Refund not processed from last 6 months

My experience with gotogate has been very very bad. I have booked my flight tickets from Perth to Kolkata in March, but the flight got cancelled by the airline. I have been chasing them from last 6 months to refund back my amount. But every time they make fool of the customer saying we havent received the money from the airlines, and we have escalated your case and working on priority. I just dont understand why do the claim to be 100% refund guaranty within 30 days and whats the actual definition of priority for them. I am really very very frustrated right now, there are so many things I could but there is no point. I will sincerely request gotogate to please refund back my money. My order No:- M4NHDB

Downgraded seats by airline.

Air France changed my flights, which were booked as Premium Economy - I requested a refund for the difference, GTG said to contact AF - AF, after typical airline industry policy of 'deny, deny, deny claims' eventually agreed to my refund and provided the instructions for GTG to use 'to process' my refund. GTG have since 'denied, denied, denied and continue to deny my refund'. Regardless of the fact I have 'written proof' of authority from AF for my refund. Have the claimed the refund from AF and kept it?? I tried to upload the correspondence but emails aren't accepted.

Chenge of flight dates

On 25th July I made an online booking of a flight tickect to Entebbe, Uganda departing from Sydney, Auistral;ia. However, I made a mistake in the flight dates which I realised after recieving a meesage about my flight on 29th July 2023. My booking number is 6U7GN4 Please, I wish to state that that was an error on my part and would now like tochange it to my intended flight date of 29th December 2023 and retuern on 30th January 2024. Your timely indulgence and advice regarding my request meets my utmost appreciation.

False or misleading information

I booked a flight online with Flight Networks to LA on 27 Apr 2023 for 1 August 2023 departure, Order number M7MEPL When I made contact with Flight Network (FN) asking for the Insurance confirmation they advised me to make contact with the Insurer, XCover (X), which I thought was suspicious as I'm confident you would have details of the transaction when I booked the flights but nevertheless I made contact with X and got the same runaround advising that they have no record of my booking . I continued making contact with FN and X for weeks with no response so when I contacted FN again on 17/7/23, 3 months after I made the booking I demanded to speak to a supervisor which was refused at first but then I was told I would receive a call back. To my surprise I did get a call back from Kashish and was told my Insurance cover was denied due to a back-end issue and they would refund the payment. As FN have taken 3 months to advise me that I do not have insurance 10 days before my flight and only after trying to get details of the insurance I suspect false misrepresentation with FN taking insurance payment but not forwarding it on to X. As a result I asked the supervisor to cancel my flights as I do not want to be associated with a company that displays deceptive behaviour or without insurance. He has declined to do that obviously sighting company policy. I still want to cancel the flights and get a refund within the next few days before I'm due to fly out as I have deep mistrust with your operation. Your company's behaviour has now been recorded with Australian Consumer Affairs for a possible breach of Section 29 for false or misleading representation and I am looking into taking legal action in the matter. Victim producing agent

After phising customers with a good pricing for flights, every other services tires you and make you feel to give up your hard earned money. I had a ticket oversees cancelled by the airlines during covid time. First i was assured of voucher, and after a time, declared my ticket was expired and cannot get a refund. such a *** makeover and irresponsible agent.

Hello ,there Booking No. Sydney - BeirutBGFBBQ Booking No. Beirut - SydneyBGFBBQ Order numberM8IO1C Order date9 May 2023 between 09, of May 2023 i booked a flight for all my family then i found out the date does not match with my kids school holiday. . then i asked the customer service to cancel my flight route , unfortunately the full amount not refunded to my bank account , I'm still owed money from this company and still giving me an excuses the money could not refunded as full amount, as i requested a cancellation within 10 minutes after my flight booked it should be fully refunded .and waived a cancellation fees all travel agencies would refund if it canceled before 24 hours . so please I request from you guys to send the rest of my money to my bank account .

I couldn't anywhere with my issues. It was easy to solve the problems but they didn't do it. Or they have no idea deal with . Baucause they are not trained to solve customer problems .

Refund for an online booking

I made an online booking today between 2.30pm and 3.10pm During the transaction i used paypal. There was $479.27 taken out of ny bank account. However i was told by 3 of your customer service reps the website timed out and my booking was not confirmed. I would like to clarify when the $479.27 will be refunded back to me. Is it 2 days or 5 days?? I also made an error on my part when typing in my email address so i have not received any emails. I would like this refunded asap. This flight i arranged for my 15yr old daughter to visit during the school holidays. Some compassion in this matter would be appreciated as that is alot of money that i am missing out on. As a result I've had to book another flight with someone else who was much more efficient in a handling booking. I will never ever use your service again. Ill book direct with the airline in future.

This platform has cheated me on ticket booking from Australia to india , initially when I started to book flight it shows $1659 as fare including baggage of 20kgs and after entering all details at the payment page the price goes to $1814 still I paid it but when I got my ticket it came with only 7 kgs cabin they missed 20kg check-in ,,, purely cheating customers My phone number +610470****14

Hi there, I would like to ask about the cost of the flight ticket because I think there is something wrong. I confirmed the price with an Australian dollar as $589, but I was taken as $5,890 in Japanese yen. The charging rate must be $1 = 100 yen , not as $1 = 1,000 yen. I think you guys made just a mistake for the rate because I didn't hear that your "Go to Gate Agoda" company is bad as fraud. I hope you guys will understand my situation and give me the kind treatment as a refund. I'm sure that you guys made a mistake with an extra "0" digit. The flight was one way from Kix to Cairns, Cairns to Gold Coast as economy class. Best regards, Satomi Kikuhara

It’s only a scam to get your money.

Theres a possibility there is not even a flight scheduled. My flight was scheduled for December 30, 2022. On the 28th I received an email stating my flight is changed to DEPART FROM AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT COUNTRY. There are no flights leaving from the airport I book to the destination I booked. Not even on another day. The flight TOTALLY didnt exist!!! Of course I want a refund and I havent received it yet. Its April 20th and they STILL HAVENT gave me my money back. The Airline issued them the money in the first part of January 2023. Theyve acknowledge the have the money and said I just need to be patient. They wont send proof that a refund is in process.

Refund

We miss our flight because of staffs in counter. They dont have enough employees and cause we waited for long line and miss the flight. They said sorry to us and promised theyll give us refund in two weeks, but we have been waiting for almost two months still didnt get money back. And we sent email to customer service they said THEY CANT GIVE US REFUND!!!
