Not returning deposit as stated in contract/lease

All is great until you move out and expect them to follow the legally binding lease/contract that you signed stating that you will receive your deposit back in 30-45 days. Kelly, assistant manager, wont return calls or get on the phone when shes standing right there. Faith has no clue what is going on. Moved out on June 14. Told on June 26 that account was closed out and check would be sent within a week. TWO months later here we sit. Get it together! DO BETTER!!! Dont tell me you care. Actions..or lack there of.speak MUCH louder than words.

Verbal Harassment by maintenance supervisor

Poor apartment Maintenance

Leaking apartment when it rains . Been trying to get it repaired by leasing agent. Company keeps making excuses for not repairing. Sandbags are at the door. Who wants to live there?

Refund deposit

They sent my security deposit back to the apartment I left and was out of date - now waiting 4 months for new check to be sent - and have called and spoken to them but now goes to answering machine and no call back

Resisting closing account

Had rented out an apartment for about a year and a half and we finally found a better place to live in the city. As we continue living in the city, the apartment continued to charge us for up to another year and a half after move out date. They "have no record of us claiming to move out" and "never closed out the energy or water". We did. We closed everything out, dropped off the keys, and left Now they want $25,000 in rent for an apartment we didnt live in. We're not paying it. If you live in an apartment owned by this company LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.

Theft of security deposit

I am a senior citizen who was illegally evicted having rent fully paid after I reported to police the two management employees tried to make them payees for my pension. They stole my security deposit. The building was filled with thugs terrorizing the few legitimate renters. This is a criminal real estate company. Also appliance were old. The floors were covered with layers of dirt. I was stalked by female thugs from the building anytime I would go outside.

Homophobic Slur used by Property Manager

We are former tenants of Imprint Apartments in Chicago. In the Spring of 2022, Melissa Owens, property manager, chased my partner and used a homophobic slur against him and myself. She then told members of her staff private health information about me. She was recorded by my partner and said this to him, "I don't have to be nice to your kind of people." She has also harassed other gay tenants on the property. Furthermore, she then went to her social media accounts and trashed the residents of Imprint while also promoting violence. We tried to reach out to Greystar's corporate office to report her, and they did absolutely nothing. Be cautious when renting from this company. We are having our day in court; Greystar refused to act and have now found themselves on the receiving end of a huge lawsuit in Chicago. Be cautious

Invoicing process as a vendor

I'm an "In Compliance Certified Net Vendor". #155607 I am an In House Vendor teaching Yoga at The Ivy at Draper 50 and Over Living Facility in Draper Utah The Ivy HR team is saying that all invoicing for payment of Yoga classes, needs to process through Net Vendor. I spoke to a Net Vendor Customer Service Rep named David, he told me that Invoicing has to happen through Grey Star , the property owners at the Ivy at Draper. Can you confirm and help me get the correct info to, bill for work done as a Net Vendor Compliance approved vendor ? Thanks: Steven Beal

Eventhough I didn’t have an complaints prior she said a couple of people complaint on the same thing that weekend. So there is nothing she can do.The trash service is still not emptying the on the regular but I have to still pay for it. Whether they take it out or not!...

I am contacting you because I believe that the PM decision to not renewal was unfair. 1.complaint was trash in the halls/ garage. I have been having issues with butler trash company who is contracted to take the trash out because they will not take out all of the trash. I have sent numerous complaints via email and calls and nothing has been done in 5months. Then I have been having issues with someone stealing packages. The manager emails me proof of one of the stolen boxes that the theft did not dispose of correctly. Prior to receiving the letter/complaint I filled out a police report for these boxes. And I sent her the email from several companies I reached back out to to obtain my packages. 2.Then I have young adults. And because some random teenagers were smoking on our floor she assume it was mines. When we both don't smoke. Our jobs don't even allow us to I work in healthcare and she work for the school board with disabled children. I really don't this it fair. If there were complaints before this weekend I can see. But I never received a complaint before then. Then suddenly received a letter for complaints/renewal denial. She stated they are unstaffed but they should not fall on me!!!
