HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS/ Horrible timing to get back with a Customer

I have to say for someone who spends so much money with you guys, U guys definitely need to learn how to treat your customer and respond back with a customer concerns in a timely matter! I have attempted to reach out several times re: a withdraw that was approved and declined from my bank since my card was paused however each email I have sent he live rep I have attempted to speak with GIVE ME ABSOLUTELY NO HELP I KEEP BEING TOLD SOMEONE WHLL REACH OUT VIA EMAIL WHICH NO ONE DOES I HAVE RECEIVED ONE EMAIL RESPONSE ADVISING ME THAT MY FUNDS WILL BE BACK ON MY APP IN 24hrs which obviously has NOT HAPPENED!! It is mind blowing that your live reps can not assist with anything!!! Their response is careless and not helpful what so ever!!!

Did not have my &20 per week on my rewards card. I went there for my birthday and put my card in the kiosk and got a whole five dollars and that is all that I had on my card never received my rewards

I would like to know why my weekly rewards was not on my card and it was not because of lack of going there. I have been there in October and August and a few times before that in 2022.. Patricia Kooienga

Just went there today had free spin on one slot 12 gave me 1.80. Another slot I had 10 free spins gave me .80 cents

Very Unhappy Customer

I have sent multiple emails and used the online chat function several times trying to get a withdrawal I requested on 3/4/22 processed. I received a confirmation of my withdrawal request the same day I made the request at my email associated with my GunLake account but have received no further emails from GunLake or Parx. I keep being told that Gun Lake is sending me emails to upload verification documents to but they are not coming through to my email (yes, I have checked my spam folder on multiple occasions). Four weeks ago on chat, they were able to copy and paste the text from the email they said was sent to me and it had a link to use to upload documents. I entered the link, tried to upload the docs and received a system error message with no other info. On 3/22/22 I then sent PDFs of all the requested documents to the misupport@***.com email address that was provided. No response from them and no check received. I used the chat feature again two weeks ago and was then told that I had to upload to that link and it had to be the link in the email, not just type in the link that was given to me in the chat. Since I dont have the email that GunLake says they sent, thats impossible. The person on chat said they would forward me the email that I didn't receive but for some reason (!) she couldnt do that while still in the chat. I can be in a chat and still send email, I do it all the time at work. She insisted we had to end the chat before she could forward an email.again, even though she claims to have sent it, I never received it. It's now been over 6 weeks since I initiated a withdrawal request without any follow up. I have sent numerous emails and have used their chat feature 3 times requesting that they communicate with me at an alternate email address or call me or anything. Nothing! I sent another email today from the alternate account that I provided and I resorted to this website to try get this resolved. I have offered to fax the documents and drive there if necessary. Nothing! I receive emails from all their other email addresses they use (see media files below), just not the one that will actually give me the money I won. Odd.... Wonder why they can't just use that email address to send it to me.... I obviously receive emails from GunLake as I have multiple deposit confirmations from them as well as the confirmation of my request for withdrawal. Telling me that you have sent an email and wiping your hands of it is not the solution. Please find one.

Very unhappy

We went to play today and waited 2 hours for a drink. No waitresses around. Was told nobody was working. This is crap. Why dont they pay help enough so they can wait in customers. Crazy with how much money they make

Still no payment on Online site!

I made a withdrawal for $1100 on Feb 18th, here it is March 2nd and still no payment , customer service just keeps saying check has been mailed. *** it don't take that damn long for mail to come. Don't even know what to do at this point!

Discouraged

Going to casino after working long day to eat at buffet with husband approx 6ish pm walked out of front smoking area and fell due to a undeveloped curb and faint yellow and fell on face obtained a contusion and commuted humerous left fracture. Claim was made and casino denied any accountability. I'm an registered nurse and will tell everyone I know the casino is not accountable for any life or death incidences Nd hope nobody ever has to have such an aweful experience. Lost work and a loss of many things .this happened 112/30/21.

Management is a straight up idiot. I was by far not drunk. We had just sat down and I had 2 drinks. Never coming back. !

Non payment

I won some money on the online site and i still have not received it yet I have called customer service and email them serveral time's now. So if anyone knows how to get there money out of these people let me know please, it has been over 72 hours now so what other excuse will i hear. About ready to contact a lawyer because this is BS. I will never recommend this site to anyone.

They are horrible about giving you your money I've waited 72 hours and still nothing, and my funds disappeared of my account, other Michigan sites paid me and day, this is terrible I cannot recommend them to my family

I am trying to set up my Sportsbook account

I have been trying for months to set up a Sportsbook account with Gun Lake Casino. I originally signed up for Parx Pennsylvania(I live in Michigan) before their Sportsbook even began, this was my error. But now Im frozen and I cant finished my enrollment.

Poor customer service

I came to Gun Lake Casino in order to have my eighty-year-old mother to spend $200.00 get the set of 6 cups at the cost of maybe $10. Because she did not have enough points the cashier proceeded to give my mother a tongue lashing about not having her card activated ...her responsibility . Gift giver staff Marlene-or whatever her nasty name, she was horrible and rude for no real reason your giving out a prize that people really bought. How can the staff not be sensitive and the majority of your customers are seniors. Slum Lake Casino get your staff together.
