At water said it would be shipped in 1 to 2 days. Here it is day 5 and it still has not shift now it says it will be here in 2 to 3 weeks

How to return an item
I recd 2 pair of lounge pants. I need to return 1 identical pair. I ordered the paw print lounge pants & the matching dog outfit. Will I ever meet the criteria to finish this ???
