Goya cookies are not Cooke well
It's been about a month that the cookies are not the same. I have noticed that the cookies are not the same, I think that the cookies are not cook well and the color on both side top & bottom are not same, and the texture is hard, well I hope you could fix that issue please I would like to start enjoying your cookies again Maria cookies.

Bugs in package of rice
This is really disappointing and disturbing. If I didnt look after I open the package of rice I wouldnt notice the bugs . I have children and its scary to know there is no quality control . I bought the rice in giants foods in Bartonsville PA I have videos and pictures

Can’t comment since problem not resolved
Broken cookies continuously. Over the past year i have bought Maria cookies from different places (total of 20 packages) and all are broken in half, They were edible but i felt this issue should be reported. I love these cookies, as do everyone who i have introduced to them. The crunch and taste is what i want in a cookie.

I have to eat today Goya Beans
Goya not only has the most expensive Hispanic products in the market but the worst of them. Unfortunately for me, this is the only brand of this kind of product that almost all stores sell where I live in Western New York, so it is difficult to have an escape or to ignore them. Their dry beans are extremely expensive and when you cook them they need a very long cooking time nevertheless they come out hard and light and hard-shelled. They sell Cuban tamales which have invisible pork made with dry corn flour and they have raised their price to something unaffordable. I only buy some of their products as a last resource only obligated for their domination of the market, no competition, and extreme need, otherwise, I don't buy anymore anything from them.

Navy beans - wight of beans in 16 oz (1 Lb) pkg
Weighing out a half pound (8 oz) of Goya dry navy beans this morning from a 16 oz bag left me with a significantly smaller pile of beans in the bag. I weighed the remaining beans, and came up with 7.25 oz. I am very fond of Goya products, but I am surprised by this shortfall from what has always seemed to be a company of integrity. I am cooking your beans to add to turkey soup made earlier in the week. Since I am aware of the weight difference, it won't be a problem in this instance -- except to my faith in you. Dear Sir, I recently purchase two packages of Goya Empanada Discos 5" dough. I have purchase this product many times in the past and have always had excellent results. This time I purchased the two packages and the dough totally disintegrated and fell apart when I place them in the oil. After throwing out the Empanadas, I thought it was important to reach out to the company and report the problem. I filled out the questionnaire providing all the necessary information including the IPC codes, lot numbers, expiration dates and a picture of the wrapper. I received an email from customer service stating that I will only be reimbursed to one packaged because I only sent one picture of the package and not two packages. The information on both packages was identical. My issue is not the $7.98 that I paid for both packages. The customer service agent, who is dealing with this, does not represent your company in the best possible way. I am shocked because I have always used Goya products and I have always been satisfied. I am including the email correspondence for your customer service representative. I LOVE Goya products!
I never bought a Goya product until 2021. Since then, I have bought MANY and have loved them ALL. No bugs, no worms, no missing contents, no mold. The consistency, quality & great taste is why I'm still buying Goya today. My only complaint is that some items are really hard to find. Finding Goya products at the Dollar Tree has been so nice!!

Hace aproximadamente una semana fui a hacer mercado para mi casa en el supermercado Joe V's Smart Shop ubicado en texas, productos entre los cuales compré 3 cajas de plátanos maduros de la marca Goya de 2.5 lbs cada una las cuales debido a la fecha de caducidad que es May 18 2024, era suficiente tiempo para consumirlas. Resulta que que día de hoy al momento que vamos a pretender comerlas, nos damos cuenta que todas presentan un olor agrio y una de las cajas se encuentra abombada! En vista de tal situación solicitó el reembolso de mi dinero por cuánto carecen de salubridad y es imposible consumirlas. Dichos productos son de lote: HN221482

Poor product quality
Two boxes of pasteles had to be thrown out as everyone had a tare on the wrapping causing them when you boil them to fill up with water and they tasted terrible.

Mold in Malta Bottles
This has happened to me twice already. The first time I bought a bottle and drank straight from the bottle because I was thirsty and swallowed a lumpy substance, I immediately started choking and was disgusted. I was sick for a few days. Now its happened again. This time I poured it into a cup because after the first time I no longer drink anything straight from the bottle. This time it had a huge ball of mold. Im done with this company.
