SCAMMERS AND THEIVES

I got scammed too by the Guest Services Worldwide sales reps Jon Beckman at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami and he is in cahoots with the concierge Damion Richards at Four Seasons Hotel Miami. NO AD BROCHURE WAS EVER CREATED AND GIVEN OUT TO FOUR SEASONS GUESTS AS THEY PROMISE.

Fraudulent contracts

This company has you sign a simple invoice for an advertisement that will be taken out in one of their magazines, then they immediately get your credit card and then disappear and/or stop talking to you. No service, no ad, no nothing. To make matters worse, they take that digital signature of yours from the signed invoice (you sign on an iPad with the salesperson) and THEN THEY ADD IT TO A CONTRACT that you have NEVER SEEN before; a contract you were never shown. You sign one invoice, they build a huge contract from it. Fraud! Then they send it you and claim you have signed a contract with them. I am busy reporting this company right now, March 2020, to every single British consumer protection bureau. They should all be in jail.

Proceed with Caution

This Company is now operating in Regional Victoria Australia. They are rude and obnoxious. I am not sure what their premise is for selling advertising. However if you want an alliance with a company and in particular a sales person that is rude, and disagreeable then moving forward this is the service for you.

SCAM COMPANY> WATCH OUT THEY SEEM LEGIT

I was scammed by Guest Services Worldwide, posing as agents for Shangri-LA hotel in Toronto. They took a $4800.00 deposit and never ran the ad. They came up with every excuse in the book and made every promise possible but never delivered. Shame on them.

They lured me in their trap, did not inform the hotel... and all the complains above are true!!!!!

after they lured me into getting an ad in their brochure, a bunch of promises and they did not inform the hotel about any deal with me. All their clients were using a different service except mine. ridiculous

New Name Same Scam

Now trading as Arcadia Publishing in the real estate market. Same pitch, same lies, same scam. Have they no shame? Obviously not.

Fraudulent and misrepresentation activity

They contacted my business on behalf of the Marriott/StateView Hotel in Raleigh and invited me to a meeting to feature my co. in their publication and connect with the events person at Stateview/Marriott - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THE MARRIOTT. The hotel distanced themselves and pretended they didn't do anything about it. They didn't deliver on their promise, Dont waste your money.

Scandalous ripoff

These company is a total joke! How can luxury hotels work with such scammers... 2 of my friends were scammed in Geneva for the Kempinski hotel map. And apparently they are also trying for the Four Seasons hotel now. It is absolutely ridiculous.

Corrupt Company

This company is the latest in a chain of dodgy companies owned by the same directors pulling off the same scam. I know because I used to work for them at one of their previous manifestations. They have been on the Trading Standards website before under the name of CMYK Communications and got taken to Court by 100s of their scammed customer. All I can say is dont fall for the rush or bully tactics or let them liquor you up to get you to sign the agreement. Take it away with you and read it carefully. If it is right for you note the clauses where you have to send in your artwork and sign it off on time or they can print what they want. In such an outcome they will print what they want and deduct the money from your account. Note the amount of money you are paying and how many times payment will be deducted (do not assume it is one payment, read what is written not what you have been told is written). Note the length of the contract, if it rolls over, and if so read and make sure you understand the termination clause on the back. If you do not stick to it, and you dont keep signed for proof of sending your termination letter, it will `get lost`. If you dont send money for each extra year as it occurs (which usually happens because the customer didnt know) then they will deduct the full extra year in full from your account. Note the payment details section on the contract and read the associated clauses. By signing it (even if you choose to pay by cheque) have you given permission for them to setup a direct debit/standing order? If so they will complete that slip using details from your cheque (they took a photocopy of it for their records) and because you have signed it when they send it off to the bank it will look normal to your bank. Only pay by cheque and do not sign the payment section of the contract. If you pay by card and context your contract or roll over without knowing then they will raid your account using your card details. If your card has expired so you choose to do nothing thinking they cannot get money from your account then think again. They will note the length of time your card was valid for, from that figure out the start date of your replacement card along with its expiry date. Then raid your account. Finally if they threaten you with a debt collectors and you get one phoning you up dont fall for it. Its the same company pretending to be debt collectors to scare you into paying. They dont take anybody to court because they dont want exposing.

This company is pernicious.

Please at all cost Do not do business or fall victim to this company. They are aggressive, mean and nasty. Its all about money for them, customer service is non exsistant. {{Redacted}} is a big part of the fraud and needs an attitude adjustment. I hope the company fires him and moves forward to clean up there act. They stole my 1500.00 i want nothing to do with this company and their combative and pernicious ways. I expressed my desire to cancel the service and was met with email threats and 100 calls. As it stands they now have my money and a client who will continue to ring the FRAUD BELL . IN SHORT . DONT DO BUSINESS WITH WORLD WIDE SERVICES!!

The show must NOT go on!

Hi everyone, After reading all those complaints online about Guest Services Worldwide Ltd I believe that something must be done about it to stop the ongoing scams in London and abroad. Following the meeting with a sleek salesman (armed with a recommendation letter signed by the hotel manager) looking to sell me amazing advertising a few months ago I visited the Ritz in London to inquire about their city map done by Guest Services Worldwide Limited. The young Concierge didn't know about it and gave me a regular Where London Maps and after checking with an older member they found a copy but admitted they the maps are never used due to very low quality and a long time partnership with Where London Maps (MVP group) and the Golden Keys concierge association. Many luxury brands were present on the map so I guess the income for sponsoring the Ritz map were quite large. I tried to ask more details to the concierges but they redirected me to a duty manager. I have learnt that many brands already checked and complained about the non existing usage of the maps at the Ritz hotel. The manager was not impressed and told me that many other hotels including The Savoy hotel and the Jumeirah Carlton Tower had similar negative experiences with low quality of advertisers. This was confirmed by both hotel concierge teams who add legal actions to stop “partnerships”. The director of this Crooked company is {{Redacted}} and is director of multiple companies and complaints, you can easily find more info on the company house website : https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/officers/iXtrIPbha4dm2J1eVJk-HYf5o24/appointments Vicinity group0711**** CP Comm Ltd1003**** GSW Realisation Ltd0798**** Hotel Map Solutions Ltd0818**** Associated Discounts UK Ltd0858**** Guest Services World-Wide (UK) Ltd0861**** Guest Services World-Wide (collections) Ltd0861**** Guest Services World-wide (sites) Ltd0861**** Guest Services Worldwide Ltd0878**** Store Media Contracts Limited0858**** Akakia Maps Limited0864**** As you will be able to notice, multiple companies were dissolved and if you search on google many companies have fraudulent articles about them online with mostly the same crew : Vicinity Group 711**** Directors Ian Paul Rose Michael James Fletcher Gary Richard Hagel Nicholas Howard Davies Ingham {{Redacted}} Matthew David Longworth Kevin Philbin Mark Williamson (https://www.google.co.uk/search?num=50&newwindow=1&safe=off&rlz=1C6CHFA_enGB546GB546&q=wrt+group+complaints&oq=wrt+group&gs_l=serp.1.4.35i39k1j0l3j0i22i30k1l6.937353.940853.0.943748.9.9.0.0.0.0.180.956.3j6.9.0....0...1c.1.64.serp..0.9.952...0i67k1j0i131k1j0i20k1j0i10k1.-fyaeSvBWLQ) WRT Group or Holdings 480**** Michael James Fletcher Ray via Vicinity Group Matthew David Longworth Kevin Philbin Andrew James Harlow Martin John Hothersall Secretarial Appointments Limited Bernard Keith Chadwick Martin John Hothersall Corporate Appointments Limited Lonecroft PLC Vicinity Group https://www.google.co.uk/search?num=50&newwindow=1&safe=off&rlz=1C6CHFA_enGB546GB546&q=store+media+plc+complaints&oq=store+media+plc+complaints&gs_l=serp.3...64856.71484.0.72932.15.15.0.0.0.0.248.1439.11j2j2.15.0....0...1c.1.64.serp..0.13.1325...0j0i7i30k1j0i7i10i30k1j0i5i30k1j0i8i7i30k1j0i8i30k1j30i10k1.f8WXd8zeSCQ Store Media PLC 243**** Scott Rose Michael James Fletcher Gary Richard Hagel Matthew David Longworth Kevin Philbin Andrew James Harlow Martin John Hothersall Daniel Thomas Rees Caroline Barker Nigel Nawton Graham Maw John Randolph Hustler Terence Richard Scott O'Neill William Mark Pennell Stephen Anthony Sharples Lee Townsend John David Walker I hope all those information will help people to start legal actions and get their money back and stop new ones from being scammed by Guest Services Worldwide and associated companies and crew. SCAM!

This company makes false promises to its clients to make a sale! They give free brochures out to hotels and then they charge advertisers thousands for the ad space. The hotels have no commitment to them or obligation. I was told my business would be the hotels preferred wedding beauty vendor only to find out that was all a lie. I contacted the hotel to say hello and the wedding department had no idea who I was. Told me I was not their preferred vendor and that the ad space I was sold just goes on a map at the front desk that will not be used for the next year which I was also promised. They also promised I would be the only beauty vendor on the brochure, I am not. They claim I signed a contract and I did not. This place is a scam! Do not do business with them! I was contacted by many advertisers with the same complaint from the brochure we were all on. You don’t get a group of angry customers from giving good and honest business.
