Been trying to get to your representative to cancel my reservation to New York tomorrow tomorrow and change the date to 26 of this month but no one is picking the call.

Did not stop at my scheduled location
DPurchased a ticket from NY to Fayetteville NC and had family waiting for me at the pickup location. After two hours of waiting they called to see where we were and I was informed by the driver that we were in South Carolina -two hours away. The driver said he stopped and no one got off how we this is not true he never stopped at the location as my family nor store owners at stop ever saw the bus. Then he wanted to charge me for the extra stops. Uh *** no. This is a scammmm. My family had to drive two extra hours to get me.

I booked a round trip ticket to NYC from Virginia Beach for a 9:30 morning bus! When I got to the bus stop! The attendant that picked up the phone said they dont have mornin bus anymore! I lost 200.00! I was not able to take my trip! I would like a refund! And no one has got back to me!

We were supposed to get a bus to NYC on Sunday morning at &:45 am and the bus never came.
There was no one in customer service online or over the phone .GOTOBUS is a scam and they have the worst customer service in the world. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy.
