Faulty battery

Labels peeling

The labels on the "filter" cartridges peel pretty much every time. Make for an uncomfortable vape experience. After 8 years with them, I have to find a new vape company.

Find another company

It takes forever to receive orders, and there is always always some sort of problem with packages from Green Smoke - it is not worth the hassles and wasted time. The expedited shipping claims three to five days. It is always AT LEAST five days and often more. Why charge people extra for this ? Apparently they are no better at servicing retail locations. The few store owners who carry the cartridges are always out of them, and they explained that erratic shipping and poor customer service are a reason. Oddly condescending "customer service" - do I really need website tracking information repeated back to me ? Equally important: Poor quality cartridges and higher and higher prices. It's actually cheaper to smoke at this point. Looks like the big tobacco company that purchased Green Smoke ran their project into the ground. Fortunately, there are other companies. I ordered from one and received far better service.

Green Smoke Cartomizers

I totally agree with other consumers that their product quality has gone in the toilet over the last year. As a user and purchaser for several years, I have seen an excellent customer service department and consistent taste, but degrading product quality in the last year. The outer plastic layer on about 95% of the cartomizers peels, making it difficult to form a seal with your lips as you vape. I am switching to a refillable system, as I have contacted the company about the poor quality several times in the past year, and have now surmised that they don't care.

Quality has gone from bad to horrible!

It has been a year since Green Smoke went to a different cartridge. Since that time, the cellophane peels....almost every one of them. This happens within 10 - 20 puffs. Just terrible! They keep on saying that they are working on the problem...really? Over a year? Their problem will be solved when they go out of business. They were a great company before they were bought out by big tobacco...now they are way over priced and not an enjoyable vaping experience. This is what happens when a company tries to increase their profits at the cost of the customer. Wake up Green Smoke. Go back to the great company you used to be before the buyout!

A full refund was awarded after I returned the merchandise. Took a little talking on my part, but the job got done.

This used to be an excellent company until they sold out to big tobacco, i.e. Atria. The cartridges last about 10 puffs now when they used to go for hours. Eliminating the smell of smoke from my home, clothes, person and life was a liberation. When I first started, I lived with a non-smoking roommate and they saved me having to go outside in all weathers, or shamefacedly smoke in the stairwell. However, I recently bought a large order and now hoping I can return the unopened bag of cheap cartridges. As others have said, the wrappers come off as you vape, and the plastic seals at either end are gone. Desperately seeking a new e-cig.

"Used by date" not disclosed

I ordered the kit and some cigarettes to get me through the winter months not knowing that there is a "used by date" on the cartridges. The site says nothing about it. One cartridge lasts me a week and I had 5 boxes of 20 cartridges each. I complained to the company and asked them if there was anyway I could find out the used by date when I ordered and they said "no". They told me that the cartridges are good for an average of 6 months. I order October 20 2017 and the cartridges were only good until Jan. 08 of 2018. I wound up throwing out almost all 5 boxes. I spent over $100.00 (not including the battery and charger) and threw away over $80.00. I was told to use the auto ship but that's no guarantee either if you don't know how long the cartridges will last. Looking for another company to buy from.

From a 10 to a -10

I have been a customer for 8 years. In the past 6 months this product has declined exponentially. In the past, I have bought kits for family and friends. I would be embarrassed to do that now. The cartridges and batteries are very poor quality, while they are still one of the most expensive ecigs on the market. I have always been contacted immediately if I had a customer service issue, until just recently, because now, there is NO customer service. I spent $390 on my last 2 orders, and they will not even respond to my complaint that the cartridges are empty of anything except water to create vapor, and the batteries have no power. Green Smoke is over. Don't waste your money because there is no money back guarantee when the rubber meets the road.

Greensmoke now more expensive for less quality

When I first started using greensmoke e-cigarettes a few years ago, they were great, but now they have become over priced and the quality is not the same. The cartridges only last for a little while and they peel. The batteries only work for about a month. I returned 70 cartridges because they were peeling and they stated they only received 57. I am so mad as I spend a lot of money to quit smoking. It used to be cheaper than buying cigarettes and although I am still addicted, I plan to stop using greensmoke. I am so upset as they have just became another place to rip you off

I agree from very good to terrible.

A lot of the cartridges I have been getting seem used. They either have no taste or they run out immediately. Also the plastic peels off. They have definitely gone down hill. They are way overpriced for the poor quality of the products. I have been looking into other companies. I am fed up with giving them money for poor quality cartridges. I have a bunch of batteries that I don't know what to do with. I don't see how they get by the Better Business Bureau. I told them once that they needed to replace the faulty cartridges. They won't do that of course, and the girl was really snotty that I talked to.

From great to terrible

I have been recommending Green Smoke for several years. It has gone from being a wonderful product to being a terrible product! I am definitely looking for an alternative to green smoke. At the same time they changed the packaging, they changed the product. I now have to use three per day as opposed to one per day. They also no longer have a brass fitting. About 80% of the time the cartridges come unraveled and are sometimes loose right out of the package. I used to be able to track which batteries were needing charged or under performing but now they have changed it to only white instead of colored cartridges. I am certain this is not at the customers request !!! I am absolutely fed up with this company.

Quality has gone down dramatically

They used to package the cartridges in plastic with rubber tips on each end and there were eight in each package (small enough to fit in small purse) The batteries were long lasting and now some of them don't even work after the first charge. I might have to change the filter 3 times in one day in the new "hermetically sealed one cartridge. I didn't know Altria bout them out. They ruined the best brand. I started getting them mail-ordered-when I had back surgery-but used to by them at a kiosk store at Sugarloaf Mills in Atlanta GA. I am not ready to stop but don't know which way to go.

Been a solid customer for 5 years. . not anymore

As others have written, their quality has gone far down hill ever since they started re-packaging their cartridges and making them overseas. The vapor is less, the length of time they last is less, the plastic peels off the cartridges, and the taste doesn't last as long. . . plus who knows what's in them now. On top of all this, it's more expensive for less substance: they don't offer the custom battery types or the variety of flavors anymore. Ironically, the customer review page on their website is no longer available .. probably to hide all the latest truths. What I don't get is how their new giant box of 10 cartridges (each one "vacuum sealed" in a puffy pouch), is more cost effective for them than the older packaging of a compact foil pack of 5 (kinda like how chiclets are packaged). I would think the current way is wasting more material, space, weight, and resources. You could fit at least 5 of the old packs into one of the new ones (see photo for scale) Seems they'd rather make a giant profit than a quality product for their consumer base. Typical corporate take over of what once was a good company. Way to ruin a good thing - The only good thing remaining now is their customer service - don't shoot the messenger. After being a loyal customer for 5 years I'm going elsewhere!

Green Smoke - Greensmoke E Cig Cartridges And Batteries Review

I have used green smoke products over 2 years now. Initially they were great! Now the cartridges do not last as long, and often the plastic covering the cartridge begins peeling. I feel like the company has started cutting corners. Not really unusual because they can make more money. I have just ordered a new brand after waiting several months for improvement from green smoke. They may be making more now, but i am certain others will try different products for the money green smoke charges. The newer batteries do not have the same quality as the older ones.

Horrible Quality since change in "Packaging"

Greensmoke changed their "packaging," but they seem to have changed the cartridge manufacturer too. Greensmoke seems to have switched to a low quality alternative/manufacturer where the cartridges peel apart, the nicotine is weak, and you pay more for half the quality. It is very disappointing to be a long-time customer, and now have to switch vendors because of major quality issues. I am actively searching for a suitable alternative. If you know a good alternative to Greensmoke, please comment below. Thank you. I have tried Blu, and they are OK. I am waiting for Logic's order to arrive. I hope they are better than the "new" Greensmoke cartridges.
