C cannot place order by phone cannot use Internet. Please help me call me at 253-857-****. I am 96 years old with liver, limited site vision, and need help talking to a person who can fill an order for me of items that I had already bought but I dont have the numbers or the catalogs. Three times ordered product

Placed and order-used wrong credit card. Called customer service and corrected problem and the order was being sent. Wasnt sent. Called again and oops they were sending it. Nothing sent . Emailed Walmart[order will be here in three days. Canceled my Haband order. Have never had a problem in my several years as a customers. Ridiculous. Walmart fan now for sure.

Need balance on my Haband account.

Refund

Shopped online December 10, 2022. First time shopper. Site advertising buy one, buy 2nd pair at huge discount. Christmas special lure. I bit, bought 2nd pair. Pants arrived during Christmas rush. Tried pants on and they were too small. Sent email to company asking for procedure to return them for refund. They advised my pants were Not refundable.They were clearance. Sitewide clearance under the premise of Christmas Special. Customer satisfaction. 90 day returns if Not satisfied. All totally BS. Would not budge on refund. Just cookie cutter response, sorry your not satisfied with your purchase. Canceled my account and will Never do business with them again. Will let my friend that referred them know how they "do not do business to the satisfaction of the consumer".

False product description

"Mens Heavyweight Rib-Knit Sweatpants Item Number: 01F", contrary to product description, are neither thick, heavyweight, nor warm. They feel like cheap pajama pants. And the website blocks me from writing this review there. What do you expect for $20? My bad. I forgot bald-faced lying is completely legal.

DID NOT DELIVER AS PROMISED

ORDER #937**** ORDERED 11/27/2022 stated all items were in stock! said would take 2 days to process and 6 to 8 days for delivery! still showed up as in processing on 12/11/2022. i called and emailed customer service inquiring about this order even though I asked to get to a supervisor I still got no answer! on 12/15/2022 I finally got a tracking # for 2 of my items. Calling back on the 2 remaining items I was finally told that one was not in stock and the other was on back order!

Extremely bad customer service

you might as well have no customer service! each time I called or emailed you on Order #937**** even though it continued to show up on my orders received on 11/27/2022 it showed up as being processed! you promised that processing would take no more than 2 or 3 days and shipping would take another 6 to 8 days! I placed an additional order on 12/5/'2022. which was received! I started emailing you and calling you each and every day until 12/15/2022! when I originally placed my order on 11/27/2022 you stated every thing was in stock! finally I got my tracking number for 2 items!! you now say the other items were either not in stock or on back order! Why? Now you state that the estimated delivery date will be for the 2 item 12/23/2022. WHY DO YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE P;ERSONNEL LIE TO ME!

Want to receive a catalog in the mail

My husband always enjoyed looking at the Haband catalog he was sorry its no longer available. I talked to a service person and they are sending him a Blair catalog. I ordered him a pair of cargo pants and he loves them. Im going to order them in another color

Still waiting after 2 weeks for my order to even be shipped

placed my order 2 weeks ago and tracking number shows that it is still waiting to be picked up. I have sent 2 emails regarding my order but no help at all.. I thought it was a good company to shop from but sadly wrong about it. I just want my money back and will find my slippers somewhere else. Glad i didnt place a second order for other items.

Product was not as described and due to little known return policy was not returnable.

Bought two pair of shoes described as wide (eee). Upon receipt they didnt appear to be even ane also the instep opening was so tight I couldnt get my foot into the shoe. And, because the price ended in 97 it was not returnable, my fault, guess I didnt read the fine print.

Very, Very, poor costomer service

Do not shop Haband , it takes forever to get the merchandise. When you call to check why the items have not been shipped, you get a runaround. You call goes to an " off- shore " .country . You get no answers just a run around . The wrest experience and completely frustrating experience in my life, Please do not put yourself through such a mess, just avoid HABAND at all cost .
