Form in the mail
I got a form in the mail with extra steps I need to do for a copy of my daughter's birth certificate. I just paid almost 60.00 already on your website and put in a lot of information and now you want me to pay more? What is the meaning of all of this? I need a call back please

I essentially paid $60 dollars to receive an application form for a birth certificate.
On top of the application that they "filled out for me" from the info I typed into the website forms, I'm to pay another$27 dollars when I finish filling it out and mail it in. Expedited for 1-2 MONTHS?! RIP OFF!

YOUR CO IS A SCAM AS RIGHT AFTER I PAID YOU (WHICH WAS A HUGE MISTAKE) I FOUND THE REAL GOV WEBSITE AND ORDERED THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR ONLY $22!!! Did not receive passport
I submitted passport, application,check, and mailed at postal location in their fedex envelope mailed to me. No record of the tracking no and I failed to write down the fed exp mailed. Please help. They did nothing to resolve my issue they denied my refund i had to yet go onto another website to be able to get my child’s birth certificate and spent an additional $45.00 on it but at least that website came through and I got my child’s birth certificate through from that actual website gov filling’s website is a SCAM they will take your hard earned money and slap you in your face with it

Contacted Govfiling through Pissed Consumer. Never heard from company. Have disputed the charge with my bank. Do not use this company. Should have checked reviews prior. Many other complaints about SCAM!

This company is a scam! Not legit!
Ordered a NY replacement birth certificate for my spouse on 8-9-21 for $59.95. We provided much personal information thinking we were ordering a replacement. Why would you need so much personal information if you are not actually replacing his birth certificate? And charge for it! All you did was contact NYs Vital Chek. VitalChek sent us another form to fill out and another bill for $53. They said GovFilings is only a third party company. Your company misleads people and you provide absolutely nothing for $59.95 and are given personal info that you dont even need to only contact VitalChek. I am requesting $59.95 back from you because this service you provide is nothing more than fraud. Have already contacted my credit card company to report this transaction as fraudulent and will be reporting you to the BBB as well.

Completely unsatisfied with there service.
I ordered my birth certificate for the purpose of getting my original certificate for my passport. The first complaint is there is absolutely no phone number for this company, so the only way to contact them is through there websites and they do not respond at all. After waiting 10 days for a packet with paper work After looking it over they spelled my fathers name wrong and also they put the reason I was trying to obtain my birth certificate was other, personal records when clearly I said it was for getting my passport. I am extremely disappointed because I had to push a trip back and also reschedule my appointment for my passport, witch took over a month to get. Please do not use there services you can file this yourself and do it correctly and save time and money.
