Guitar got here fast easy to purchase but upon arrival the guitar was garbage very very disappointed

Missing switch tip Frets were not seated properly Floyd rose route looks like a beaver got a hold of it.

Problem with order

Ordered a GFS EAP-100 endpin preamp kit with internal condenser microphone; when I received the order today the components did not include the condenser mic that is shown in the picture with the description on the packing slip. Please advise on how to get the mic. ORDER #AB-522306 Thanks!!

They commit fraud and rip people off.

They sell thier blem bodies for a decent discount. The problem is that they aren't usually a true "blem" model. They instead find an imperfection or two in the finish and then they take a pic of them and put them in the "clearance" section. The thing is they don't sell anything that doesn't have a blem on it. If the guitar body is defective because of a poorly and improperly routed neck pocket and sometimes the neck bolt holes are crooked as well, they put it in the "clearance" section in discount. And instead of saying the neck pocket is totally trashed and needs expert work to maybe use they claim it has finish cracks or another imperfection. It wouldn't surprise me if they don't take a body with a bad neck pocket and take a screw driver to it to create a "blem" as a plausible misunderstanding and then sell discounted with the customer only assuming it has a finish flaw. Since the bodies are in the clearance section it's no returns. So they sell defective bodies that they never disclose that and if a customer tried to return they won't take because it's a clearance section blem. But, this is seriously FRAUD! They misrepresent the product to have a different problem but the customer buys it doesn't mean that their "policy" means jackshit. Thier policies are null and void when they failed to disclose that the body was actually not blem but really just a defective piece of ***

They cant ship in stock items?

They simply sit on your money and dont ship. I am most likely going to file a complaint with bbb and maybe the trade commission. This cant be legal. I've never done business with a company that literally cant find the time to put purchase in a box with a shopping label.

Not completely dissatisfied

TLDR: Good products at decent prices, though neither as extra special awesome as the company claims. After-order customer service not very responsive. Quality control process could use a quality control review. And seriously - why does it take 10 days to drop an order in the mail? My second order from these folks is probably my last. The guitar body I got has a blemish in the finish. It's small, and on the back, and after waiting 2 weeks to get the damn thing, I'm not too eager to send it back and wait some more. Same with the neck, which has a tiny flaw on the fretboard. If I was a player who used his thumb on the low E string, it would be unacceptable, but I'm not. I'm building a Tele with Gretsch FilterTron-style pickups. This is pretty nonstandard, so it's not unreasonable to expect part mismatches - IFF you got the parts from different manufacturers. But these all came from the same manufacturer, in the same box, so what's up with the notch in the pick guard for the bridge? Not only does it not line up, but (hard to see in photos), it's not bevel-cut to show the layers like the rest of the pick guard. After my first order, I'm not looking forward to contacting them. I ordered pickups, which I measured before install, and one was clearly faulty. First, customer service told me I wasn't measuring it right (I was), then tried to tell me it was perfectly normal (it wasn't). After pointing out only one of the pickups had the anomaly and asking which measurement was the good one (the one that didn't fluctuate) they said I could return anything I thought was faulty. Unfortunately, it was a blemished item, and there were no replacements available. I've made it sound like GF is just a horrible company, and that's not what I think. Shop around, and you'll see they sell some quality bargains. But don't believe their hype that you're getting a part for $85 other companies sell for $250. More like one others sell for $120. In the end, I spent about $350 on this guitar, and it's about comparable to one I could buy new (as in parts sourced and assembled by someone who isn't me) for $500.

Purchase of product

Paid for a new product PRO 555 Xaviere guitar, had to return it as the product had extremely poor workmanship. there was substantial flaws in the finish, Cannot understand how they can ship new products without checking the product. had to wait a long time to get the product shipped

Defense of otherwise poor rating.

Have purchased @ 6-7 guitars , dozens of pickups over the past 7-8 yrs. Always had timely delivery and quality is better than I'd expect for the price. Very satisfied with them. Period.

Okay by me

I've bought a couple of bodies and been satisfied. Hard to beat for the price. Finish is good. Delivery time is about what you'd expect coming from overseas.

Good selection and communication of delivery

A gentle comment...although shipment arrived 8 days after shipping and on promised date, more care is recommended in securing the box. Corners were ripped and open and it looked like there was no attempt to tape any of the bottom seams. Upon opening, fortunately ample bubble wrap was provided to protect guitar

Excellent ,so far

Just received an sl860 and I love it. Brown stain, gorgeous. Pickups are exceptional. My only complaint is that I had to pay a tech to do a set up. A lot of string buzz and fret sprouting. He did a good job and the action now is also great. The guitar is a keeper. Thanks. I would like to order another guitar, but with some modifications that can be done from stock. I am in love with your tele with the black stain on swamp ash,as you have. I also like the rose wood fret board. I would like to modify the pick ups to gold foil. I find the sound unique and want to explore it further. Essentially this is an black stain sl,852 with gold foil pickups. Just looking for a Pickup change. Please quote me cost and time for felivery.I need to make a purchase choice by September 3. Again, thanks for the guitar, it sounds and plays better than any Les Paul I have ever played.
