wraps your hair 2-3 times around a perm rod and leaves the majority of your hair out. She said she knew exactly what I wanted. Went on to tell me the only reason the other stylist didnt want to do it was because it was too much trouble rolling hair and they were lazy. She proceeded to wrap my hair and instead of leaving the remaining hair out she rolled that in a different rod. I asked her why and she said because that way she could keep it uniform. I said but youre not putting solution on that part right? She told me she had been doing hair for 20 years and knew exactly what I wanted and not to worry - that I would love it. Long story short she saturated my hair, went on to cut another clients hair and after a while asked a girl that was helping assist the salon to rinse my hair. After that Hahn stuck me under a dryer. It was just complete chaos. After she was done my hair was literally coming out in my hands. She DESTROYED my hair. I have spoken to the salon leader, Elineese, manager, Rebeka and district manager, Mimi. While they all admit the stylist ruined my hair the only solution they will offer is to go back to their salon for treatments. My hair is mush and even the salon leader admitted she didnt feel comfortable combing treatment through my hair when I did go back at their request. Not to mention, I almost feel like I have PTSD when it comes to being back in that salon. Very uncomfortable and I dont trust them! It will take a minimum of 5 years to have normal hair again. I strongly advise to stay a way from Hair Cuttery. I recently found out they hire people straight out of high school and let them work under the license of other stylist. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! There hasnt been a day since she did this to my hair I haven't been terribly sad, angry and disgusted with the way this situation has been handled by this company.

I’m Traumatized from this milleville de hair cuttery -

Im a kind and very good tipper went in for color service come home waited a day or two to only have orange hair - I go back just to have manager put toner on that only washed out in three days - So I go back another visit ask for facial highlights only to turn out chunky bleach - And a very bad cut spent 152 dollars - wrote to guest services no response - no call from manager to whom I dont even want to talk to because she is mean - I since had to fix the chunky bleach in my hair with dye my hair gone cant fix that :( - Out of fairness I should be refunded - I will never be going back - I broke my arm was in a cast so I had to wait to get my smile back and a different salon hair cuttery in Rehobeth helped me get my smile back than again after spending another 125 dollars my advice stay away from milleville salon TY kindly Michelle
