Misdelivery

Simply a lost courier who left someone else's Dunkin Donuts order at the house. I called Grubhub to let them know; and as I was told, I threw the $52 order in the trash (We are diabetic!) and went about my day. The customer service person assisted me with my notice to Grubhub. She was professional, but also personable.

Received wrong order

Last night was first time using Grubhub. I was admitted to the hospital and hadnt eaten in almost 12 hours. Not only was the order late, it was suppose to arrive anywhere from 11:52-12:04, but it arrived at 12:15 and was not even my order. I ordered a chicken salad from Wendys and received an order for Ryan H that consisted of a Mac n cheese bowl, boneless wings and a Gatorade along with a side of ranch. However there was no Gatorade or ranch so even his order was messed up. I opened the bag looking for the Gatorade but it was not there. I did not look at the food inside the dishes within the bag because at that point I was extremely frustrated and nauseated, as I dont eat greasy food like that. I would like to be refunded my money for this inconvenience. I do again want to reiterate this was my first time using Grubhub and I will never use it again!

My order sat at the restaurant for over an hour because no drivers were at work to pick it up!

Finally called got ahold of a driver. My food was inedible when I got it after sitting over an hour and a half!

Deliveries never deliver

Three times in one week my order either didnt show up at the promised time, arrived very last past the time I could eat or arrived, but with the order messed up. The answer I receive each time is here some credits for your next time and were sorry. There will not be a next time!

Because I was ripped off

I ordered a meal changed my mind and went a different route they charged me 60.00 for both when one was supposed to be cancelled. I just got my bank statement and they can't refund to my account cause it has been more than 48 hours how convenient!! I deleted my GrubHub app this is not the first time this had happened. Be mindful people with pick up apps!! They can and will screw you over!

Refund

i orderd a lot of food totaling over 40 bucks the y delivered one combo i was issued a refund plus a credit but since i used a non reloadable visa gift card now my money is gone i have spoken with them 4 times to no resolution please help.

I dont use grub hub

I have been charged since 2022 for an account that does not exist. I would like the money refunded back to my Credit One account and the services to discontinue as soon as possible. Making sure I'm getting my refund

The grub hub delivery person took my food to the wrong location. I gave instructions and they still took it to the exact place I told them not to. It was a big order. I was told I was getting a refund. And I never did. So, I called grub hub customer service and they said unfortunately we cant refund you. Idk why I took the drivers word. Were a military family that just moved to Virginia and we were in an air bnb. We were just so hungry and exhausted. We drove from Rhode Island to Virginia in one day. We have 4 kids. Anyway. The order was $117. Just a frustrated exhausted mom over here.

Driver delivering to my neighbor did a u-turn ON my front lawn!!

And… not a word from Grub Hub. Such a lack of ownership and clear don’t care about safety and property of customers and the public. Bet the crazy lady who drove through my yard is still delivering for them!!

A month after posting here and two months after the incident, I’ve heard NOTHING from GrubHub. Meanwhile their destructive driver is continuing to work unchecked!!!

What if she runs over a child instead of “just” my full front lawn. She clearly doesn’t care or bother...

This incident occurred one month ago. I called Grubhub immediately because I saw this car drive on my lawn from my home office and went out immediately to see what happened.

Grubhub made a delivery to my neighbor and literally used my lawn for a u-turn. I approached driver - busy on her phone - and asked what she was doing. She proceeded to deliver the meal at the neighbors, said she was sorry like it was nothing and drove off. I believe its a crime to cause property damage and leave - just as if she left the scene of an accident. Per the pics she starts driving on the lawn coming further in from the street so she can make her u-turn. It stormed all morning so the lawn is soaked and quite soft. We live on a corner - she could have traveled just a few feet further and made a turn! What if my kids were on the lawn or my dogs? Reached out to Grubhub with this info - date, time, address of delivery, customer name and a pic of the drivers car with the plate. My neighbor filed a complaint too. Grubhub has been USELESS. They say they need the order number or driver name. BS! They just cannot be bothered. Theyve got the car and plate which is part of what they keep as driver info. They told me I could file a police report and theyd work with the police. Why should i have to go through this? I know these are considered contractors but Grubhub allows these people to do work under their name. When 2 people make a complaint about the same thing they cant pull the info together and DO SOMETHING! About 10 days prior one of their drivers hit a child in the area and tried to flee. STAY AWAY FROM GRUBHUB.

Grubhub hasn't reached out to me about this situation, I knew they wouldn't. I did recieve an offer for a free 1 year extention on my gh+ account, I'm not interested in it, the driver that stole my order wasn't dealt with properly & I've changed to doordash.

Theft felony theft

past 4 orders have been cancelled and I have been charged for them; plus a new grub hub plus membership. Please rectify this. I have already posted the follow to Yelp and other sites and complained to state attorney general for felony theft. Please simply rectify this and I will also correct and rectify my complaints. The following transaction resulted in NO HELP for me, and I am disabled and need the ober $100 returned to me immediately thanks.
