Slide not working
Dinette slide did not extend after multiple tries. Just made a ratcheting sound. Try to use the manual extend retract option, and that broke off and came out of the holder.

Poor Build Quality
I have a 2018 Grand Design 2800BH and have been dealing with a delaminating wall issue since early 2020.I have had to deal with a few different people at Grand Design and have not found a suitable option to fix this issue. The option for us to get the unit to them on our cost is not good enough, I need someone there to help come up with better option to fix this that doesn't cost me over$6000 in shipping charges alone. The wall is now delaminating all the way down from the top corner down to the bottom, to the point where I can push on the loose fiberglass and clearly see it moving from the glue letting go and I and now scared to even use the RV or pull it anywhere for fear it may get worse and worse as we drive. This wall issue has caused so much stress for us and has really taken the joy and excitement out of the camping and RV owning experience, I cannot afford to ship it to you, I cannot sell or even trade the trailer in the way it is and now don't want to use it for risk of the wall delamination getting worse. I assumed that Grand Design set out to build quality rv's and that's why we chose Grand Design and we love this trailer but I really need you guys to help me make this right. The wall should not be coming apart after minimal use. I am hoping there are some options we can agree upon. I know Grand Design is known for top notch service which was a huge deciding factor for us and we want to be able to rant and rave about the amazing service and products from grand design but we really need some help on repairing this issue.

Two wrong decals before the correct one was sent. Dealer and GD finally got on the same page.taken too long to get parts, and service in the middle of the season,off season wasnt any better

Nothing it is all good almost
The 12v refer draws the battery down in one day. We are having clear blue skys but the batteries are going down within 24 hours

Waiting almost 2 months for a ladder
my 2600rb is back at the dealer, two months waiting on the ladder repair. They said you sent the wrong ladder and cant get it resolved.

2022 Solitude Massive Water Intrusion etc
We immediately began to experience issues with our 2022 Solitude once it was delivered by the dealer - Blue Dog RV Bakersfield. Tankless water heater was installed with a surge protector that prohibited the trailer for being able to dry camp. Trailer would not run off the generator. Massage unit went out in one of the recliners. Oven completely stopped working. Winegard with wireless router was not installed properly and connected to a power source. Then the massive water intrusion began with the rainfall this winter. Water was flooding in the bedroom area, leaking from the shower pan and at each slide out and under all the cabinets. Mold was present under the bed, floor, in the base cabinets, window frames et. Mold had built up on the particle board under the mattress and stained it. Mold had ruined the bedskirt and corners of the sheets where the water intrusions coming in from the slide out. You could feel water leaking down the corners of the walls from the bedroom slide out. We had been on a mobile and dealer waitlist to address the minor issues when the water intrusion began forcing out of the unit completely. We were forced to find temporary housing until the issue could be resolved. We were only able to get into a dealer service because Happy Daze was opening up a new service location in Ripon. February it was taken in. I was told via phone by multiple Blue Dog Rv dealers they would not take the trailer if it had mold in the trailer. I would have to clean it myself. I cleaned it the best I could before taking it into Happy Daze. Grand Design is refusing to accept the water intrusion claim because Happy Daze has a moisture reading that is not detecting an issue. Ripon is a dry inland location. How would a moisture reading show anything if it has had the to dry out when you take the reading? Grand Designrefuses to acknowledge the pictures of the flooding showing the water intrusions. They are trying to force me to take possession of a defective product that I paid 100K for. They do not stand behind their product. Trailer was received still under warranty. It is now out of warranty and still at Happy Daze for resolution. Do not buy Grand Design products. No support and they will compromise your health, wallet and safety.

New unit frig won't cool, dealer has no answer
Frig now is as cold as I wanted. CS was a big help. However the ice maker still is not working, freezer temp is 0 deg. for about 24 hrs. Water valve is in correct position. City water is every where else. Need some help with this, we done what the manual says to do.

Poor Quality
Grand Design is a huge disappointment. It took a year to resolve issues identified during the initial walk through, fridge, slides, window, trim just to name a few. Then once the warranty expires the water heater goes out and all the exterior trim has started to Crack. I have owned multiple campers and Grand Design is a complete disappointment. I will never purchase nor recommend to anyone!

Bought this 2022 used. Original owner used 1 summer then decided to sell for a cottage. Bought from Lazydays.
First problem of the unit was the tankless hot water tank was leaking due to a seal in the hot water system. Second problem was the fireplace/heater went out after 1 day of use. Called furrion and stated it probably was a circuit board. Because of second owner was out of one year warrantee. Trailer is easy to pull with lots of space inside and out for storage. 3 slide outs make the unit very spacious. What we notice was this is the first trailer (and we have had many) the refrigerator and freezer actually work and keep food cold! Called Grand Design customer service and got wright thru without waiting. After getting hot water tank fixed was going hot and cold; customer service was able to spot the problem and over the phone fixed the problem. We have a 337rls reflexion 5th wheel.

Slide out is stuck
Cannot find the manual override for schwintek in a grand design imagine XLS 17 MKE. The manual shows a picture of it but not where it is located!!

Tsb 22
We had TSB 22-003 (kitchen slide issue) done at a dealer and when picked it up and got it to our campsite stuff didn't work. Dealer said to take it up with Grand Design, Grand Design said if I wasn't happy to take it back to the dealer. Dealer can't get to it right away and we are fulltimers so this is our home. I guess we are in the world of missing socks

The customer service rep was very helpful! They are sending me a new radio! I didnt have to wait more than a few seconds to actually talk to someone. Great service!

Decals peeling on 201* *** rls reflection
Doubt itStill waiting to hear on peeling decals. Just me and my husband and unit barely used. It's out of warranty and seat is peeling. Fan stopped working on fireplace...numerous visits for refrigerator issues. Slider had to be worked on after dragging and put a whole in linoleum. Had to buy a new microwave. Stove oven was replaced and still doesn't hold the temperature. Just totally disgusted. This is our first Grand design after 3 Montana and Cougar as well as two motorhomes and never had these issues.
