Bad and poor service, Rude consultants. Poor service overall

The consultant does not want to listen to my argument. She kept on saying I didn't pay and I paid in full. Finally said I should wait... I waited for more than an hour without any assistance.

Rude employee

the disrespect that I got from a Lesego that i spoke with from bara gym company is out of this world a whole so called customer service representative who is rude ,talks over clients and disrespectful ,your service is unkind, distasteful and appalling to say the least I don't know who you think you are, who are you to swear at customers

Horrible customer service

Had a 3 year contract which ended long ago, yet they continued to debit my bank account. I phoned the gym company branch in Randburg square the manager was rude, kept interrupting me and ultimately hung up on me. I want a refund of all the funds which were debited when the contract lapsed. I also want the manager to apologize for her rudeness. Thanks.

Horrible Customer Service

Took a 3 year contract which ended a long time ago, yet they were still devoting my bank account. Needless to say the manager which was meant to assist me was rude and kept interrupting me when I spoke. She then hung up the phone on me. I want a refund for all the debits that went off after the agreed upon contract period ended. Also, I want an apology from the rude manager in their Randburg Square office. Thanks.

Complaint

Unhygienic practices at sauna , clients using facility toyally naked without towels on or over benches . Management unwillingness to manage and enforce their own rules and guidelines .

I cannot believe how poor the customer service at the Newtown branch

I have tried a number of times to contact this branch to get a cancellation form since I'm no longer based in Gauteng and therefore cannot continue with the membership. Every time when I call it's a different excuse. How hard can it be to share a cancellation form??? I'm so displeased with how this matter has been handled by the Newtown branch

I need to change my debit order dates

I need to urgently change my debit order date without having to physically go into the branch. If that is not possible, then by all means please cancel my contract.

Poor customer service and communication

Gym Company advised a number of clients that a cash payment/eft was payable due to the fact that the debit collection for the 01/01/23 was not received. This was sent before 8am on the 3/1/23 not taking into account that the 1st and 2nd were public holidays?? Clients who paid were subsequently also debited. When approaching their Westgate branch, I was told they couldn't help with a refund. The staff at reception were unhelpful, as well as their finance staff. The staff at Westgate are unhelpful, untrained and arrogant toward their customers, and management are never available.

Ladies beware expect to be physically assaulted during loadshedding

No power, the gym operates in the dark. You will be assaulted and management condones it. Their excuse will be cameras were down. Also they will give you a hard time if you wanna cancel. MFs are scammers and thieves. Don't be enticed by the R199

Gym Company is a Scam, they don't want to cancel my contract. Never again!!!!

You guys are a messed-up gym house because I have been trying to cancel my membership since May 2022, is like you enjoy scamming people. Your team is not competent in getting our membership cancelled but are quick to get us on board. I am now expected to pay for the services that I did not use when all the advice came from your incompetent employees. I curse the day I joined your gym. When I call, they always say someone will call me and no one does. Thats a lot of bull coming from you guys. Come month end, you want to deduct my money.

Why is Gym compay imploying Nagerains

So bracken city shopping center.. Gym company has a nagerain man working here as a instructor manager.. This man selling steroid etc to people on the center.. Also cary a fire arm.. Has tretten center maneger 2 times.. And the manager of the gym and also Rishen not doing nothing about it.. I and my family and also my friends will cancel our contract with gym company less if this man get removed from the gym.. Than we will consider staying on..

How can i get my reffund

I joined the gym with my son. Suupposed to pay R199 nd son R149. The gym company debited twice R149 ffrom Nov 2021 till March 2022. And R100 for extra tag. I went and query, and they said therr was 2 accounts for amy son. Same id and names. And they deducted from my account. They dont knw how this happened. Now i since asked them to refund or to credit me for my membership accounds. Insted i have been blocked withhout going to gym for skipping a month.

Why can they NEVER see my cash payments EVERY MONTH!!!!

Every month is a big issue.CASH eft is done every month from another company WITH my reference number to Gym Company Westgate.They can never find the payment and allocate it to my account.And then my access is denied.It takes more than a week for them to resolve this issue every month.I am very unpleased regarding this. I also work with debtors / accounts and must say the service is a disgrace to your clients and company. Regards Celeste Afonso

Contract issues and cancellation

I would like to cancel my contract as it is ending, but I'm being taken from pillar to post. The one lady said she will send me cancelation forms and never did. The other lady said it's impossible to cancel. Thinking of taking legal action to proceed because I'm not getting any assistance.
