Bad experience at Dunfermline branch Kingsgate shopping centre
Cleanliness poor having to clear and clean own table Seating all bunched up together when there is plenty of floor space

Confused if I get a baguette and I get a free one why can I only get a breakfast roll
I regularly have a breakfast baguette and coffee I then get a free one but when I went to pontefract to have it I to that it only allows me to have a breakfast roll so I'm totally confused never had this problem before

re Greggs Victoria rd Govanhill branch. 4 members of staff all busy Saturdays 2 of the older ones sat on freezers in the back doing nothing but chatting. Stuff in ovens not ready, nothing out the front, 2 youngest members of staff doing all serving and checking ovens. 15 to 20 minute wait, ! pair of tongs used for meat, veg and vegan products. Wrong product served to me.

Poor quality of steak bake
Hello I was just in your greggs shop in hedge end Southampton I bought Two chicken bakes and two steak bakes this was around 13.10 on 7-10-22 chicken were good but one steak bake just had fat and gristle and the other had no chunks of beef at all , I couldnt go back and complain because I have short time for lunch break ! To say I was left hungry and most of all lost trust in your company as I always try to go that extra mile and have your products is an understatement. Regards G shears

Horrible attitude dirty service
I ordered 2 bacon rolls and the service was horrible not clean and 1 rashon of bacon on a roll terrible

I live in Southampton in Sholing we have Have a Greggs in Thornhill just like to say They have a middle-age woman there with glasses I know your food does the talking but She is happy and is great for your company thanks Matt the window cleaner

I bought a pie meal with mash and gravy and they sent me the mash and gravy no pie and then I called up and spoke to some1 they took my details said they would send me a £10 voucher for Greggs and I aint had that so I aint happy and are wondering what are yous going to do about this Kuz I payed on my card so yous had the money and it dont matter if I got refunded u made me starv waiting for my food then ur shop closed

Calling letter for any interview
I have got mail for interview but when i am going to open link for an interview it’s doesn’t work. They said that open the link it will come pin code but when i want to open the link it’s coming add and after add is going to make charges of 3.aed
