I was sent 8 books of same photos for March, last book????
I ordered my last book of 100 photos before they closed and they sent 8 books of same photos. Im trying to find out if they charged me for 8 books???

Question about reordering.
I simply had a question about reordering a book from the past from Groovebook. I emailed them, and they immediately emailed me back telling me I would have an answer in the next two days. I am so disappointed that they are going out of business. My experience with them for the past several years has been great! I think less than four dollars for 100 pictures each month has been a real bargain,and I think that my family will always cherish the pictures that have been printed out.

Last night on my last day to submit my photo choices I couldn't open it up? States my order was received and bringing printed. Error & please call me to rectify? TY

I am still being charged monthly but and not able to load my photos for printing and no longer receive photo books , I want to speak to a live human not a recording or computer

It makes no sense to have a phone number to speak to representative but then it says we can only respond by email.
I cannot log into my account and it does not recognize my email. I called customer support and it says you can only respond by email. Im sorry but this is not acceptable

Not happy with the product
Every time I go to pick pictures it keeps going back to the beginning of all of my pictures. I downloaded 100 they told me to download it only to find out that I didnt have 100 pictures

They didn’t answer the phone
they said they have an email for questions but also said it takes 2 days and i dont have that kind of time to wait for my question because of its urgency, my groovebook says i have added too many pictures but when i try to remove pictures it doesnt work. ive tried everything and im getting frustrated and suspect it wont print this month if i cant get it fixed by today, the due date.

Missing books,over changed, poor customer service
Pictures were printed on top of one another. They did reply back saying that I would receive 2 credits to my account, haven't received the credits. Thru said I wasn't changed but I have proof that I was on my credit card statement. Another book from October says it still in production, they didn't have an answer for as t why,but was changed for the book. Haven't received the book and was still changed for it. Considering canceling my account because I need the pictures I ordered for a project for Christmas and they haven't sent them. Very upset about all of this!
