Billing issue

Grammarly refunded my money minus a month which is fine, but did not have the decency to contact me to advise they were taking this step or to apologize for any confusion. They have very poor customer service practices.

Overcharging

I specifically signed up for broken down payments and I was charged for two accounts from my bank account. There is no one to talk to.

No one working

I am having trouble with login. But No one was around to helpno customer service, no live person I could talk to. The communication is abysmal. Grammarly is selling a communication tool to the public, but they are having trouble communicating.

Don’t want to help we with billing

I looked at my bank statement and I got charged almost $150 and I havent used grammarly in years. Theyre no numbers I can call or email.

Unwelcome Change

I loved Grammarly when I could copy a document I wrote and paste it onto the page that pops up when I open the desktop app. That no longer works. Now, there is only a widget to follow as I type. I do not want the widget, in fact I despise it. PLEASE restore the copy/paste feature. THANKS!

Charges to my account

Well Sunday on my bank app, I saw that Grammerly charged 144 to my account t. I must have emailed them every 15 minutes (cuz you can't call) and finally they responded saying that they issued me a refund. The only thing is, I hasn't showed up in my account yet. The charge is still there. They sent me another email saying that it could take 10 business days. I guess we'll see. I think that the way Grammerly does things is super shady. What company doesn't have an actual customer service number that you can call?

Money taken

Grammarly Headquarters took $144 out of my account without my consent. This is fraud and shouldn't happen to anyone else. Please be careful about Grammarly.

Resolved: Ripped Off By Grammarly!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Keira from Grammarly contacted me by email and said this:"...we highly value every Grammarly customer, so we have deactivated the subscription under drdehooks@***.com and refunded your initial payment in full as a gesture of goodwill.

For your reference, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method. If there's anything else we can do for you, please let us know.".

I purchased Grammarly software for my computer but it does not work correctly - it keeps telling me to make corrections that does not need to be made. I started having problems out of it about a month after I purchased it but I kept trying to use it. But it got to the place it was making too many errors instead of correcting my typing. Then there was a conflict with it and Word's spell checker - Grammarly was wrong. I submitted a ticket today for a refund after I canceled the subscription but was told I could not receive a refund. And the person referred me to their refund page that I put in the website field above which said nothing. I want a refund - I only had this product for about a month and a half so I should receive some kind of refund. Thank you!

Refund

Hello, I was looking to possibly using your program long term after being recommended to a friend. I wanted to try out your free trial, however the app wouldnt allow me to try until a chooses which subscription to purchase after the trial ended. I was not pleased with Grammarly and wanted to end the free trail on the same day and now I am being charged with a $139.99. I would like a refund.
