Safety inspectors there are idiot's, I been there 2 times
And the 1st time I was told by the owner that my vehicle would probably would not pass because it look likes it's been sitting. I told him run through and it passed 45min timed.2nd time was 1hr and 20min no lie,the owner again said it would not pass because the horn did not work and had pulled my truck out of line,and it did work showed him he put it back in and worked on the cars behind me while the new guy with no experience worked on mine,3 cars were done behind me by the time I told owner son help him so I can get out over here.i won't be going back .take your car elsewhere this place is not ASE certification or qualified.

Terrible customer service.

I called Grease Monkey corporate office and was told that the location at 72nd and n Pecos is privately owned and they will send the owner my name and phone number, they do not give out contact information, I have not received a call or response from them and have not...

I went in for a routine oil change, at Grease Monkey 72nd and N. Pecos,and drive home after. Later on that evening I get into my car planing a trip to the the store, and it struggles to start and starts making a horrible noise, grinding and wining, I turn the car off and pop the hood, there is oil all over the engine compartment and parking lot, and the oil dip stick is dry. I call the service location and informed them of this, and two very young kids arive, one of them introduced him self as the assistant manager, the other was clearly in training, and was taking instruction from the assistant manager, after a short inspection conducted by the employee in training, they concluded that what ever they had accomplished was satisfactory, I suggest following them back to the shop to make that determination and to clean the oil off the engine compartment. They spend a few moments with the vehicle and send me away, no explanation on what had been done. Again I go to take a ride and I see oil all around the out side of my vehicle. The next morning I bring the vehicle back to location explan that problem still exists, I'm told that there's no manager available till the next day, I ask for the vehicle to be toped of because it was running dry. They make comments about the amount of oil coming from vehicle, Monday I make it back to location and no manager is available and I ask to be toped off. That evening the car dies on my way home. I call and talk to manager and was told that he would call and try to get out to the location. No call backs I have the car towed to my parking lot. I am informed by the driver that the oil cap was not on, and there's no oil at all. I call the next morning and someone comes takes pics, and said I would get a call. I am yet to here anything the car is useless and I have no way to work and or get my elderly father to his opponents and have no idea of what if anything is going to be done. I only know that I had a perfectly good vehicle until I brought it in.

Way overpriced! Stay away. The price for an oil change on a small car was $114. I will not be back. Typically at other businesses in the area it is about $55.

Yesterday was the first time using grease monkeys. Technician was polite and nice. When i went into the lobby to wait i think it was colder than outside and it was snowing, while i was waiting watching the timer on completion the timer said 15 minutes to go when i looked up a few minutes later it was changed to 28 minutes. Once complete and paid for the Technician gave me a sheet to get a rebate check to fill out online for my next visit which i didn't get completed after 15 minutes of trying,the website wouldn't except my info. Inspection of my vehicle the outside of the windows were not washed as advertised and multiple grease fingerprints on the hood and one fender was not cleaned up. I did ask about how cold it was in the lobby, he said the heater went out, a good manager would have gotten a few portable heaters to put in the lobby to keep customers comfortable, there was one heater that was plugged in, I've never seen such a small heater it might have heated a 6'x 8' room. I don't plan to use this company again.

High prices with add on charges.
I have been going to 3 different Grease Monkey locations in Marietta. Every time the bill has add ons and the high price is different every time. Its like lets see how much this guy will pay. The work is ok but with the way they do business Im Leary of the workmanship. If I did business that way my customers would show me the door. Adios.

My wife took her car into this buisness told her she needed engine flush and 3 days her belt snap off and her tension pulley is destroy not it may her cost her 600 to 700.

Service for oil change. 11/17/2022 11:07 AM To whom it may concern, On November 17th 2022. I brought my 2015 Audi in for an oil change. Everything seemed to be fine but on December 9th 2022 while driving to Alabama for business.. I made a stop to get gas; when I came back to my car to start it up like normal my car started cranking funny and smoke started coming out the back pipe. I was terrified because that never happen to my car before and Ive had my car for almost four years. Actually, I never had an issue with my car. So I panic and called different car shops near by. Once the car was inspected the oil cap was loose. There was oil leaked all over the engine. The delay in the message is due to me getting back to Georgia safely and having a conversation with the insurance company. Progressive informed me that I should contact the last business that performed my oil change which would be the Grease Monkey on Satellite Blvd in Duluth GA. My engine is gone because of them
I took my car for a simple oil change the mechanic said I need a oil flush on 1989 ltd crown Victoria I said it doesnt he keeps saying this help the car I never had any problems with the car the said everything good on it when he did it the same day my car was smoking bad I took it back 2 days later my engine blows I love my car I really hope someone see the this is the greasy monkey in Morrow Georgia

I asked to have Blend oil (half synthetic and half conventional) I repeatedly said blended when it was ready the man gave me a receipt that it says that I refuse to get other than conventional
He said that conventional oil was the same as blended. He showed me what the computer said about it was 5W-30W which was irrelevant and make no sense I was charged $59.99 +tax

Poor service
Someone in Utahs location messed up my oil change and now my car is messed up and I need new engine. Ive dealt with someone in Provo named Ryan who was suppose to help me but hes not responding to my calls or anything. Its been about a month and hes been rude. I need a check from you guys to fix my car and hes not giving it to me.

I took truck to aubon nj They change my oil and never put my seal back on my truck and it been leaking oil never knew it was leaking until I took car for complete inspection and they was the last person to change oil shmmmm never again

I had the worst experience at grease monkey here in Panama City fl. On a Wednesday morning I took my Mercedes Benz in for an oil change as I have done numerous times before. While waiting in line I had a phone call from my son who is in another state attending college. During that phone call, I was instructed to move my car forward in to the garage by the attendee so that they could perform the oil change on my car. As I was watching the attendee very carefully and still talking with my son all of a sudden the guy stopped guiding me, walked to my drivers side window, stuck his arm in my window, grabbed my phone, placed it on my dashboard and told me to put my phone down. Excuse me!! Thats my personal priority youre touching. Needless to say once inside the garage, I had a groupon for 99 and the guy whom I later found out was the manager told me he would not honor my groupon and that I had to pay full price. With such poor customer service, anf his rude behavior I left without having an oil change and took my car to Grease Pro!

I took my truck in on Sunday for an oil change, now my truck and even my vents smell like a hot pot of nasty grease.

I have a 2019 Kia and the mechanic said it would void my warranty to use standard oil. He said he would report it to car fax. My car uses standard oil. It does not void the warranty to use it. 2021 models use synthetic oil. He only backed off when I threatened to take my car to the dealership.

They installed the incorrect filter and tried to rig it to work. Going down the road with oil all over my car, i took it to a dealer where theyve documented all their faults and installed and cleaned up my car. I've contacted them three times, but they never returned my call...out over $300. STAY AWAY
