Inability to reach customer service in a timely manner. Basically they are only a website to post stuff for sale but don’t help when their website screws up a listing.

Non existent. Supposed phone line rings once and then drops. Had an issue with an immediate need regarding a listing the screwed up and am still waiting on an email response back.

Cannot get registration done and you don’t pick up your customer service phone number at 3:06 extension I don’t know what to do

can I get registration done at all? Ive tried for a half hour I tried calling your customer service number. I keep getting disconnected. Nobody says hello nothing I dont know whats going on. I want to buy a shotgun.

I can’t get Gunbroker to respond to me

I need HELP! A Gunbroker seller has 1,000.00 of my money since May 20th, and claims that my gun was damaged in transit, but refuses to refund refund my money after numerous calls, and now will NOT answer any of my Phone calls. Please help!

First time experience in her I will never be coming back got a messed up part seller claims to give me my money back so sent the item back but days go by he won't answer me gunbrokers customer service is all about the seller not the customer you have to be a gold vip member to talk to anyone in customer service. Avoid it if you can don't buy from here dont buy from here

I order gun that never shipped a was unable to contact anyone about the issue. Dont advertise items that you are not going to honor

I ordered two guns on your website and gave my information and got a confirmation on the order then never could get any confirmation of tracking till four days later I got a letter stating that there was a glitch in the system and a pricing issue so my order was canceled Not real happy

Trying to make a payment, be nice if I could talk to some one

I bought a gun off of gunbroker website , and try to pay for it but I cant find a place for cc info. Do I pay GB or the seller? Order # 2214****, item # 98133****. Need some infro. , holding the seller up . Be nice I could talk to someone.

FFL I need FFL account to be sent to my local gun shop in Naples, Florida Naples gun shop. I won an auction for a Ruger single six revolver number 99174****.

My complaint is trying to get to you on the telephone, and speaking to a live person is impossible. Why is it so difficult? Im sure youre very busy but customer service should be. Youre number one priority. Thank you Hank.

I have been scammed pay for a gun never received it

I paid for a gun through Venmo the seller text me stated they need three dollars more for FFL to send it. They wanted me to buy another gun from them so they can get the money. Therefore I was scammed $974.$.38 was paid.

Inable to communicate with gunbroker staff

I tried to reach out to Gunbroker about a seller poor behavior , that it involves racial slurs through phone conversation , and I wasnt even able to speak with a representative, not to mention that that racist seller still actively operating on the website ! He sold me a defective Item , refused to help resolving the issue, and he told me TO GO BACK TO MY *** COUNTRY !

Misleading information

I bought an item that was not brand I was looking for due to miss advertising and now its impossible to reach gunbrokers.com to correct the error and it was a very expensive item. If situation is not resolved I will advise everyone to avoid this site. Buyers beware you are not protected by this site
