Shipping issues

I find that shipping procedure needs improvement. I find working with the company to have items shipped is a nightmare. I had bought 3 identical items. Each item is charged an overpriced shipping fee and the fee cannot be adjusted. Even though the placed the 3 items on one pallet they want to charge triple the price to ship. If you set up your own shipping they give you wrong dimensions causing additional fees. Refuse to use BOL provided causing more additional fees.

Broken Lathe multiple breaks on the same machine.

3 month long ordeal of trying to get satisfaction with none to be had. demanded I return the machine in 15 days or they would void the warranty . I took them 14 days to get it to me after I purchased it.

Customer Service and shipping

Bought a table saw, got one carton and not the second carton which was the fence and rails. Contacted Grizzly and they did little to nothing to track down the missing carton. I contacted the carrier and found it myself and had it delivered. Grizzly called me a week later to tell me they were still trying to locate the package using their outdated process which included emails to the carrier. I told them that they should have called the carrier to expedite the process, but nope that is not how they roll. What a clown act.

credit card company issued me a refund and are going after grizzly for the money , will never recommend grizzly again.

after 6 weeks found out the parts missing are out of stock for 2 Moore months , and they did nothing , expected me to just weight ,they offered no resolution , I did a return witch was put back on me ,1 week later and after complaint they handled it ,it was picked up ,...

my first order on setting up a new shop was a dust collector , good products and seems to be nice customer service people but the shipping company is horrible, was told to wait for a call for a appointment that never came , they showed up with no notice 2 times , the first time the driver had my delivery on manifest , but not on truck , the second truck 3 days later also no notice or appointment had one of 3 boxes and it was on its side off pallet in truck with pallet fork holes on all 4 sites and in really bad shape , 10 days later still no call , had to file a damaged and missing product claim , Grizzly customer people are nice but insist i will get a call ,(not so far , I have given up on both shipping company and grizzly , will look at jet and other companies for big dollar tools .

A great Company

I've bought a lot of items over several years from them. Customer service is the best! Always somebody to talk to and not somebody in Siam or other barely English speaking person or location.

Bad experience with product

Bought a model G0771Z 10" Hybrid table saw from Grizzly. Cutting a board and it pinched the saw blade. The saw stopped running. Turned the saw on/off several times. It wouldn't turn on. Checked house fuse box. All fuses were good. Contacted Grizzly by email. No reset switch on saw. Having to pay electrician to trouble shoot saw. I will NEVER buy from Grizzly again. I will buy DELTA or some other brands of power tools.

SCREWED ME ON PRICE

I recently purchased the T28944 for my G0759 Mill. It is in fact made by Priesttools.com. Included with the lift was a list of other optional parts for the mill made by Priest including the lift. Their price for the lift IS $299.00 vs Grizzly's which is $349.95!! I called Grizzly to clarify and see if they would match the price, I was told I would have to return the lift to Grizzly paying both shipping and a restocking fee and then order from Priest!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTLEY NOT THE WAY TO TREAT A NEW CUSTOMER!! THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST BUSINESS DEALING WITH THEM. THEY ARE WILLING TO LOSE ME AS A FUTURE CUSTOMER FOR $50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a 10" hybrid table saw G0771Z from Grizzly: Recently a board I was sawing pinched the saw blade. The blade slowed down and then stopped. I removed the board and attempted to turn the saw table back on. No response. How do I get my table saw up and running again?

Deceptive Advertising

They advertised a 15% off sale on Armor self-locking clamps with pictures of Armors clamps. They sent Grizzly inferior clamps and then told me it was a mistake, and they never did have the armor clamps. Totally unprofessional and extremely deceptive.

Resolved: Poor customer service

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was not expecting any further communication from Grizzly, but to my surprise I received an email stating that they had looked into it and I was right and they are refunding the shipping charge in total. More than I requested, so I can't complain..

They quoted me shipping charge on a Thursday and told me it would ship Friday and I would receive Saturday (I was requesting expedited shipping). The price was very reasonable for overnight, and I asked the representative twice if he was sure that dollar amount would get it to me on Saturday and was told yes both times. Friday afternoon I received an email saying my order had shipped and would be delivered on Tuesday. Saturday AM I emailed customer service complaining and wanting a refund for the extra I paid for expedited shipping. I was told no, that it shipped according to what I had paid for, which they said was 2nd day UPS. I told them that may be, but that was not what I was told. So I guess they take no responsibility for their mistakes. I am not a huge customer, I have two pieces of woodworking equipment that I paid about 1200 for, but I will never again purchase anything but parts from them.

Customer service

i think grizzly makes some good tools,,but i do not like grizzlys customer service,,,,if you buy it and do not like it,,its yours,,,,its hard to tell if a tool is going is going to perform to your expectations,,and i think grizzly should provide a longer warranty rather than just 1 year,,,,i guess that is why i perfer amazon,,you have 30 days in which to try the tool out and if it does not perform to your expections,,,you can send it back,,and it doesnt cost anything to do so,,amazon pays for the return shipping,,in as much as i think grizzly makes some good tools,,,i would recommend anyone looking at the warranty and the right to return it if it does perform right for you,,

6 in one can

I called the 1866 number. Because on the back of my 6 in one grizzly can had a note that said do a 20 min survey for 10 free . I've tried to do like 10 times and can't get through. She told me she had no idea what I was talking about but every can had these on them .it came with a 8 digest code to redeem.. so she had no idea. . does anyone here have any idea about this because it's on there so it should be able to do? I'm just upset because I bought this thinking wow that's great deal? Thought it was special because you got the huge can and it made it seem like it. Said you couldn't even fill survey until product was tried. It was yellow and I have my code still. No expire date anywhere on tag or can at all and cans are still being sold all around my area.
