I have not received my grad pictures. My order has been confirmed in June 2023 and I have contacted them 3 times via emails and once on the phone. I haven’t gotten any reply whatsoever

Order confirmed June 28,2023. Not yet receiving it. Despite my email contacting them 3 times and once on the phone. However they promised to give you a response within 48 hours or whatsoever, I got nothing heard nothing. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced. One star is way too kind! Im really pissed.

Totally Disappointed with Quality and Service

What a horrible experience! It took forever to get the CORRECT pictures posted for my son and his graduating class. Then, the proofs were so small, even when expanded, that it was difficult to see them properly to make a choice. I paid an exorbitant amount for the pictures I chose, plus an exorbitant amount for shipping, only to have them mailed to me in a flimsy envelope with a flimsy piece of cardboard inside. NO protection against bending, curling or the elements. Picture quality and cropping was unacceptable and when I called to have them corrected, I was told I need to return the pictures I was sent AT MY OWN COST FOR SHIPPING. I've dealt with Balfour before, for high school and college pictures and they never change; mediocre or worse service for a high price. Cornell University should have been more discerning than to choose this company for their very high-priced school. After a grueling and expensive education, pictures of my graduate should have been a no-brainer.

POOR PHOTOS

Received a proof page in the mail and the images are not good at all. A big green glare circle in the middle of each lens of the graduate's glasses.

Not sure if order went through

Customer service checked the order for me. Very helpful!! And we have received the order. This was extremely fast! Thank you!

Ultra poor photo quality

Grad Images took just a few photos and all of them were really bad, out of focus and zoomed in at their max.

Purchase never received

Do not use this company. Charged $100 for digital downloads and never received them. Emailed customer service numerous times with no response.

Poor quality, bad lighting, not good for printing

I purchased four downloadable photos of my child's graduation online from the GradImages website. The "highest quality" images sent to me were supposed to support a 12x10 inch print, but turned out to be false. The resolution is so bad that I couldn't even fix them with Photoshop. I contacted them requesting at least one image with a better resolution. They told me that it was not possible to get a better image due to the lighting of the place and their camera, they also declined a refund despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee offered in their website. This is really outrageous, because they had access to the best place to take photos of this once-in-a-lifetime moment, and it is not fair that they have not taken precautions to obtain quality images, and especially since they boast having been in the business of prom photos for 35 years now and their quality does not show it, and does not do justice to what they charge.

Ripped me off

I have been waiting for over a month and a half for a refund to be issued. They charge me for two orders of pictures and sent them both. I followed the instructions returning the second package Now, I am battling to get a refund for pictures I dont even have. Oh, and by the way, the quality of the pictures isnt even that great. I dont know why schools are using them.

I have not received my daughters graduation photo that I had already paid for. She graduated 2 years ago.

Never received My daughter's graduation photo that I had already paid for, this was 2 years ago! Very unprofessional from there part.

Bad customer service experience

I purchased a digital download package. The function to send to a cell phone number was not working. Customer service rep said it would be working in 1-2 weeks. That answer sounded fake. Then told me I could send an email to the cell phone. This is not what I wanted due to format concerns. Customer service rep then sent me a link that I already had from my purchase as if I didn't know how to get the link. Rep treated me like a child. This is POOR customer service. What a monopoly ~ this is the only service allowed to photograph my gradutate's walk across stage.

Absolutely the worst! Photos blurry and way, way, way, overpriced!DO NOT buy !

See the above. I will not write 100 words..horrible horrible horrible quality.. photos were blurry and way over priced. Do you want more? I feel like a fool,for wasting $129 on two small photos. Quality is misleading.

Horrible service. Sent me the wrong photos of my daughter and when I sent them email email they never replied.

They sent us wrong graduation photos of my daughter. Sent email but they never replied. The school district/University is to blame for hiring a company with low rating.

Never delivered images

10 weeks post college graduation and they never uploaded my sons images. Ive reached out a number of times with BS info in return. And now they dont even email me back at all. Avoid this fraud of a company at all costs. Hire your own photographer or bring a camera. Had I known they where an illegitimate company, I would have brought my own camera instead of trusting them.

Disappointed

I have not received satisfactory customer service. I have waited ample time to receive the correct photos and it has been 14+ days since I have put in a request for the correct photos. I have spoken to two different representatives (Angelica) who seemed to care and makes you feel like youre being taken care of. Needless to say no one has been able to correct the issue. I have been patiently waiting to see my grad proofs its been over one month since my ceremony. And honestly planned on purchasing but I do not want to contribute money to a business chain who does not care about their customers. Im disappointed in the corp. and this experience and I will be sharing my issues with my friends and family.

Lost sons college grad images

They lost my songs grad images. Its been 6 weeks. Others in same class got theirs. No one will give me a straight answer. Had I known they would mess up, I would have brought my own camera. Schools need to stop hiring this company. Nothing but horrible reviews.

Missing and delayed photos

It took a month after graduation to receive my images and when I got them there were only 3 images (one just a zoomed in version of one of the others). This included the images of me walking the stage but as of right now they still have been unable to find my photos from the photo session I signed up for. When I first contacted them I was told to wait 10-14 business days until after the event. I did that and still nothing so I contacted again where I was then told it can take 15-20 business days to receive photos. I just called again because its been over 20 business days and my session photos are still missing and the customer service representative suggested I wait another week maybe to see if they come up. I did not have other grad photos taken of me so o was relying on the ones I took at the photo session. The customer service representatives I talk to keep changing what they say and altering the timeline. I also know several other students at my University experiencing the same or similar issues.
