I want to change my date of flight

My flight on July 23rd was canceled by spirit miami-norfolk

my flight was canceled on the 23rd of the Miami-Norfolk flight and they said that the next flight to Norfolk was on the 26th of July because of this they gave me back to Pittsburgh and I flew to Pittsburgh. It's not my fault that I ask for the money back and because of this hotel in Norfolk does not return the deposit

Change of my booking

How are you ? I would like to ask from help to change my flight booking date. I have called the customer service, but no one is answering to it. My booking number is MAQZSX, my name is Ngoi Zhi *** from Taipei to Sibu and Sibu to Taipei. I would like to change the flight from Aug 2023 to 1 Feb 2024 and back to Taipei on 27 Feb 2024. Complaint

Dear, I would like to file a compliant as until now no action, no effort on finding a solution to my case. I received email from GotoGate thru Tripcase on July 17, 2023 at 8:18am regarding the changes of my flight, they also mention that I have 5days to contact them if the alternative flight is not suitable. In addition, another mail from Turkish Airlines (July 17, 2023 at 8:21am) stating the same. I didn't respond as I was out of country but as a soon I return I visited the Turkish Airlines and to my shock GotoGate already confirmed with the airlines for the alternative flight without my knowledge - THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE and the alternative flight is not suitable. If they didn't confirm with the airlines I rather select to travel from Dammam Airport (TK153) July 27 (6:15am) DMM to IST which is 30mins away from my previous airport and return to the same Dammam Airport (TK150) September 2 (8:40pm) IST to DMM as I will keep my vehicle in Dammam Airport. I call them immediately contact GotoGate complaining to them of what they did, but after numerous calls and email since last week, No one would like to take the responsibility to fix my issue which they created, they want me to pay for the fees for correcting my flight which I refuse as this is the problem they started if they didnt confirm with the alternative flights without my knowledge. Ive been in continuous contact with them but all the (CSR) Customer Service Representative nor supervisor or manager want to take initiative to find a solution for my case. Im writing this email for your consideration and to kindly investigate my case. Sami

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Sir, the solutions are to return the money or another ticket for the same destination.

First, the companies among themselves never communicated.

Secondly, the Portuguese airline employee acted on his own and did not contact the company, knowing that I have a Canadian tourism visa and can use European airports to change flights. I did not break the law and the employee prevented me.

Sir, I have booked a ticket from Casablanca, Morocco, to Montreal, Canada. The reservation number from Casablanca to Lisbon, Portugal is WURLDB via Portugal Airlines, and the second reservation was from Lisbon, Portugal to Montreal, Canada, via air transit, and the reservation number is OT4VSP. I went to the airport before 3 Hours before the travel time, which is 11/07/23 at 17, the Portugal airline employee did not give me permission or a ticket to travel. He told me that you need a visa to enter European lands. I told him that I have a Canada visa and the international agreements between Canada and the European Union allow me to access European airports and complete my trip To the Canadian home, he refused to allow me to travel to Portugal. That is why I did not travel, and it was not my fault. On the same day, I called the company employee in Portugal. He told me that the employee only showed him the ticket heading from Casablanca to Portugal, and he did not show him the ticket heading from Lisbon to Canada, and he told me if I had bought The ticket is from the same Portuguese company. I was traveling to your destination. I called +191******** with Mr. Anki. This is my complaint. It is not my fault that the employee does not understand the law. I did not do anything wrong. Bad choice

I booked a ticket from them couple of months ago just received email saying that the airline changed my booking dates and they wanted to charge me more to fix the problem and when I called the carrier my ticket was the same

I got charge double the price no with no insurance no cancellation

I booked this flight for myself after 5 years not going anywhere its my first trip inside Canada I always go with air Canada this time internet pushed me to this website and just today I find out that carry on isnt allowed in this flight and I have to pay 120 for each way of this trip already paid ?343 plus 240 its almost $580 or so while the price for actual flight was $161 I am not rich ,I live on basic with help of family I booked now I have no idea what to do if cancel it I was told one way dont cancel and the other pay me $91 Ill loose either way and this is not fair especially for people like me its reality upsetting

UPDATE: Informed by booking .com, my files is in the legal department no resolution outcome until SEPT 3RD it's already been two months,(STILL NO REFUND)which would make it almost four months still no refund, my japan trip is on hold because i'm not able to book another flight please see the attached from my bank...the chargeback was reversed... I will not cannot wait until Sept 3rd for a resolution I CANCELLED RESERVATION WITHIN 24 HR CANCELLATION POLICY. BOOKING.COM CONTACED SINGAPORE AIRLINES TO CANCEL ALTHOUGH WAS A FEW MINUTES AFTER THE 24 HR CANCELLATION POLICY. Informed by BOOKING that file is in the LEGAL DEPT and nothing I can do but wait...UNACCEPTABE I have incurred stress and emotional exhaustion trying to have BOOKING.COM AND SINGAPORE AIRLINES REFUND $ 921.97 THIS ISSUE HAS CREATED A DILEMMA HARDSHIP TO MY UPCOMING TRIP TO JAPAN IN OCTOBER . Now they're telling me to wait 2 more months wait for an outcome, what does that mean? Booking.com may or may not refund my money I am so upset and disgusted . I will never use book ing.com again.

Worst company ever. It’s been over 3 days I’m contacting them and they haven’t gotten back

I booked my tickets 3 days ago. There was a spelling error of just 1 alphabet. I tried connecting with the company. No response. Cut on me 7 times. Ready to provide them with the official documents still no response. Worst ever. Please donot book from this *** company. Worst for flight booking. Im going to tweet about this as many times till they dont help me out with my flight ticket changes. WORST WORST WORST!! Literally cut my call in 22 seconds. Disgusting
