Undelivered goods

This is an online printing site. I uploaded my holiday cards and ordered 100 of them on 12/15 and was guaranteed that they would ship by 12/22. They still haven't finished printing them now, on 12/28. They won't refund my money and cancel the order. I may never get the cards, or possible will get them some time in January, well after the holiday season.

Bad services

I ordered a box of business cards, but it was never delivered. I spent quite lot of time communicating with Gotprint, and got responses for various reasons and promised the package will be delivered soon. But it was never happened. I am not sure if they really want to provide the products. Unhappy customer Unhappy

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.

Ordered cards from this company 9 days ago and paid $18.83 to have them overnighted because I need them by this weekend because I have a 2 day show. I keep checking and it keeps saying "in print". I don't understand. This is a reorder. First one took forever too but I used them again because I liked the design. I go to their online chat and the lady tells me they are short handed so I won't be getting them on time.WTF!

Horrible Customer Service

Placed a small catalog order on May 20, 2021, said it was a 3-5 day printing window, then transit time. Paid for the order in full. Today June 18, 2021.. still no catalog and worse yet, no one can tell me the status of my order or where my order is, when it will ship, etc... I get the run around from their customer service team. One rep says there was a quality control issue after printing and needed to reprint, one says are no notes, etc... eab

Horrible

Ordered nov.22 because it said i would recieve my order dec.3. Got a shipping confirm without a reference number on the 27th.dec 5th i called usps and uos akd they said they still have yet to recieve the order.. they just have the label.. i called gotprint and they said it was usps fault. Then ups fault. Then my faut for picking the shipping option on their site.site

Look for alternatives to GotPrint

In over twenty five years of business, this is the first company that has provided a totally inferior product as a REORDER and claim that it is still within their parameters of acceptability. I have many products for which I have very happily used GotPrint for years and now I am unable to trust them to create quality reorders and will have to move all of my print business elsewhere.

Poor quality and won't stand behind product

I have been ordering brochures from gotprint for over 10 years. I recently ordered 10,000 brochures, an exact duplicate of an order I've placed at least 10 times. The paper quality was horrible. Very flimsy and inferior to prior orders. I complained to the company and even provided several photos of the poor quality brochure alongside three others from prior orders that clearly illustrated the defects in this order. The company did nothing to resolve or take responsibility. Extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend you do the same or buy at your own risk. They will not stand behind their product and quality has gone way downhill.

Absolutely Disappointed!

I had order flyers for my upcoming Church event and had the flyers expedited for “2 businesses days”. Checked the update on my flyers because I had not received any notifications saying my flyers were even being processed for printing... and so according to customer service a printer was broke down another employee said my address wasn’t valid for receiving a delivery on Saturday... anyways the point was excuse after excuse was all i was getting from them.

First time customer -- excellent work!

After reading some of these reviews, I have to admit to a bit of trepidation when my package arrived. But the postcards I ordered were perfect in every way. Great focus, well centered, nice gloss, correct colors, solid card stock, and they even threw in more of them than I had ordered. And the price was more than a bargain. Thank you!

Resolved: They worked hard for this...

I have never dealt with a more incompetent group of people, Not only that but condescending and rude as well. FAR and AWAY the worst experience I've had with a print company. My advice, go local, use a business that actually has experience in working with images and can use things like rulers and understands math. The real kicker is I've actually used them several times, all good experiences, but this is the first time where I've been treated like this, SO INCOMPETENT, SO SO RUDE!...... lesson learned. Like I said they really put in the effort for this

Literal Worst

If you need zero customer service, it's mostly fine. Their editor is buggy and not great, but can be manageable if you are ok spending time. The second you need a human to help with anything, it's painful. The support staff are generally clueless, full of unhelpful non-solutions. It's cheaper than Vistaprint, but now, I don't care. I'm finding another options.

Poor turnaround time and customer service

I've used this company in the past and haven't had a problem. I don't know if they recently changed owners or they just don't want to be in business anymore. This time I placed an order 2.5 weeks ago and still haven't received it. When I called today the guy who answered was not friendly nor did he even sound like he wanted to work there. Told me the turnaround time was another week. A 3.5 week turnaround time for 100 business cards is absurd. I will not use this company again.

Trash then...trash now

3 years ago, they were woefully incompetent. Today, they're still the same: 3 YEARS AGO Ordered two sets of business cards a week ago (a cool 7 days). One was a reorder from last spring, and since the filename still showed, and I wasn't prompted to reupload anything, good to go. Plus, they'd let me know if they needed anything, right? (keep reading) The other was new, so uploaded files and - done. Even got the confirmation email. So why, when I check last night to see what day this week the cards would come in - it hasn't even processed. Shows an error. Eventually I see that, from what someone at Got Print typed in, they no longer have the files for the older order. Check my email - nothing since the confirmation email. WTH. So, ok, I go and upload the file under "Image Manager", since I don't have any communication telling me how to resolve this, and there's no where else to add images. Call this morning to make sure they got the file - told that, with this new system they have, they can't get the file from Image Manager. They'll need to send me an upload link. Uh, ok. So I get the email with the upload link while on the call, only to be told that I actually CAN'T upload a file to the order AT ALL, and that the entire order would need to be cancelled and reordered. Uh, excuse me? I actually had to tell the guy to just cancel the old cards and move forward with the new set of cards. I ask why in the world was I not notified that there was an issue, was told that the system is only setup to send the confirmation email - even though I received that system email asking to upload files. Asked what GotPrint plans to do to resolve my dissatisfaction...basically told "nothing", since they don't have any promotions going on right now. Not even will they discount the shipping to get me the order faster. So, no, I won't be resubmitting the other order - nor any other order. Ever. TODAY Silly me for trying GotPrint again. The $10 I'd save (TRYING) to go with them over UPrinting is just not worth it. After hanging up the phone with them just now, they are still exraordinarily incompetent...3 years later!!! THIS: I emailed them 4 days ago, because the print guides in their brochure template files don't match the print guides on the proof after you upload a file. I included screenshots of both photoshop and their website, to plainly show that there was, in fact, a difference. And I didn't want to get caught with them printing based on the proof instead of the file, with them likely giving me the whole "Well, you approved the proof" BS so that they're not responsible. I finally call today, and the woman on the phone had the WORST disposition. Trying to talk over me while I'm explaining the issue, which lead to her misunderstanding the issue because she was so busy trying to catch me in a customer screw-up, to finally settling with "Well...I don't have any tech guys here, so I don't know what to tell you". REALLY!?!?!?!? I ask if they normally have tech guys during their business hours, and if I really have to wait until Monday. Her response: "If you want to." Yo...I just hung up. How infuriating. For the love of God (or whatever Sky Daddy you believe in) DO NOT use this company. They are simply trash. Don't get suckered in by the "Trifecta" this and "home decor" that. They're borderline scam artists. And I used to almost exclusively use them. But maybe they've expanded to the point of having zero quality control or customer service training. It's pretty pathetic at this point. See one of my above replies for really good alternatives. You don't need this headache.

After paying an additional $12.98 to return the product as required in the email from Got Print of 4/22 stating: "If you are not completely satisfied with your product on order number ( 2380****) please return the product in full for a full refund of ($49.78- set 2). Got Print is a BULLY, as I notice from the 16 other similar complaints about poor products posted on this web site. I need to find other forums to share my complaints.
