LIVID NO PEANUT BUTTER IN ICE CREAM
I have always bought chocolate and peanut butter for many years and the last 6 months or so they cannot get it right?! Like wtf happened?! Its like Im buying their crap plain chocolate ice cream!!! No one wants that! We want to ribbons and chunks of peanut butter!!! Pissed off!!!

Quality Issues
Tried to send an email to Haagen-dazs to inform them that 2 14 oz containers of ice cream I've purchased in the last 4 months have had big holes in them with several ounces of ice cream missing. Each time, I filled out ALL of the stuff they required plus a photo of the quality problem. Once I hit submit, i was informed that I had to login or create an account. Of course, there is no way to create an account. After 3 attemps, I am fed up and not wasting any more time. The company needs to reimburse me for a 14 oz container. I'm no longer buying any of its products because its clear the company cares not for those who purchase its products. Done.

I was very impressed with the very professional and patient and honest response I got to my thoughts on a new product that Hagen Das had launched, and also receptive to my serious number one flavor of espresso with chocolate cookie flavor that I have actually bought and given to friends who have become addicted like myself to this particular flavor of extra dazz. This is definitely a family of Häagen-Dazs ice cream, and only Häagen-Dazs in this household

I order ice cream price came to 8.00 when I got my receipt it said 11.00 I ask the cashier and manager why said they took a three dollar tip unknow to me if you dont push no to tip they automatically take. 3.00 tip I ask why they told me I need to learn how to read its not there fault manager needs to be fired at the willowbrook mall bad for the ice cream companies was walking away I heard the cashier tell another worker she need to learn how to read

The air pockets you guys are putting in every single container of ice cream. Its really disappointing to see such a world renowned company pulling stunts like all the other companies to scam the people out of their dollar and put more in the companies bank account cause someone needs a new Ferrari

Disappointment the last four times I bought the peanut butter and chocolate Häagen-Dazs. It has been no peanut butter in the ice cream just only chocolate don’t know what’s going on but someone needs
I didnt Häagen-Dazs customers for about six years now I just became very dissatisfied. The last four times I purchased the Häagen-Dazs peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. The peanut butter has not been in the ice cream. Dont know whats going on with someone need to check that product.

Caramel cone ice cream defective
Purchased one pint of HD Caramel Cone ice cream through 7/11 with Uber delivery. Product is inferior. Below volume line. Frothy frozen top.
