Ripped me off

Can't reach anyone for responses. Terrible phone system. No call back. They're customer service is poor since they are one of the few dental offices in network with most insurance plans. Terrible front desk staff. Just a nightmare to deal with.

Over payment

I have been waiting for months for a check! I overpaid by 375.00 ! Next step is calling better Business Bureau. Please let me know when check is coming! Kathleen Cronin

Overcharged me

Great expression overcharged me by $600.00. The only way I found out is through my Flex Spending Acct. The EOBs showed I had overpaid. So to make a long story short now my FSA is suspended because they want me to refund money back to them what I paid to the Dentist office. To put the icing on the cake is the reason they did not match is because the dentist office did not submit other charges to the insurance company because they knew the insurance company would not pay. The dentist office should have given me the opportunity to choose if I wanted to pay for these additional costs. Great Expresdions is a scam

Oral surgery for my daughter in law. This was the 2nd time. After fighting the 1st time and for a repeat, the meds she would need were denied.

How do you extract wisdom teeth, impacted, cavities and send them home with just an antibiotic script, Ibuprofen script and nothing for the pain. Were not talking opioids but Tylenol 3 - less than a 30 day script. Noting on her chart, this is what she needs. Never ever go there. You get more relief at an Urgent Care Will contact further agencies and report this.

All offices closed due to comped problems???I need the results of CBCT scan done in Miramar Florida

Terrible Customer service

This location is terrible! Each time you need to schedule an appointment the wait is weeks, just to have them cancel and reschedule and do the same thing again. One appointment was rescheduled 3x. The receptionist is extremely rude and disrespectful. She is just looking for an argument. When selecting a dentist pass them by!

Senior citizen afraid they will die because the treatment is TERRIBLE

My mom is a senior citizen who is having surgery tomorrow. She's so afraid of going, because they've treated her so poorly. Aside from jumping prices dramatically ($2,000+ from agreed price) the surgeons and dentists laugh at you and berate you in front of other clients. Tell you that you're having surgery which is stressful as is, have you plan for it, schedule a driver, just for you to show up and make you pay hundreds more. THEN say sorry, no surgery today. In my 1st 30 minutes sitting in the waiting room I watched the employees shame 2 seniors. Then they called out the manager to yell at one of them. I'm so afraid for the service my mother is having tomorrow. But they already had her pay under the assumption she was having surgery months ago. Tomorrow's the day and how can anyone trust a worker who treats their patients like garbage? Liberty NY office. Every single employee is nasty.

Pissed customer

I went to the Roswell office, for having minor pain to one of my teeth that I had a recent crown done THERE about 3 years ago, first the dentist states it was fine, food was getting between the tooth causing some discomfort. ok I was fine with that. Then they checked my insurance, seen that I had not used my insurance all year so they waned to do it over. Well it is worse than it was before she started and very fragile, and more painful I feel she cracked it. I feel i should not have to pay out of pocket . The insurance MONEY THEY CAN HAVE, but paying for something that should have never been done is unfair to me. This office has caused me nothing but fear each time I go. very unprofessional and unconcerned of any underlying conditions during dental visits. Please refund the amount of money charge for redone crown.

Billing /service

Worst dental company ever..then leaves me with a bill of 888.00 can reach customer Service they tell you to leave information so they can call you back they leave you in que and never pickup I need this amount removed off their patient portal before it hits my credit report because I was told I do not owe anything but yet it's still showing on their site.

Had an appointment today 220pm

I had appointment on Nov. 04 2021 @ 220 Pm and had the appointment card to verify the appointment and was told that I didn't have one today. Very poor customer service

Was abuse and neglected by a personnel named Maria .Last name unknown to me. She failed to make an appointment soon enough reason why in urgent I have bleeding gums and lied to that she did.

Maria last name not known by me had abused me and neglected by not scheduling my appointment soon enough. Reason I have an infected bleeding gums after Dr. Santos exams on Sept.30 2021Address of the these dental clinic 3704 heath rd.ft caroline Jax,fl.32277. I was scheduled 26 of october for my deep cleaning but Maria and the corporate office cancelled it because according to her I called her a liar of her not telling the truth of not calling me back to let me know of my appt. According to her I failed to return her call last Sept 26. I wasted my time going to the dental clinic and taxi trip and then make used of it. The worst my bleeding gums was not deep clean and treated .This dental clinic will be liable of my health concerning the blood infection coming from my gums. It is a neglect coming from her, Maria. As a senior and a disabled veteran I don,t deserved this treatment. She called a police on me on a reason that I was there for my appointment that she cancelled without letting me know. It is also an abuse of authority, showing off that shes so called manager she can,t be argued. She does not know the protocol of bedside manners, customer service and very unproffesional. I explained to the police why I was there, that I had an appointment that day and she cancelled it without calling me or write me. I will never go back and recommend to anybody to that dental clinic again. Thanks

Will not return prepayement

Charged me excess money for a crown claiming that my insurance is lying to me and will not pay as much as they promised. Insurance paid what they had promised. Great Expectation refuses to return my excess payment back. Will not answer phone, office manager refuses to see me when I go to their facility.

Issue with Buckhead Office in Atlanta - Doctor Left and Services not completed and Bridge not Delivered

The Dentist left and relocated to another (unknown office). Later I learned she went to the *** office - outside of Atlanta. I reached out to the Buckhead office over 25 times to determine next steps. No one ever called back and the Patient Services group at the Corporate Level referred the bill to some collection company, IC Systems, that has called on two occasions and the first young man that called try to intimidate me. The Bridge was not delivered; however, they are billing for $223 for services not rendered and the Bridge was not delivered.
