So Go puff give me a credit of 20 but I had to spend 33 to get me 20 taken off . Still have not said anything about what the driver did with my order they think it was delivered to me.

The driver said because my id was expired he had to take it back but the order in the app says delivered I would like to know why

My peasonal number is on your gopuff website you dont ask me if you could use my personal number on your website ive made so many orders for a delivery but nothing happened. Plus i now have random people calling my phone asking me questions about gopuff stuff. I never gave you permission to use my personal number on your website I should be getting something for free like my food shopping. Hope to hear from you someone from soon about this matter. You need to take my number off your website I think for the amount of different people calling my peasonal number & they calling off my line they but I dont know how people can be so horrible & so rude. Am going through too much to.deal with this my nephew who was murdered & my mum passed away the same day we just had my nephew funeral now I gotta start looking & sorting myself out for my mum funeral & am.not well at the moment

Keep getting emails that my order is deliverd. never ordered anything. are you scamming me
I keep getting messages that my packages are delivered. (several different dates). I never received a single package. where are they being sent to. I can't get any answers and can't talk to a real person unless I pay 5.00 with CC. I am not giving my CC info when I'm am already being scammed. Get me some answers a or you will be reporred

When I called to support there is no live agent to talk instead automated voice activated calls tells to go to the site.

I contacted go puff in regards to an order that was completely wrong. I was sent to over 10 customer service operators and ALL of them didn't respond they ended the chat!!! I still want my $80 refund for a bottle of alcohol.

Charging me when i don’t even have an account
i have been charged TWICE for gopuff i dont have the app and ive never heard of this app until i got charged.THEY DONT EVEN DELIVER IN MY AREA!!!customer service is HORRIBLE they telling me to watch my language when they cant even transfer me to a higher up. im getting sick and tired of this BS and i need them to give me my money back.there is no reason i should be this hard to get a refund.
