He thought he had ordered 2 of the study bibles but he had only ordered one. I ordered the second one for our preacher. Paid with my debit card.

Didn't receive the complete order. Was supposed to be 2 Bibles but only reviewed the one. Paid for two.

My mother is deceased. I have written to get her subscription stopped. They say they are cancelling it today.

The free necklaces they send cause bad rashes and contact dermatitis.

In a book set, they sent a free necklace. My little girl wanted it so I gave it to her. Upon wearing the necklace, 48 hours later she developed severe contact dermatitis. She was put on steroid cream, and it still did not help. Nothing helped and to date 9 months later she still has a rash. i told them and they sent an unapologetic statement. Then I replied to them. They responded, "She wrote back after I responded, do we want to reply". I can only assume the representative sent that email to me by mistake. Therefore, I question if many others had allergic reactions to their tainted necklaces as well. Another thing, why did they have to question if they should respond to me or not? That just makes me think they are a phony business pretending to be a religious based company. No more business from my side, whatsoever.

My mother passed away

My mother is still receiving invoices from your company. I have contacted your company in January when she passed away. The representative stated I needed to send a copy of her death certificate as she didn't have an estate, probate or assets. I need to know where to send the death certificate. Thank you
