Terrible Service!!

Check in staff very unorganized. The dental assistant was unprofessional. While Im in chair, she asks did u pay co pay and goes to check. I went to get fitted for top dentures, Long story short, they were poor quality, I had excellent insurance. The dentures were perfect for Mr. Ed the horse!!! I will never use Greenburg Dental on Dunn Ave Again!!

Dissatisfied customer

My daughter got braces from there and her retainer broke which was $150. Now there saying before they will schedule her for a new one, I need to pay a $500.00 replacement cost in advance or they wont schedule it an appointment I said I never heard of paying prior to coming. They said because your no longer using us for your dental care the doctors request it. There quality of service is unsatisfactory as well. The reason I found a new dentist is because after a routine cleaning, my child was in pain for a week after. When I expressed my concerns about this they said some people are more sensitive then others.

Upfront office not filing insurance

I was fully covered on treatment they were to submit to insurance before appt pre-approval they did not and billed me. Got unbilled by billing office. Need Care

My children have needed care several times and the office in Arlington refuses to answer their phone. I have been in the office when the girls just allow it to ring off the hook while they're on their cell phones. When you leave a message, they never return the call. It is the same with oral surgery.

Can’t get anyone on phone, neither can my insurance provider

Went for appointment 12/22/21 was told it be $800 out of pocket, when my insurance says it would be paid in full with what my plan provides as they did 5 years ago at the Clermont location, upon making this appointment I was sent from Clermont to Leesburg, to Eustis and then Altamonte Springs and ended up with the Apopka because that dentist there does dentures. This is May of 2022 and still no response after myself and my insurance company have left numerous messages to get my new dentures made, as mine no longer fit. My next step since I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which they are not accredited with the BBB. Now I am contacting the Federal Trade Commission and

NEVER VERIFIED INSURANCE COVERAGE

Made appointment for quote for dentures at Williamsburg office. Gave them insurance info when I made appointment. Quote they gave me was 25% off for insurance. Told them it should be 50%. Contacted insurance company and they told me Greenburg NEVER EVEN CONTACTED THEM TO VERIFY COVERAGE. Insurance told me contact Greenburg and have them call to verify coverage. Nobody answers phone, only "press here to make appointment". Left dozens of messages. Even called their customer service number. "Press here for appointments, press here for billing..." NO WAY TO ACTUALLY TALK TO STAFF TO HAVE THEM CALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY. My insurance company even called to verify my coverage, but they could not get anybody either. THEIR messages went unanswered. The quote Greenburg Dental gave me was nearly $800 HIGHER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN because they NEVER EVEN CONTACTED MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO VERIFY COVERAGE. OVERCHARGING ME BECAUSE THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CHECK INSURANCE COVERAGE. IGNORING PHONE MESSAGE AFTER PHONE MESSAGE TRYING TO GET THEM TO VERIFY COVERAGE. SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG IF THEY GAVE QUOTE WITHOUT VERIFYING INSURANCE COVERAGE.

My absolutely horible experience

I had one of the worst experiences at the Greenberg Dental Practice. I arrived at my appointment this afternoon. On my arrival I was told that I was scheduled to have Crown-porcelain, ceramic and Core build up, with two fill-ins. This was identified from my previous visit and examination. When I went to the front desk, I was told that this could be pain in full or in two installments. I handed in my card and the transaction was taken, which I signed. The clerk took my card and told me that I could only pay in two installments for the sum of $380. When standing at the front desk, I was ushered by a male dentist who told me to go and wait into the room and sit on the green chair, I waited for about five minutes, when he return he placed some gel in my mouth then walked away. On his return, he placed another gel in my lower mouth. He was about to place the casting mold in my mouth, when I informed him that I just wanted fill-ins, both top and bottom. He then said, that it was down on the plan to have a crown, which I told him that I did not want the crown at this time, all I wanted was the fill-ins. Not only that, but he then told me, that the crown would take a few weeks for it to return. Furthermore, he then left and went away for another five minutes, on his return he told me that he could do the fill-ins and not the crown, but I'd have to go to the front desk to get a refund, I told him that he could do the treatment and when finishing I could go and collect my refund. Likewise, he said, no because the person was about to go home, and it needed to be done immediately. I then proceed to the desk, when the clerk at the desk told me that she would need my card to refund the amount. When doing so, she began giving me attitude and telling me that it would now cost $70 for the fill-ins, because of my insurance and to co-pay. At this point, my mouth was numb, and I could barely speak. This I believe is absolutely poor and inappropriate patient customers service I asked to speak to a manager, and she said, that she was the manager. I then walked toward the treatment room after refusing to sign my receipt. As I was walking towards the treatment room, the guy started taking off my apron, when he walked over to the same young lady and says he's mad, and she then repeats what he said, I then confronted her and asked whether she said, I was mad, which she denied. I was then ushered again into the room, by the other dentist who tried to calm the situation down, but by this point I then walked out of the practice with my mouth numb and having no treatment done. I felt disrespected and humiliated for no reason at all. This is why I say, this is one of the worst forms of treatment I have had since being here in America. I felt the staff here was unprofessional and disrespectful.

I had been asking for a copy of a receipt for the past two weeks. message states they will return the call within 48 hours. it has been 2 weeks. I also contacted customer service and still waiting. Worst place

Paid for X-rays but couldn’t get follow up appt

In Oct of 2021 I had appointment for X-rays and exam, specifically concerning one or two cavities and dental pain. However they have no open appointments for fillings until March 2022, five months away. Im left in pain and having to pay for X-rays that werent covered by insurance. This is a bad situation because cavities and pain are unresolved. Greenberg takes money for X-rays and does not care what happens after that. They are uncaring, unprofessional and I feel a huge scam

Unable to obtain docunmention as to service done

On june 14 2021 had a deep cleaning at the office of Dr. Bardsley from the office of Greenberg Dental&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Orthodontics located at 3942 Britton Place Tampa Florida. The office never sent any documentation as to service done on June14,2021 to my Solstice Dental Plan.On Oct 18 -2021 was present at the office of Dr. Bardsley I was advised that the Dr. does not submit any documentation as to services done. My issue is that I paid $632.00Dollars when my plane was payingd $144.00 dollars. Please help Im a 78 elderly old man that reallyy needss helppp withh thiss problem. Phone#305 962****

Terrible Experience

I recently relocated and was looking for a dentist in my new location for my semi-annual cleaning and decided to try this office. Although the reviews were not of my usual standard, I decided to make an appointment, thinking - how much can go wrong with a cleaning! Boy, was I in for a rude awakening with this office! First, I had a very long wait in the reception area listening to two front desk assistants trying to help each other at the desk, but it was quite obvious neither one knew what they were doing. My initial experience with the dentist was not good. She was not clear with her instructions to the X-ray technician as to what kind of X-rays she actually wanted her to get from me. She sounded confused. My worst experience came when, after the dentist almost punctured my mouth with her instruments, she said to me that I dont have any cavities, but she noticed I needed periodontal work and that she is scheduling me for an appointment with their periodontist when I return on Tuesday for my cleaning. The same cleaning that I had made an appointment for that day, and what brought me into their office. When I questioned her about my cleaning appointment, she told me that their hygienist does not work on Thursdays, so I could not have been given that appointment. My next question was, then why am I here? She told me for consultation. I informed her that I did not make an appointment for consultation. My appointment was for a cleaning, and I was told by Maria when I made the appointment that, as a new patient, I will receive X-rays and meet with the doctor before my cleaning. I did not question the office about that, because I know that is considered normal procedure when a person visits an office as a new patient. I told her that my cleaning appointment was for that day, which I was expecting to get done along with everything else that had already occurred that day. At that point another person entered the room, introduced herself as the office manager, and asked if there was a problem. I told her that I had made an appointment for a cleaning, and Im being told that I had a consultation appointment and need to return on Tuesday for cleaning. She told me that they would normally have a hygienist available, but she left the job yesterday, and they expect to have another one starting on Tuesday. Completely different story from what the dentist told me. I let her know that Im getting two different stories and would like to know which is the real one. Anyway, needless to say, I walked out of there and do not intend to return.

Felt like I spent money to see a Endo who has pretty eyes but you can tell he doesnt care about people at all. He looked at my tooth and said 5 things and left. He doesnt connect with his patients and then office lacks discipline in the work space because nobody answers the phone and or smile and I know this because they dont wear mask. I asked for payment information after they said 30 dollars okay no problem. Elizabeth gives me paperwork and I left came back because it states 25 dollars she says she doesnt work at that office and each specialist can do their own price. Then why give the fee list.

Complaint regards service and treatment

Staff are rude and disorganized I lost multiple Days of work and my son from school I have been faithful to this dentist office for many years my son will be 9 soon and hes only been seen by this dentistry and do not appreciate how they treat there patients and how they have no care in the world to admit to there mistakes when filing paperwork or scheduling appointments, I have been this year to the dentist multiple times with each appointment not being resolved and being treated unfairly as well as other parents and not a manager or a supervisor in place to manage there disrespectful staff , as a parent a business professsional I am disappointed I had to be treated like this and my son had to leave crying because of the campito
