Customer Support

Ill drag your name through the dirt for having wasted 20 hours of my time on hold trying to reach your BS support. Small business or not, enough reviews show you have a major issue here. We switched from SpyPoint to Stealth on our place. We will now be switching to Spartan. At least SpyPoint had a customer support team! Crap!!

Poor customer service.

I have two cellular cameras. GSM controls the cameras.

I should not have to purchase another brand of cellular camera to have a company that is available for Tech Support. I would be hard pressed to find a positive review on this company!!!!

No one answers the phone or responds to emails to assist with a camera technical issue. This has been a consistent problem with this company since I bought Stealth cam cellular cameras from them.

No tech support

I bought a trail camera, installed the batteries and it did not work. I called tech support and left my name and number. No one ever called. i took it back to the store where I got it.

I have had to change card number for bill payment

Stealth Cam, more like Stealth Scam

I would give zero stars if I could. Stay far away from this company. Here is my story: December of 2022 I purchased two Stealth Cam Connect Cellular Cameras. Upon arrival they were added to my account and seemed to work okay. However when it came time to get them in the woods, Stealth Cam had updated their cellular app and these did not function. I tried to update them and remove and re-sync them to my account with no luck. I was charged for adding them to my account twice but I'll deal with it if I could get some pictures. I called, emailed, messaged social media and left reviews everywhere I could to try and get someone to answer me. Finally the Facebook page for Stealth Cam did and tried to help me troubleshoot but it didn't work and they offered to swap the cameras out. I gave them all the info they asked for and they subsequently blocked me from Facebook. I have worked retail and customer service most of my life and this is not only the worst experience I've ever heard of but borderline illegal because of the bait and switch with the late 2022 cameras. I will not be recommending this company to any outdoorsman and I legitimately couldn't be any more pissed about how this went down. Check around, I'm not the only one who has had this issue.

Outstanding Customer Service Support!!

I needed to return a recently purchased GSM Product. Jennifer in customer support walked me through the entire process, even coaching me through the process of uploading photos that needed to be attached to an email. This type of customer service will keep me returning to GSM for my hunting and outdoor product needs. Thank YOU again!!! Tim T

Customer Service Not Good

Ordered $205 part, wrong part delivered. Was told it would take 21 days from the time they receive the part back to get my money. 21 days later was told the accountant was on vacation and just looked at it today, and it's 21 days from the time the accountant looks at it. Obviously, this company couldn't care less about service.

Cannot get customer service

I really like my SOG knife; have had it for about 20 years and never had a problem until my clip broke. I tried GSM customer service and unfortunately, GSM customer service is not just terrible, it's non-existent, nothing there... zero. I tried several times calling their 'customer service' phone number and wasted about 45 minutes waiting for a service representative to answer each time... and no one ever picked up. I will never buy another SOG knife knowing what I know about GSM. Another great American company sold off and flushed down the sh*t-hole.

Expecting More… Marketing CLUELESS about

I enthusiastically and with optimistic anticipation bought Four(4) Reactor Cell Connected StealthCams. One(1) Has been installed and works nicely, but intermittently. In the meantime, with almost Eight hours of insultingly Long HOLD times and discussions with StealthCam tech advisorsattempting to get two additional REACTOR cellular Game Cameras to hook up and operate like #1.. Ive had No Success. Thats where the anticipatory smiles go Away. Its dismissive, insulting, & careless to have to wait on Hold with infinite messages that Someone will be with you Shortly. I called their Customer Service line to fine tune my understanding about how to navigate the operation menu etcand waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited and waited, and waited and waited, and waited, and waited on Hold over One Hour, to be connected with a pleasant, English speaking, Tech Advisor. She droned on about how she was pleased to help me, but the direction was convoluted and irrelevant feeling necessary to clue me in and Drone-on anout situations that COULD OCCUR IF.. I had an Android device I had earlier EMPHASIZED my device is Apple IOS. My Customer Service rating is Insulting, dismissive, unempathetic, lack of tech communication and ultimately PITIFUL.

Ground blind

i bought a blind in oct. 4 days later toggles pulled out been trying to talk with someone fof 11 weeks nobody will get back in contact with me . they want to charge me 5.00 for a answer on something i have paid 150.00 i dont understand

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Well, they finally gave me my money back.

No apology or any other thing was offered.

However, I don't really care b/c I am so pissed off at this horrible company. SHUT THEM DOWN PLEASE!!!!.

I am in the process of returning two stealth cam cameras to this company. They received the two cameras almost a whole freaking month ago. However, I HAVE NOT received any refund yet, and all of the customer support reps (who only answer my emails like once a day) just blame it on the financial side of things and tell me to call them (who put me on hold for 3+ hours)! This is getting ridiculous guys...

No costermer sevirce

cannot contact them i ohave tried 5 times on both i just guess they have me blocked. i had one problem 2 weeks after i got it talk with a guy we settled on a 25.00 refund to me that i never got.

Customer complaint.

I have several Stealthcam cameras. Two cellular and several standard. I also have another brand of standard cameras of various ages. This mix gives me a good comparison between brands. Stealth cam was fine until GSM got a hold of them. As others have found out they will not answer the phone. There is no way to troubleshoot the cameras. I called and my wife called twice yesterday. Normal event. No answers. I called the competing vendor. They answer immediately. Referred me to the department that could help me the most and got results right away. While on the phone I checked with them to make sure they were not associated with GSM in any way. They are not and the conversation continued. If you read reviews on Game cameras please dont use GSM. They are awful to deal with. Like everyone else I bought a brand of camera based on performance and price. In the beginning things went well. Now they are in the toilet.
