Rubbish customer service....cannot be contacted...and no phone number

Did not receive my item orered through groupon...tried for two days t contact them...it is impossible...their customer service is NON EXISTING... NO PHONE NUMBER !!!

Dreadful, dishonest and unreliable customer service

Groupon employ simpletons who do not have the brainpower or integrity to handle complaints properly. They just lie, waste your time and offer hollow platitudes. Theyre absolutely ridiculous staff. Frankly they should be sacked and other people from customer friendly industries should take over. Useless tools.

Changed item in my basket during checkout process and refused to refund

I purchased concert tickets on GO and selected the location and price band I wanted and added to my basket. I entered my card details and checked out and received confirmation of tickets for a different location!!! I contacted GO within minutes via their live chat but just got robot responses saying they were unable to refund for a live event even though it was a system error on their end, the event was in the future and the payment was still only pending with my bank. Ive filled in an online form and asked to speak to a manager but have so far just gone around in circles with GO customer service advisors via online chat facility who have advised me to gift the tickets to friends/family!!! There is no double checking screen confirming what you are about to purchase inbetween adding an item to your basket and putting in card details and hitting the buy button and no 2-factor authentication. Checkout process is terrible and after sales customer service is even worse.

Trying to redeem voucher for air con recharge without success

Cannot redeem voucher just bought, it keeps telling me voucher code is invalid and it is correct. I sorted it out myself but Groupon did respond within minutes of me posting review, but I had already sorted it with ATS direct who told me I could bring the voucher in ( Frodsham ATS) they were brilliant whilst the one in Chester told me it was all through Groupon and to contact them

I paid for a voucher in May the transaction cleared 2 days later Ive given as much info that I have . Paid with PayPal the voucher number is 9131**** the charge was £29.95 which has been taken from my bank sort this please as its really annoying . Thank you Frederik Lax

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - AGAIN

Purchased on 11 April 2023 Delivered April 15 Order#:98498**** Delivery Address: 19 BRANKSOME CLOSE, STANFORD-LE-HOPE, ESSEX SS17 8BA Same thing happened to me in March 23 - ordered 4 pillowcases only 2 arrived. I had terrible problems trying to get a reply from SHOPMONK and could not directly deal with Groupon. Impossible to contact them. You cannot send an email, they,re system does not let you. I will, NEVER buy anything through Groupon again.

Not getting any help with the charts

I bought some 2 video doorbells and they are not working.l contacted customer service and they said l have to contact the supplier l contacted them and they asked for ID number for groupon so that I can return the video doorbells ,so I contacted groupon customer and they said they were going to contact the supplier until now l have never received my refund.

Bad experience

Hi can someone contact me by email please nconn1976@***.com .I had an afternoon tea booked for 4th March which I has am email confirming for St judes in Glasgow. I travelled in yo be told they didn't have me on the system they were very unhelpful. They didn't accommodate me at all.I had to leave .I would like a full refund

Poorest Service I can recall from customer services

I received goods without any return slip, no identification or order No and no return identification.I attempted to obtain information MB action from a totally inept operative online that went through a circular question routine and then sent me a screed of questions having (ignored the fact that I had initially told them I had no information in my delivery nor confirmation messages ?) the whole customer service automated structure does not serve customer needs, but serves the system designers idea of what should happen ? It all collapses when the order confirmation is not sent and there is no information within the package delivered ? I have since extracted the information from my bank data, and had to pay for recorded return delivery as a consequence? All a very poor experience bordering on dire for substandard quality goods that do not reflect their sizing description! Not a product nor service I would recommend to the buying public ?

Lack of Customer Support

I can't contact anyone over the phone because of covid 19, which is now 2023 and most business's have gone back to business as usual, a company as large as Groupon can't reopen it's call centres to let customers speak to someone over the phone? I have an issue with a groupon event that I couldn't attend due to father being admitted into hospital, all I got was "Groupon no refunds/exchanges policy" from 2 live chat people in Asia somewhere, no sympathy, no empathy, just quoting the rules. I asked to speak with a manager and apparently I'm in a que for atleast 24 hours, but even that is being dealt with via email, no personal engagement with the customer...they couldn't care less, complete lack of interest. Why aren't the directors/board members addressing this? I understand it's easier to take people's money but then ignore them (email them) if they have a complaint, but does the poor little consumer not have any rights to complain over the phone...more interpersonal? The whole Groupon experience is disgusting, there is no "customer support" just people in Asia, trained in the groupon code, no way to speak to people over the phone just sat waiting to see if an email errives, then do email tennis back and forth with still no outcome. I think this needs to be put out on social media to let people know that Groupon doesn't care about their customers, it cares about making money of their customers, but god help you if something goes wrong...disgusting way to run a multimillion pound/dollar company.

Return

Hi, even though I didn't receive any response from Groupon, I sent the jacket back to the address on the return card that came with the jacket. I asked for a smaller size, if not, I ask for a refund. Thank you. The problem is that I received the jacket, but I can't return it on the website because it still says undelivered. I can't process the return of something Groupon says I didn't receive
