Not willing to help by sending letter for VA

Spoke to to different agents Luis and aTony Diaz. All asked was letter showing balance of what owed to submit to VA to pay balance. They would not even provide letter. Just wanted credit card number. Totally unproperfossional. And promised to keep my negative credit on my report as long as they can.

Unfair collection practices

The collection agency is aware the creditor is receiving monthly payments and the same time placed a debt in my credit report which is illegal. Requested removal from my credit report but they refused.

Fraud Alert

I have have a bill under my name from Grant and Weber and i have no relation on any kind with this place! I had to look on line for the address and for my own clarity, location and services provided, this place is unreal. Whats going on here, billing with non existing patients. I also called to have a verbal confirmation, and explained in detail of my situation and shocker they hang up. Of course i call again they answer and hang up, i have no clue whats going on in your practice but this is unethical, you have ruined my credit and I have never stepped foot in this company. Don't expect a dime from me with this fraudulent *** move.

Dispute a collection payment

My name is Janine Loiseau, I tried to call your office this morning but the recording said it was closed, even though your hours are Monday- Thursday from 8:30 am & I called at 9, but anyways I just want this medical bill off of my credit. I was young and broke when I went to this hospital & I had no choice or any idea that I would’ve had to pay to go to the emergency room at the time... even though they didn’t even do anything for me at this hospital, I found out that I owe $637 to Los Robles in California. I was shocked since I wasn’t even prescribed any medicine, it took me a while to even remember that I went to this hospital that 1 time 3 years ago & I wish I never did because now it’s the only thing keeping my credit down. This is the only derogatory mark that I have on my credit & this was 3 years ago, they never even sent me a bill for this...so I’m not sure why it ended up in collections or why I’m being charged at all. This isn’t fair & I am not waiting another 4 years for this to finally get off my credit. I am only 22 years old & I am in debt for

Horrible Customer Service

I am paying off my medical debt and called Grant & Weber to gather information about what they were reporting. The first person was rude. I asked him for all of the information since I am looking through Intuit and it doesn't give me any information besides an amount. "Ma'am, I just gave you some information, What more do you want?" "I want it all, whatever you see, because all I see is an amount" He got pissed off at put me on hold... indefinitely. So, I called back and spoke to Sharon and she was curt with me. What is it with people that are jerks when I'm just trying to pay off a debt? I also asked for all of the information. She gave it all to me. She is going to email me a receipt. I asked to have all information on this account mailed to my home addressed. And again an irritated person "Ma'am, I'm emailing it to you". "I understand, and I still want it mailed to me." "I have 2 calls holding so I have to do this now". Well, this is your job! Give me all of the information and mail it to me. I received the email. It doesn't have any of the information on the account. Horrible customer service. UGH.

Jerks , Horrible Company

I talked to Erick hart . He is the jerk of ALL JERKs ! These people are RUDE ! . He talks over you , doesn’t believe your the customer unless your paying something . I tried to set up a payment plan and this guy ERICK wouldn’t even give me the chance to tell him what I wanted to pay . He was a complete *** . If you have a collections bills and it gets sent to them good luck . Your credit is messed up for life . I don’t want to give them my money and they act like complete jerks .

Medical bill

I called Grant and Weber a few times trying to get my medical bills resolved I actually recorded the conversation since I had been treated HORRIBLE the last time and I had one of their collection agents screaming at me to pay my bills... and to come see him if I wanted to I was so upset I even switched doctors BECUASE they give their patients to these savages to be ripped apart.

WTF!!!

I have been working on my credit i had disputed fraudulant info it was removed grant an weber jus changed the title on my collections and still trying to pin it on me! Disputed this as well and still not a word its been months let me live my life!

Grant and Weber - Customer Care Review

I was told that I had a collection account that I thought had been paid off years ago come to find out the auto payment that I was on for some reason they just quit billing my card and I forgot about the collection well when I went to go buy a house this collection was on there so I called and after sitting on hold for about 15 minutes finally got somebody who claimed he was the supervisor and pretty much told me that I had an outstanding bill and it wasn't his fault that I didn't make my payment arrangements,treated me like absolute garbage. He said he was the supervisor when I asked to talk to a supervisor and wouldn't let me talk to anyone else this place is a complete joke and should be brought up on charges for the way they treat people

They lied

I paid my debt off and they assured me it would be removed from my credit report in 30 business days, however, it has been well over 30 business days. Now I am being told it will be 3 more weeks. Don't they have guidelines they have to follow? They should be penalized for their mistake just like I was for mine. I guess we will see if they keep their word this time. I have a feeling I will be calling them again in 3 more weeks with the same complaint.

Grant And Weber Debt Collection Review from Los Angeles, California

They are the worse. I called several times and no one answers. I finally got put through to voicemail and got a call back a couple days later. Turns out I had medical bills owed years ago and they have charged me interest. I was willing to pay my original debt of $600, but now they want $900. No one was willing to talk to me about making a settlement of the original amount. These people are monsters, they were extremely rude the whole time and didn't care about my situation. I think I'm going to call them every day until they give in.

What?

I don't have a clue why these guys are on my credit report. Whatever the reason, it's not from an unpaid account. I ALWAYS pay my bills on time. Web results say these guys are scam artist or worst. I'll not call them because I understand they are rude and less than informative. My credit score is fine, so I'll not deal with them on any level. The burden of proof is on them, not me. I'll just continue to pay my bills on time, and check my credit score. I need 100 words to enter this review and I had only 90 so I'm adding this.
