Not upset with the company!! Myself!!

I did order a 20 x 20 Lion Canvas on April 17th. I realized I did not have an account? I was so thrilled with this Lion Canvas. But the funds were taken out of my account. I have the order number 290-****. I hope I still get the Canvas. How do I get an account? So very sorry!!! My mistake not yours. Thanks so much Judith A CyrusHoward e-mail-tlsss.7107@***.com. Cannot make contact with the company to facilitate a return and refund

I've emailed GBC, as they instruct, to obtain a prepaid return label and refund for a canvas art print. Under their Return/Refund policy, I am entitled to a refund. I have emailed twice and received an automated acknowledgement of my emails. I have attempted to call customer service 3 times, but they won't accept phone calls. Their "headquarters" phone number in NC is a non-working number. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB of NC. The map on the BBB site shows GBC Headquarters as CLOSED! This company is either grossly mismanaged or has become a scam of some kind. My order number was #214-****

Replace a damaged item

Received a canvas with cracked frame trying to replace it have sent multiple emails and cannot reach anyone by phone. No one had reached out to me

Damage wall art

I recently received my purchased wall art. An there are several dark spots on each of the two pictures I purchased. I would like to return both pictures and have new ones sent out ASAP

Loosing track of my orders! They haven't arrived.
