My account is closed and I want my money

I keep calling, and they put me on hold and hang up on me, I was on hold for 6 hours and another day 6 hours they hang up after the 6 hours .they sent me a text message saying g they would open my account if I verified my identity which I did 6 times last week. Understand how they can get by with this kind of fraud

I've been thru miles of red tape I've been verified sometimes twelve to fourteen times trying to call them to resolve this.

I requested go 2 bank to transfer money from my bank account for a rental car.they said they transferred and it posted but chime said they didn't receive anything.. pI've turned in my official complaint and they say they need 90 days to investigate.they denied me a provisional credit. With no further reason.the problems that arise from the missing 500 were serious and caused me some damage.i want to sue them but don't know what to do.dont bank here the service is horrible. They don't allow to transfer funds from one account to another and can't do any of the normal banking procedures

I have mailed all the required documents to green Dot over and over still no refund. Closed my account with 2,000 + putting my family in financial crisis and mental anguish and gas still haven't resolved this peacefully or offer to investigate

Representative called to ask of transaction and told me they were sending a new card overnight waiving fee and that it would arrive next day I never received car waiting for a week called and verified identity and they wud not give me information and kept hanging up. They are committed to avoid resolving this unecessary delimma

Account was closed with balance of $2,500 by a representative malicious unecessary mental distress anguish and depression just trying to get someone to look at the account resolve the issue peacefully

I had the an account for over 5 to 8 years with different accounts and I have not had in the bad experience until now when they close my account with the balance of $2,500 or more because I could not access my balance when the representative called me and said there was a transaction and they would send another card out to me and they sent to mobile verifications at 8:06 p.m. July 13th and they said they would expedite the fee for the card $13.95 and that it would arrive next day service in a all white envelope, verbatim. I waited and thought it may be a mistake since it did not arrive the next day or two and said to myself that maybe they did not of course expedited so I had to wait 5 to 7 days maybe but it did not come. I called the Green Dot customer service and spoke to a lady she said she could not verify my phone number which has been active and open since 2021 with other existing accounts through Green Dot which I have the cards of all of those including the card and question which ends in 9504. I need my account reactivated with the balance of the $6,600 that was deposited July 25th or 26th by the IRS and also if someone can look at all transactions done by me which ends with walmart.com because they called me July 13th at 8: 07 to ask if I made a purchase in Miami Florida for $346+ I said I did not and I also have refunds process after my card was deactivated please help to recover my funds

Replacement of expired gift card

Unfortunately I still haven’t received the check for the gift card funds! I did get a phone call that they were going to look into my problem.

I even got a call from a higher up personal representative that assured me that they would expedite a check through their system and I should get it soon. That was about 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting thinking I should give them 4 weeks?

I’m hoping that they will still come through and honor the agreement. I will certainly respond back with an update either way.

I need a replacement card for a $50 gift card that has expired. It states that the funds do not expire, it even states it on the card. The problem is that there is no possible way to contact a live person for help. All that is allowed is to enter the card information which the automated system says it cant be found. I am sorry that I purchased this card which I had hoped to use for a veterinary appointment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Green Dot Bank

I keep calling they keep telling me different answers to keep running in circles. I’m getting sick of it.

I empty my other account because I’m scared that they’re gonna like that one too and I’ll be having no money.

I also asked for the vice president‘s name and they gave me somebody’s name that was the vice president of Green Dot bio chemicals. That was a joke.

Well, a friend of mine, one money and transferred it using their pay person to person on their app to me send me money and they locked our accounts for no good reason and they still havent unlocked them, however, they locked one account but not the other. I sent money to two different accounts now they keep sending me in circles about my own money.

Activation of card

I want to speak to a real person and ask why my social security number is needed to activate a green dot card I was given as a gift. The phone numbers given on the card and web site go to a machine that is incapable of answering the question so I am sending this. You now have my phone number so I will be easy to reach. Thanks.

Ive disputed unauthorized charges and I had 10 business to see if they had a resolution if your eligible for provisional credit within 10 business days its suppose to be granted with the right documentation I sent them documents 5 times also I never got my provisional credit they where misplacing my paperwork on purpose they were hanging up on me and laughing at me basically telling me to speak to a supervisor I have to make an appointment Im not banking with them anymore

To see why my account was locked

Very poor customer serviceThe service department hangs up on you no call backs. They locked my account then permanently locked it and blocked it cause of unusual activity on my account saying cause of a large amount from the IRS which was my taxes going into my account then told me I had to get the sender which is the IRS to resend me a check and Green Dot is the one that closed my account so their the ones have to send me a check for the balance in my accountnit the IRS cause I spoke with the IRS and they said they cant reissue me a checkCustomer service is so rude and when they know their wrong they hang up on you or get silent on the phone and then it hangs up with no call backs or nothing and always saying theyre trying to do what they can and theyre sorry to hear that and really their notHow do you lock a customers account from the income tax from the IRS being deposited in their accountThey are stealing people funds out their accounts and closing themIm going to bring them to court and sue them for mental anguish, the stress they have caused me and my kids, starvation about to get me an eviction, essential needs for me and my kids etcIm calling a lawyer bright and early in the morning cause this is wrong

I both 2 greendot cards in 03/1/23 one of my cards I couldn't get

I got two greendot cards in 03/1/23 for 500 hundred dollars each had a hard time trying to activate both got one never did get the other one yet when I got it I couldn't even get it going on the phone someone put there name on my account not sure I've try talk to greendot sending my Receipt but they said they never got it I need some help with this. Since this my purse has been stolen. I have a new a new email and phone number also Debbiefidler167@***.com (850)541-**** This has Cause me a lot of problems I got it To pay my fines with the courts they were not pay I'm still in A lot of trouble because of this pleases help me its been long enough thank you I hope to hear something soon Deborah Fidler The first card they charged me just about 100 dollars mailing me new cards for the other card that had 500 on it I couldn't Register it the very first time I called it said something wasn't right I found out someone else's name was on the card so I couldn't even register it when I talked to someone from greendot they would say it's not your card it's got someone else's name I told them it is my card I just edited got it at Walmart I got two of them the numbers actually were one after the another you know when you buy them together how the numbers go they just kept mailing me new cards I tried to tell them what was happening when I called and on the first card two Items were bought one was ordered on line for 50.00 dollars and something else was brought they took it off when they Investigate it. Now they have my address I have an account and I also gave it to them can't tell you how many times they didn't like the way I was talking or what I was saying needless to say we got disconnected after I waited over an hour to get someone on the phone every time I called I had to wait and it always got disconnected they never called me back but at the beginning of the phone call they had to have a number in case we got disconnected go figure I had throat cancer I just got though about a year ago going through radiation and Chemo therapy for4 days a week for just a littlt short of three years my voice is not the same as before all this I talk very low it hurts me so much to talk I have told green dot all this every time I talk to them trying to get them to let me text them or them to texts me they wouldn't even hear of it almost like I would lie about cancer to get my own money now I was more persistent then ever to get this all straightened out at the beginning I couldn't find my Receipt I had to go to Walmart to get them to give me something like a Print out with all the details And verification it was me and I got all this done took pictures email it to greendotgot something saying they'll get back to me I don't have how long it was I didn't hear anything so I called them back one lady said i should of called sooner I told her I thought they would have called or emailed me when they were ready to give me my own money back to me they act like I stolen there money and I was making excuses for it I got these greendot cards 03/1/23 it's going on 4 months now this is not the end of my story I am in alot of trouble and it all started trying to get out of trouble I got the greendot cards to pay off my courts fines I've paid most of it I still owe about 400 dollars left to pay but it costs me alot more I'm still on Probation I would have been off in March when I bought theses greendot cards for 1000 dollars thats all I had to do was to paid this lasted fine good thing my probation officer didn't take theses cards because if she did I would have new charges for stolen cards that I bought she thinks I wasn't being honest about me having the money to get off probation I've worked so hard to do everything right to do my probation save my money pay my fines and courts costs right by the book and I did it but with my pasted they are not going to believe me intil I get that money to pay them can you please help me asap I go back to court 06/21/23 9:00 panama city FL, Deborah Fidler Debbiefidler167@***.com (850)541-**** p.s.thetes alot more that's happened do to this happening to me I'll explain more to you thank you so much hope you'll be able to help me thanks again God bless you!!!

Money pak issue

I can't get through to talk to a live person. I loaded 2 money pak reload cards in the amount of 500 each to my card. Apparently with out me knowing the card and account the money was loaded on had been closed. But the money pack says it successfully loaded to the card. How is that possible. So I lost 1000 bucks and greendot just gives me the rub around.

I'm sure it would not be hard for ones who would just love to take this case ! They(GO2Bank) are doing more harm than good,...

I need access to my money because go2bank won't give me the option to get a code so that I could pick my money up at walmart, even though the option is on their website stating " Need access to your cash ? amd you don't have your card ? no problem " I can pick it up with a code at Walmart . but the option once I clicked on it says I'm not eligible !?! How could this be when the service rep sent me via chat the instructions how to get this, through greendot as well since it's not allowing me on go2Bank, I can't even see my card info on GO2bank! app! , while I have a couple of friends waiting for their cards to arrive with 0 money in their go2Bank account, while I have over $4,100 in my account !! A banking customer should always have access to their funds while in their establishment, should not be hung up on while not getting any, and I mean any satisfaction of a solution other than I have to wait till the card arrives?! that's unacceptable , as well as disrespectful! I currently fleeing a domestic violence relationship with my children and at this time is all the money that I have and I have stated this via phone to their service reps(I recorded phone phone calls if u need for proof as well!) on top of my situation with DV, and taking care of my babies ,, I shouldn't have to go through this nightmare! I'm a mother , and literally have $6 left only because GO2Bank /Greendot won't give me immediate access to MY MONEY that I entrusted them with ! I want and need this taken care of As this is a violation of my rights! At this point posing harm to me and my children! I need access to my funds ASAP! recommend you stay clear from entrusting your hard earned money with GO2Bank , and if this is not handled today by Greendot, I will make sure and post it on every social media platform you CC an think of to warn and protect others from going through this disrespectful and scary situation . I will also post my chats with the establishment as well as the uninformed, unknowledgeable Cust.serv. reps recorded phone conversations of the situation .

Now SSI tried to get the money back they wouldn't return it so they are going to pay me for October and I will have to pay them back a little at a time

They sent me a check told me to cash it at Walmart they couldn't cash it I was told to get in touch with the sender that don't exist anymore I I also received a card 6 months later and was unable to activate they stole millions of dollars from people that received SSI and income taxes they should be held accountable
