Order Canceled

Placed order last night via Internet. Received Email this morning canceling my order based upon my past actions. Grab A Gun decided that it would be best not to continue our relationship. I did not know what actions they were referring to. I called and talked to Parker. I gave Parker my Order Number. He went away from phone. Call was discontinued. I called a second time and talked to Parker a second time. I gave him my Phone Number in case my second call was discontinued. Parker went away from the phone. Selling defective product

I purchased magpul 40 caliber ammo from this company. One of the brass cartridges fractured in the barrel and it took some effort to extract. Customer service was Non existent when I reported the problem. I tried to post a negative review on the product Which the company would not publish. In my opinion, dishonest business practice; buyer beware. Don't rely on their product reviews

Site has been impossible to use for the past several days

Beginning on or about 3/26/23, the site has been impossible to use. Lags are in minutes IF the site responds at all. Pathetic experience; no means to contact them and the help function doesn't respond. Who are they afraid of?

Price of magazines went up in the matter of days!! Was told by customer service they went up within three days of my purchase!!

I ordered a gun but won't let me place my order

I order a gun from a email from grabagun with discount price, but when I hit the place order display it never changed. And that gun never came back-up for that price.

Return it!

Return It, due to California handgun roster, Diamond back is only authorized for Official Authority's Police Officer's, so there for I need to return it for refund and by one that's allowed by California gun roster listings be well, stay safe!

Cancelled orders

An order was put in march of this year,having just moved to our new address our credit card address hadnt been updated to our new address,so our order was cancelled (possible fraud),so we sent all of our info to their fraud dept.,and everything was good to go,so another was out in and again they cancelled the orderAgain all info was sent in to Christina Dixon,and an email from a Brandon J.said everything is good put your order in and let him know the new order Number,couldnt get through to Brandon,order cancelled again!!!,everytime I try to get in touch with Christina Dixon Im disconnected!!!AWAITING AN ANSWER FROM THEM,BEFORE I LEAVE MY REVIEWS.
