To cancel the transaction of scammer

May tumawag po sa akin na taga bpi daw, regatding sa rewards po. Then after that kinuha po lahat ng information ko po sa atm account ko po.

Grab block my acc without a reason

My Consumer Grab account has been suspended with no reason. I tried to look into the matter by filing an appeal but gotten this message: "We've reviewed your appeal and concluded that your Grab account will remain deactivated. Please refer to our Consumer Code of Conduct on our website.". I do not understand the reason behind the suspension? There is no way I can reach anyone from Grab to clarify and I am very annoyed over the incident. I even read through the code of conduct and did not find myself breaching any of the conduct code in it?

Unhappy with the service n product

I ordered 3 sets meals but only received 1 set and 3 sets of drinks with 1 set of meal. It's was suppose to be a treat to someone n I was ashamed as my friend said do not order next time.

Issue with driver

Driver just cancel without waiting for me. I'm just beside him and waiting in hospital waiting lobby. I'm disabled and he just go away. Crazy driver

Customer service is not approchable

My husband was a former grab food driver, and he is no longer at grab service but he had a cash loan left when he leave grab, since my husband are not capable to pay it I iniate to pay this so I paid some of its balance, I want to clarify if my payment are received and I want to check if how much do I need to pay my husband cash loan,so I called here at this number 854-0*-*** Grab finance department around 03:50 P.M Philippines time, and the customer service agent it's a girl ask for my husband details then after she got all of my husband details she just told me that she can't discuss my husband cash loan balance or anything your asking I need a authorization letter from your husband allowing you to talk about his cash loan, then I ask her ok where we going to send the authorization letter, the customer agent told me I already email the register email here in our apps, so I said alright, since I got busy at work I ask my husband to check his email because he need to send authorization letter as per grab customer service, but he told me he didn't receive any emails from Grab, now my concern is I want to pay my husband cash loan balance but the customer service agent didn't give me any instructions on how to settle my husband balance.

He has blacklisted me. I can't contact him! I take a taxi from S residence tower 3 in Pasay Philippines to my classmate San Lorenzo Place Tower 4 in Makati. When getting off from S residence tower 3 in Paset, Philippines to my classmate San Lorenzo Place Tower 4 in Makati. 07/05/2023 23:43p.m., my classmate helped me take a taxi to Makati house to work overtime, and when I arrived in Makati my wallet fell on the car. The license plate number is DAE8998. The wallet was taken away by the driver. The driver didn't answer my phone and didn't reply to my text message. He blacklisted me. The driver's phone number is +63 2**** ****. My wallet is black. I'm sure I fell into the car. When I got out of the car, there was a sound of falling down, and the car drove away immediately. Application for grab food

We already submitted, requirements to be one of grab clients as we do want to register our store. HOwever, nobody is responding to us nor giving feedback, Just wondering why the customer service is so poor now. Kindly assist us on this. Thank you

Need to reimburse overcharge

Not efficient on how the system is run

I ordered KFC 3x meal since it was our last day at work as our contract has ended. I decided suprise my guys with KFC. I ordered 3x pax meal costing about est $45.What I received shocked me I only received 1x meal n 3x drinks . Seriously I tried contacting KFC not available and I even contacted rider he reluctantly told me not his problem. Lost money,Lost face and all of us left home hungry that day .

I am pissed as my food order number :GF-288 were served cold and the rider did not have the initiative to greet and inform that the food have arrived to the customer @***.15pm but the rider did not have basic courtesy to informed even my door is open.I have waited with my door open for the delivery rider to acknowledge my food arrival till 1.25pm then I notice the food were left outside with notified me for almost 1 hr.
