Failed to honor warranty
Customer Review of Meeting brand M30D air-to-water heat pump, purchased from Guangzhou Jin Lun Electric Equipment through Alibaba If you're considering the purchase of any heat pump through Alibaba, or even if you're just trying to get a feel for air-to-water heat pumps, then you might find this review useful. In case you're not interested in the details, here's a very short version: I purchased one of these units, wasted months in back and forth with sales rep trying to get the vendor to advise a solution. Finally gave up on them and repaired the unit myself. Recovered over 4 kg of refrigerant, recharged with the specified 2.4kg and all problems were solved. Seller refused to compensate, therefore I recommend that prospective purchasers seek more competent vendors with genuine tech support.
